**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I appreciate Rippling because it has less fees and allows me to receive my payroll quickly, which reduces my stress. I also found the initial setup very easy as I was able to follow the process and get things done quickly. I am definitely sharing Rippling with colleagues, family, and friends because of these benefits.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling could improve by providing a manual option to select which payment method I want to use to send the payroll. When receiving payment, I would like the ability to add an amount to a card and a different amount to another card manually.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling helps me receive my payroll quickly with less fees and stress.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for payroll, time management, and HR training. I find it pretty straightforward and super helpful, especially because it's linked to Betterment, which makes managing my 401K easy. Adjusting my contributions when joining payroll and throughout the year is seamless due to this integration. The system simplifies putting in PTO and helps with onboarding. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and I like it better than Workday, the software used at my last job.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes going to put in time off can be a little hard to navigate at the beginning. It took me a little bit of time to get used to it. For a new user, there could possibly be a way to make the layout a little more manageable. Now it matters less that I am a full-time employee, but for hourly wage employees, it was a little inefficient putting in my time every day. It was a bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling simplifies putting in PTO, onboarding, and managing my 401K with Betterment, making it easy to adjust contributions. While initially navigating time off was tricky, I now find it streamlined.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for HR tasks and I really love the UI and UX. It allows me to navigate where I need to go very quickly, which is essential for my role as an Account Executive. The branding, emails, and clean fonts feel like they are part of a modern product that is well thought out. Rippling's biggest draws for me are that it's easy and quick to navigate, with tons of features organized very neatly. I find the reports, org chart, and notifications system particularly impressive.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes the table views and navigation is a little overwhelming. Having an AI assistant could be cool and also being able to download W-2s and other PDFs in a more straightforward manner would be great.

I find Rippling easy to use and user-friendly, which ensures I don't waste much time figuring out how to use it. I appreciate having all our employee information in a secured space that is easy to access, and the ability to pull reports when needed. The automation of many flows not only saves time but also helps improve our company's culture. The support team is very friendly, and it's great that I can get help from an AI chat agent or talk to live agents anytime, which has been a big help.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There are some features that didn't work as I expected. For example, we purchased the Spend module, and it turns out that Mexico (where most of our workforce is) is a country where Rippling does not ship physical cards to.

I think it would be good if we could have more ways to get the money before it gets to the account or any other ways to withdraw the money. The beginning was kind of difficult because it was asking for a document that was not able to upload, but after a few minutes, it was great.

I like the fact that Rippling sends me an email ahead of time of when I am about to get paid, so that I know to check my Rippling account. And the day of payment it sends me another email telling me in detail what I got paid.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There isn't much that I disliked about Rippling. I liked everything about it.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is helping me to figure out the breakdown of what I get paid by working for Foodsmart. It tells me what I get paid per unit, and it also tells me what I get paid for "No Shows" which are people that do not show up to their appointments.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I've been using Rippling for 6 months, and since then I've found it to be very easy to use and helpful in time reporting and payment management. Interface is quite user-friendly and allows for quick search of all the related info. It also simplifies payment to international contractors greatly. There is a nice training system also.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Literally I can't recall a thing. In the beginning I found it hard to distinguish between different Time Off policies, but that's more to U.S./employer policies that about Rippling itself.

Rippling allows me for simple Time Off requests and payment management.

I like Rippling because it centralizes my work administrative needs into one place, which is really convenient for me. Even though it might sound silly, I really like the 'You got paid' emails with the little drawing; it's a small touch, but it makes it enjoyable. I use the sign in/out feature the most, and having it on my phone is really great, as opposed to using a station at school. This feature makes it super easy for me to manage my sign-ins and outs without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The process to edit my timecard through the app could be easier to find and more streamlined. I'd like to be able to adjust my time card when I notice the problem, rather than having to wait until signing out at the end of the day to make changes.

