**What do you like best about Tilt?**

Before using Tilt our managing of LOA and ADA was complicated and time-consuming, filled with multiple spreadsheets and often leaving opportunities for error. Adding Tilt has drastically changed how we handle leave management. Not only has it streamlined processes, but it’s also provided a positive customer experience for our community taking leaves. Our Tilt team has become an extension of our HR team and we look forward to working with them daily. With the changing of state laws and the increase of leaves, Tilt has helped us stay on top of everything and stay compliant. Very thankful for Tilt and wish we would’ve made the switch sooner.

**What do you dislike about Tilt?**

My only complaint is we aren't able to use it in more regions, it has been such an amazing asset in our US region, it would be amazing to use globally as well.

**What problems is Tilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's creating a headcount on our team to manage the administrative process of leave management, as well as, calculating the cost for our payroll team.

**What do you like best about Tilt?**

Tilt has exceptional customer service, especially their leave success managers and customer success managers. I have been working with Tilt for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my relationship with them. They make leave management so easy and I completely trust them to take care of all aspects related to employee leave of absences.

**What do you dislike about Tilt?**

N/A - they are great!

I have nothing bad to say about Tilt.

**What problems is Tilt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tilt makes leave management so easy, as they take the responsibilities off of my team's plate.

Their platform is easy to navigate which helps employees feel more comfortable while on leave.
