What do you like best about isolved?

I've been using isolved for payroll and HCM needs since 2018, and it has been a cornerstone of our HR operations. The platform has grown with our business, evolving into a comprehensive workforce management solution. Having payroll, time tracking, and benefits enrollment under a single login is a game-changer because the data flows seamlessly, significantly reducing manual entry errors. I've watched the interface become more intuitive, and the reporting tools get more robust. They actually listen to user feedback. isolved offers long-term stability without sacrificing modern features, and after seven years, I still haven't found a reason to look elsewhere. What do you dislike about isolved?

The only thing I would say that I believe could be improved is developing a solution that helps existing customers implement new changes and understand how they can help them. What do you like best about isolved?

iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has a wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. What do you dislike about isolved?

While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I like that isolved is easy and fairly intuitive. The platform is entirely managed by isolved, so our company only has to focus on getting the data in there. The single portal format and ease of use make it straightforward for all employees to use, regardless of their skill set or understanding. What do you dislike about isolved?

I think there should be better differentiation between a manager's login dashboard and an employee dashboard. Right now, normal employees often run into rejection popups saying they don't have permission to use certain features, which is frustrating. What do you like best about isolved?

I like that isolved takes away the need for manual processes. The direct submission of enrollments, plan changes, and qualifying events without relying on paper or emails makes things much smoother. It allows both the employer and employees to directly make, track, and submit their elections to the carriers. Plus, the setup has become very smooth over the years. What do you dislike about isolved?

We have clients that are in small groups. When the carriers do not allow a file feed with small groups, then you have to use a third-party vendor to submit the enrollments, and there seem to be communication issues with those vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I use isolved as our entire HRIS for our company, from when employees fill out their application to their termination or retirement process. I find it really helpful to electronically complete and store all our employee files, as well as manage payroll and benefit enrollment. It saves us so much time versus doing it manually. I like that isolved is always quick to assist and streamline any of our processes and offer solutions, even when we think there might not be one. I also appreciate their great customer service. We have monthly calls with our customer service rep to go through different parts of the system and get updates or ideas for streamlining our processes as we walk through how we use the system today. I value the way they provide solutions quickly and how they are always ready to help with anything taking more time than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Reporting features could be a little bit better. There are a ton of reporting options available, maybe too many. Some of the reports we only use once a year, so to remember which ones we need to run is sometimes a challenge. We also have to manually merge some of the information on different reports to get what we need. If we could customize the reports that would save a lot of time. We’ve had a great experience with iSolved. Their reps are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Response times to emails could be improved, as replies can sometimes take longer than expected. However, when I call, someone always answers and helps right away. I love the customer service from isolved. They are always available to help when we need it, from creating reports to answering simple questions. The talent acquisition feature is amazing and has saved us so much time and effort in finding employees that fit our company.
