I've used this password manager ever since running into issues managing a lot of different logins personally and professionally, including a disastrous situation where my password manager was under a work email at the time of layoffs. It's saved my sanity multiple times and I continue to maintain my own account outside of any job-related PMs. **What do you dislike about 1Password?** It's sometimes really frustrating to remember whether I bought the cloud version or the Mac App Store version when setting up a new computer or reinstalling after wiping an old computer. The workflow there is not as idiot-proof as this idiot sometimes needs. **Recommendations to others considering 1Password:** Start with managing just your personal passwords. Once you get accustomed to the platform and can see the benefits, consider pushing an upgrade to 1Password to your company. We used the user import to manually add all of our users since we have less than 100, it was fast a effecient. We've made several groups and shared vaults and they are being utilized by our end users. Everyone has enjoyed the benefits of using 1Password and not having to remember a ton of passwords for all of the different sites and apps they have to use daily. **What do you dislike about 1Password?** There aren't many downsides to 1Password. The only downside I've been able to find so far is that it doesn't connect directly into some of the apps that I use and so I have to copy and paste the account info into them. **What problems is 1Password solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1Password is solving the problem of having to remember multiple unique, complex passwords and passkeys. This is allowing me to get into sites and endpoints faster without having to remember all the different passwords that I've had to create. Also, another thing it show the logo of the service i.g. Google, Netflix, etc. So, finding password get easy for me. 1Password Chrome extension really very hepful for auto password saving and auto password fill up securely. **What do you dislike about 1Password?** Passkey concept it bit confusing, also sometimes it just don’t work in mobile devices. **What problems is 1Password solving and how is that benefiting you?** Management of TOTP along with unique password, of different sevices was very hard me, also common password in my mind is very imaginable to hackers. 1Password help a lot to generating passwords.