I like having access to all these features when I'm using Rippling. For me, it's a big help because I work with a platform that doesn't automatically track time, so I can key in and edit the hours I've worked each week. This feature makes my work easier and saves me from having to write down and keep track of my total hours manually. Plus, everything has been so seamless, my payments arrive on time, and I'd give Rippling a 10 out of 10. It's definitely convenient and I haven't encountered any issues.

The platform's all-in-one clean dashboard provides instant access to role information, like department, work email, and manager details, without needing to ask HR. The organization chart feature allows me to understand company structure and find teammates quickly. Plus, navigation is made simple with a one-click drop-down menu for profile and account settings.

Some areas still need improvement, like subcategories that need updating in additional information. The business partner information isn't clearly shown, making it unclear if I'm categorized correctly as a contractor or full-time employee. In the pay section, bank account details and tax info aren't displaying right now, but it seems like these might be fixed soon.

I really like Rippling because it's easy to use. I never have problems withdrawing my money or clocking in and out. They make it way easier for me to take my money, which is especially good because I live in Brazil and work for an American company. The option to withdraw using Wise is really helpful, and my payment reaches my bank account immediately once I confirm on my Wise account. It's really nice that I can just make one click to clock in and everything is done. I also appreciate how quick and helpful their support is when something goes wrong; I messed up one thing, but they fixed it in five minutes. The implementation process for Rippling Spend has been a truly terrible experience. No one can diagnose the issue, and they told me that it could take the engineers up to 21 days to diagnose the problem. We have now passed that threshold. Also, whenever I try to chat to get customer service, I will, first, be connected to someone who is just typing on their computer to find an answer. I have to then ask to speak to an actual expert to try to get anywhere.

I get my paycheck through Rippling, and even though I'm not in the US, I don't have to worry about not getting paid just because I don't have a bank account in the same country as my employer. I really like that Rippling gives you a detailed timeline of what happens as soon as my employer processes my paycheck. I never have to worry about it not coming through because it shows me when my employer sends the payment to Rippling, when it gets sent to my bank, and even when it's scheduled to actually get to my bank account.

It does not text me a code for 2FA. It's always email. I think it's because my phone number is not a US phone number. It'd be great if it could send me a text for the 2FA sometimes.

I like that I can use Rippling both from my phone and computer, and that it is easy to use. The interface is not confusing and payments arrive on time, very quickly. It is also excellent for receiving international payments in dollars and setting up both dollar accounts and Colombian peso accounts. Additionally, I use it to request days off like vacations and holidays, and it notifies me when they have been approved. I can also request expense reimbursements, which arrive in the bank account in the next pay period. I used Rippling as a manager to handle employee reviews and it has useful integrations for onboarding and offboarding tasks. I recommend this tool with a score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Well, at the moment I don't have something very clear, but there is something I would like, maybe it's a setting I don't have. And it's that I would like to receive an email when the day off I requested or the vacation I requested has been approved. Normally, I check the next day or the following week and see that the manager has already approved the vacation, but he has to tell me or I have to log in and it shows me the notification in the bell. But I don't receive an email, which I would like to receive. Maybe it's a setting I have disabled. Also, there was an occasion where the company mistakenly fired me and when I was reinstated, I had to create a new Rippling account, which caused me not to be able to receive my payment in a dollar account in Panama as I had configured before, and I had to resort to Rippling support to make that change.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for hiring, onboarding, time and attendance, scheduling, benefits administration, payroll, HR and finance, along with the spend management app. It solved our issue of complex scheduling. The scheduling and talent acquisition pieces are the best parts of Rippling currently. The scheduling piece allows me to quickly schedule my employees and see their schedules in a monthly view, which is very important to me as employees rotate schedule locations daily. The talent acquisition platform in Rippling is very easy to configure and use to schedule interviews, complete interviews, give feedback, and move candidates through the hiring process. It's the easiest hiring platform I have ever used. Additionally, the platform flows together more seamlessly than Paychex, allowing for less manual work and less lag time. So far, the initial setup has gone well and has been fairly easy, and I appreciate how Rippling links to our Quickbooks and Indeed accounts. I can give a further review upon completion of the entire implementation project.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Time and Attendance is good for simple clock in and clock out tracking, but the more robust features of adding additional time without specifically clocking in and out could be improved. A specific improvement would be to have the shift input hours work correctly to show as additional time on the time cards in a separate category, and ensure it is not included in overtime calculations if it's not required by state and federal law to be considered part of overtime.

