I appreciate the flexibility Unanet offers. We handle our invoicing through the platform, and it also manages our timekeeping. The timekeeping data is then sent to our payroll company. Unanet integrates with several of our other software applications, such as BambooHR. The support team at Unanet is outstanding—they respond quickly with answers or offer to schedule an online session to guide me through any issues. Since Unanet is web-based, I can access and work in it almost anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn’t much to dislike about Unanet. However, when it comes to Unanet support, I do wish they could meet with me on the same day I have a question.
