The seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is what I appreciate most. Having chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaborative document editing all in one place eliminates the need to switch between multiple apps. The ability to co-edit Excel and Word files directly within Teams while on a call saves significant time. I also find the channel-based organization helpful for keeping project discussions focused and searchable. The meeting recording and transcript features are valuable for catching up on sessions I've missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application can be resource-heavy and sometimes slows down my system, especially when multiple meetings and chats are active. The search functionality isn't always reliable, finding older messages or files can be frustrating when results don't surface as expected. Notification management is also tricky; it's easy to miss important messages when you're in multiple channels, yet the constant pings can be distracting. The mobile app experience doesn't feel as polished as the desktop version, and syncing between devices occasionally lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
