I appreciate the flexibility Unanet offers. We handle our invoicing through the platform, and it also manages our timekeeping. The timekeeping data is then sent to our payroll company. Unanet integrates with several of our other software applications, such as BambooHR. The support team at Unanet is outstanding—they respond quickly with answers or offer to schedule an online session to guide me through any issues. There really isn’t much to dislike about Unanet. However, when it comes to Unanet support, I do wish they could meet with me on the same day I have a question. In my opinion, Unanet is very well organized and straightforward to use. I found it easy to understand and pick up quickly. Having previously used Deltek Costpoint, I can say that Unanet is a much better ERP overall. It offers a range of strong features and I haven't encountered any bugs or errors that would interfere with completing accounting tasks. The customer support team is knowledgeable and genuinely seems to enjoy assisting users, rather than appearing frustrated or bothered. As a user, I only interact with Unanet for timekeeping, and I appreciate how straightforward and reliable it is. The layout makes it easy to find the right project codes and log hours accurately. Unanet GovCon offers users a wealth of data and comprehensive reporting. The platform has helped our project managers, department heads develop project plans and forecast productivity, revenue, and profitability of their teams. The forecasting function of the platform alone has helped our firm better understand our revenue flow and plan for any changes. We can set permissions across different roles to ensure that information access stays at a need-to-know basis. Unanet Gov Con is a seamless system that serves as an accounting, time management, and project management platform all in one! Prior to this we were using multiple systems for project management, time entry, invoicing and accounts payable, and accounting. We used to waste hours, often days, at the end of every month to close the month and bill for services across different platforms. Now this our closing process is a series of clear and concise steps. The user interface is a little dated and less streamlined than I would like. It can often take what feels like too many clicks to run a report or review a project plan. It would be great if all reports were convertible to a CSV file or Excel file. The JSR, especially. Making custom report building a little easier and intuitive would also be great. I am working as payroll and Unanet helps me with timesheets, accurate Labor reports, leave accruals tracking, and the ability to correct timesheets as admin, and as well I can create some reports that I need for audit purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GovCon is extremely user friendly compared to previous comparable systems we have used before. Many features can be figured out with some intution, and updates take place in real time rather than waiting on an export or import function to occur. I love the ease of use and that the modules are pretty intuitive and user-friendly. I've used Costpoint and SAP in past positions, and I prefer Unanet out of all three of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
