"Strong Test Management Core, but Aiden Makes Step Editing Unpredictable"
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase has a strong and well-thought-out core for test management. Test case structure is flexible and clear, making it easy to work with both manual and automated tests. Integrations with automation tools and CI pipelines are practical and save time in real QA workflows. Overall, the platform feels reliable for day-to-day test management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The main downside is the current behavior of the AI assistant (Aiden). Deleting a step always removes the pause automatically, and the AI often regenerates previously deleted steps, ignoring manual changes. There is no way to lock steps, preserve deletions, or manage steps in bulk, which makes iterative refinement unpredictable and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly TMS with Intuitive UI and Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Qase?

I find Qase to be incredibly user-friendly, making it one of the easiest Test Management Systems I've used. It lets us track test runs and generate real-time reports with its clean interface. The test plan feature ensures nothing slips through the cracks. I also like that Qase feels like a modern app—it's fast and the UI is intuitive, so I don't need a manual to figure out how to write test cases. Its integration with Jira isn't just a link; it fully lives with our Jira setup. Qase helps reduce tool fatigue by eliminating double data entry, speeding up onboarding, and enhancing visibility. Setup was very easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I find complexity in custom reporting and sorting a bit challenging, especially the need for multi-level sorting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Test Management with Excellent Playwright Integration"
What do you like best about Qase?

I use Qase as a test management tool for our software projects and love how it keeps all our tests in one place in an orderly manner. It allows us to integrate manual tests with automated tests seamlessly, and the UI is nice, making it easy to keep track of things. The reporting system is very cool and precisely what we need. Custom fields and parameterization also help to keep things tidy and organized. The integration with Playwright is well done, and it was the main reason we chose Qase. I appreciate the ease of use, especially how simply adding Qase to the automated test results in having the test run generated and the result updated, which is really cool. Overall, the initial setup of Qase was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

It would be cool if there was an option to exclude specific parameter combinations from sets of parameters. Another thing, it would be cool to restrict custom fields to a test suite, instead of just projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, User-Friendly QA Tool That Fits Perfectly Into Modern Web Workflows."
What do you like best about Qase?

I like best about this tool is it's clean and easy to use interface. As a senior website designer, I appreciate how simple it is to review test cases and understand QA feedback without dealing with unnecessary complexity. It helps me stay aligned with developers and testers and keeps the overall web project workflow smooth and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Sometimes Qase has a small learning curve at the start, but once you get used to it, it becomes a very effective and reliable tool for daily project work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Efficiency with Automation and Simplicity"
What do you like best about Qase?

I really like the simplicity and straightforward features of Qase, which make it easy to use for day-to-day testing without having to spend too much time figuring things out. This helps me concentrate more on the actual testing work. The Aiden AI for generating test cases is also growing on me, especially as it creates test cases that already follow my format, saving both time and effort. Qase is great for automation testing too; I'm amazed at how it automatically creates test runs, making the process smoother and more efficient, particularly for repeated tests. Overall, it makes both manual and automation testing more manageable. The initial setup of Qase was easy and the tool is very user-friendly, which really supports my workflow and grows with use over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Sometimes Qase can feel a bit laggy, especially when navigating between pages or loading test cases. There are moments when actions take longer than expected, which can slow down the testing flow, particularly during busy testing sessions. Improving the performance and responsiveness would make the overall experience smoother and help maintain focus while working. In terms of performance, Qase can sometimes feel slow when loading test cases, switching between sections, or working with larger test suites. This becomes more noticeable when multiple testers are using the project at the same time. Improving page load times, reducing delays when clicking actions, and making the UI more responsive would really help improve the overall experience. It would also be great if background processes, like syncing or saving changes, were faster or less noticeable so they don't interrupt the workflow. Overall, better performance optimization would make Qase feel smoother and more efficient during daily testing activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Test Management with Qase and Asana Integration"
What do you like best about Qase?

I use Qase for managing both manual and automated test cases for our SaaS product development. The biggest feature for us is the integration with Asana and Playwright, which makes a lot of our interactions seamless and automated. Playwright helps us run UI tests, and Qase allows us to track and manage these tests. I also found it really easy to set up Qase thanks to the setup flow and tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I wish Qase would write to Asana so that we can get linked back to Qase from the Asana ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practicality and Organization, but Dashboard Can Improve"
What do you like best about Qase?

I love the convenience offered by Qase, as the entire usability of the platform is simple and greatly facilitates our work in including test cases. Everything is intuitive, with clear descriptions and pre-configured options for the fields, such as the selection between manual or automated tests and the specification of unstable tests, which greatly simplifies our daily routine. The structure for including test cases is very well organized, allowing us to keep all documentation centralized and well-managed, a crucial aspect for any QA team. Moreover, the transition to using Qase was quite smooth and uncomplicated, contributing to a good adaptation for the entire team. This combination of simplicity, functionality, and ease of use is what makes Qase a truly valuable software for our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I think the Qase dashboard needs improvements. The information displayed on it is not clear or is often incomplete. This forces me to use queries to view certain information that should be more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
