What do you like best about Workforce.com?

Workforce has been a game changer for our business. Before implementation, we spent hours on rota scheduling, sales analysis, and daily task management. Now, these processes are streamlined, consistent, and far more accurate saving us time and improving team coordination. Our staff also find the platform intuitive and easy to use, which has boosted engagement and reduced errors. From a management perspective it’s made operations smoother and more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Vishal, our implementation specialist. His onboarding support has and continues to be exceptional. Always patient, responsive and solution focused. Even now, if we need help with a feature he’s quick to assist and genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommended for any business looking to modernise and simplify workforce management. What do you like best about Workforce.com?

We use Workforce for:

• Rota management for reliable scheduling and coverage.

• HR administration and employee records.

• Hiring and onboarding, with smooth applicant tracking and new‑starter setup.

• Contract storage and management.

• Right‑to‑work checks and compliance documentation.

• Holiday calculations (entitlements, accruals, and pay).

• Reporting & analytics that compare rota vs budget vs actual hours worked.

Workforce has saved us significant manpower and cost across operations by streamlining approvals, reducing manual data entry, and giving managers clear visibility of hours and spend.

I love that the software is constantly improving—new features and refinements continue to make it better and better for the end user. It’s hands down the best software we use across our business.

Support is excellent, they are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Luis was absolutely wonderful in rolling out the product (early 2024) and is always there to help whenever we want to explore another feature. His support and guidance have made the process enjoyable.

What do you like best about Workforce.com?

Where do I start......It's been a godsend. Before Workforce I was scrambling trying to make multiple rotas, across multiple sites which I was spending far too much time on and losing grip of being a true leader for my employees. With the help of Workforce and Mario I have been able to sit down with my employees, giving them more of my time using features like the performance review to take them to the next step and I feel I can be more of a now for my staff.

I could go on and on but I wanted to say thank you to the implementation team and support team for their help in the initial set up and everything after. What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

As a HR customer I would really love the option to assign tasks (under checklists) to an employee rather than the team as a whole. I really appreciate how Workforce.com integrates the core HR platform with rostering and scheduling solutions, creating a seamless and streamlined experience for managing our HR needs within the residential care home. This integration addresses critical links between attendance, sickness, and other essential factors, allowing them to automatically flow into our HR system without the need for separate management. Switching from Planday and Bright HR to Workforce.com was a significant upgrade because it offered an integrated solution that our previous systems did not. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the ability to import data from existing systems, quickly getting us up and running. The platform is feature-rich, offering comprehensive capabilities that, despite requiring some time to fully understand, provide powerful functionality for HR and scheduling tasks. What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

I find the document management system in Workforce.com challenging due to the lack of sectionized folders for individual staff members. This results in a big, long, flat file list of documents rather than identifiable folders organized logically. It is difficult to categorize documents such as ID or employment documents for each staff member without this structure. What do you like best about Workforce.com?

Workforce.com has been an absolute game-changer for our residential nursing home business. The platform runs smoothly, is incredibly intuitive, and has made managing staff operations far more efficient and stress-free. Their recently introduced new hire functionality is brilliant — it has streamlined our onboarding process, reduced paperwork, and helped us bring new team members on board quickly and confidently.

One of the biggest improvements has been the seamless link to our payroll system. The amount of time this integration has saved our admin team is remarkable. Tasks that once took hours now take minutes, and the reduction in manual entry has drastically reduced errors.

On top of that, the customer support is exceptional. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. They work closely with us, taking on board our development ideas and continuously improving features in ways that really benefit our operations.

The system’s reliability, ease of use, and supportive team behind it have made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day work, allowing us to focus more on providing quality care. Our only minor wish would be for more flexibility with pay periods — for example, processing weekly timesheets into a monthly pay run. I love how Workforce.com simplifies the process of scheduling our workforce and handling HR administrative tasks, which would otherwise be quite challenging. The mobile capabilities of Workforce.com are particularly impressive, allowing me to manage tasks efficiently while commuting. I like that Workforce.com is accessible for anyone with its user-friendly interface, making it easy for employees to clock in and out without any hassle. The software has solved many problems for me by allowing control over employee work hours and task management, which significantly boosts operational efficiency. I appreciate the variety of options Workforce.com provides compared to our previous software, Deputy, making it a superior choice for our needs. The introduction of Vishal Rajora, an implementation agent, was immensely beneficial. He was highly proficient, explaining all the features comprehensively, which made the setup process smooth and flawless. I find it problematic that when exporting Excel files for salaries, I cannot select Romanian currency; it only allows GBP. This limitation is inconvenient for handling payroll in the correct currency. Additionally, the mobile app isn't performing as well as I would like. The support I received during the initial setup was phenomenal, with team members like Vishal Rajora significantly aiding our learning of the system, which made the process seamless despite the workload involved. I appreciate the powerful data management capabilities that allow us to have staffing and shift information centralized in one database. This feature empowers us to identify trends, issues, and successes swiftly, enabling data-driven decision-making that reveals areas where resources are being misallocated, such as the over-reliance on agency staff. I find the system's ability to prevent double bookings through the rotor feature incredibly useful as it continuously shows who is working where, enhancing our operational efficiency. Additionally, managing staff qualifications directly within Workforce.com is highly beneficial as it highlights who can rightfully work in specific services that demand particular skills. Even though we are not using all the features yet, the potential for future utility is vast.
