Sometimes with 1Password, it won't save the username even though I've already put in a username, like the email address or something. It will just save the password, and so then I have to go back in and enter the username. This happens sometimes and can just make it a little bit messy when I'm trying to retrieve a login. Super easy to use and to mess around with; besides that, you can add so many things, not just logins but also credit card information, secure notes, documents, bank accounts, databases, etc., all safe and sound for quick access. While saving new logins, it can be a bit confusing to know what to add in each text field, and it ends up looking, while functional, not the best. I haven't been in touch with their customer support directly because we've barely had issues that required getting in touch with them besides them doing some changes and helping us with the transition.
