Switch from ADP payroll to Total Source. Worst decision of my career!
We dealt with some great people in implementation, but their were problems every step of the way. Other than the implementation specialist nobody seemed to know what they were doing and each problem became an issue. Now a year later, our HR specialist we have is great and seems to help resolve even payroll issues. But there are some issue that have yet to be resolved and we have been using the system for over a year!
Not difficult to use, and reliable as far as speed goes. But if and when there are issues or questions, they are not easily fixed.
Pretty much everything. We have had problems from day 1 and some have still not been satisfactorily resolved. Every time there is a question or issue, it takes longer than expected to resolve.
Do your homework. Insist on getting references. We asked for references and they would not give us any - should have been a red flag. Make sure you understand how the pricing works - they charge according to $$ not according to number of employees. And read the small print!!
