The main downside is the current behavior of the AI assistant (Aiden). Deleting a step always removes the pause automatically, and the AI often regenerates previously deleted steps, ignoring manual changes. I find Qase to be incredibly user-friendly, making it one of the easiest Test Management Systems I've used. It lets us track test runs and generate real-time reports with its clean interface. Sometimes Qase can feel a bit laggy, especially when navigating between pages or loading test cases. I use Qase for managing both manual and automated test cases for our SaaS product development. The biggest feature for us is the integration with Asana and Playwright, which makes a lot of our interactions seamless and automated. Playwright helps us run UI tests, and Qase allows us to track and manage these tests. I also found it really easy to set up Qase thanks to the setup flow and tutorials.