Rippling solved our complex scheduling issues and its talent acquisition is the easiest hiring platform I've used. It streamlined our processes, reducing manual work and lag time from our previous system, Paychex.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The ability to store emails and passwords among my team, especially in the world of Client Success in Social realms, is absolutely paramount. Rippling does a great job of storing these items and allowing access for the team at large, while keeping them protected from anyone outside of our team. It also acts as a hub for all personal information within my role, like benefits, time-off, and paystubs., I use it every day and can't imagine my role without it. To boot, Rippling is easy to setup and use (rare to be efficient at both), extremely easy to integrate through my web browser, and I've had quick success with customer support when I've had minimal issues.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The UI could be a bit cleaner, but it genuinely is not an issue. Just the one thing I've noticed.

Outside of general questions on time-off balances and Pay, Rippling is a game changer for storing passwords and access to multiple platforms for my team of Success Managers.

I like how Rippling completely solved the headache of manual tracking and tracing people for their hours with its timesheets. Everything auto populates, approvals are seamless, and it integrates directly with payroll so we no longer deal with errors or delays in paying our team. Rippling saves us several hours per pay period. The Contractor hub has been equally helpful in managing 1099 contractors, centralizing documents, tax forms, and onboarding, which used to be a mess. Rippling also stands out for how everything is truly unified in one platform, connecting multiple tools for payroll, HR, IT, time tracking, and contractor management seamlessly. Overall, these tools have streamlined our operations, cut down administrative work, and given us more confidence in our HR and payroll processes.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Rippling yet.

I love also the fact that it alerts me daily about my upcoming shifts, I can get my paystubs, and so so much more via rippling! It’s the best I’ve ever had!

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling allows me to do everything in just one app. I don't have to navigate between multiple apps like email, Slack, or asking my manager for approvals. It syncs everything with the IT team and automates tasks that used to be a pain point for me. Rippling is also great for device management; my laptop was shipped quickly when I was a new hire. The benefits administration for expenses, payrolls, and app provisioning is seamless and I don't have to request access for different apps like Slack and Google Workspace. The SSO login for over 650 apps is incredibly useful for syncing my login to all company apps. The setup has been very easy and smooth, shifting all tasks like ID, data, and finance-related expense tracking to one place, with an amazing setup of SSO login and multi-factor authentication.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Oh, what doesn't work for me as of now is, I haven't seen the use of Rippling AI to generate me insights or automating some repetitive tasks for me. So, yeah, I would like to explore something on that line. Yeah.

Rippling automates my payroll, tax billing, and benefits, streamlining HR and finance in one system. It connects my time off seamlessly with my manager, syncs deductions, and manages device operations, simplifying multi-app navigation to boost efficiency.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling to log my hours and plan my PTO. It solves my tax questions by providing exactly what I need to file and is very seamless to use. I love how simple it is to schedule PTO and time off, and the platform is very user-friendly. These features are valuable because I am very busy in my job, and the easy and simple use helps me be effective at my job. The initial setup was pretty easy and took about a week. I would rate it 9/10 for being super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think that Rippling could have a more robust organization chart, something about the design seems a bit clunky. It's also confusing to navigate to what holidays our company takes off and I can never find it. The zoom feature zooms into the corner which is annoying, and the branches should just work downwards instead of to the side. An up to down hierarchy would be easier to follow.

Before Rippling, setting up for new team members was a lengthy process, but now it's streamlined. Additionally, the initial setup of Rippling is very easy for both me and my team.
