Job Posts as Integrated Job Boards integrate with more than 50 job boards for easy candidate sourcing. As for candidate engagement, Ceipal ATS allows sending mass emails or SMS marketing campaign in addition to offering branded career sites. Easy Navigation characterized this User-Friendly Interface, which was further aided by the need for Comprehensive Reporting for management purposes. What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

There are several areas that Ceipal ATS may improve on, even though it has many useful features. The interface is functional, however, new users can feel a sense of information overload when they first log in because of the different options and settings available. When doing the integration with some job boards or VMS portals, there may be bugs that result in time wasting. It is also observed that the time it takes for customer support to respond may be prolonged which makes the users helpless in crucial circumstances. Some users say that the customization features are too basic for some specific needs that they may have. The main area where it has to improve is its user interface; freshers or newbies face difficulty in understanding it. Also, sometimes it becomes slow, so if that can be improved, we could use it better. Additionally, we sometimes get repeated and duplicate information, so if it can filter that, it will be the best. CEIPAL uses AI to scan job requirements and compare them with candidate profiles (skills, experience, location, willingness, etc.), and automatically rank the best-fit candidates. This helps recruiters focus their efforts on the most promising applicants first. All incoming applications (from job boards, social media, emails, referrals, etc.) are collected into one unified database. The system automatically parses resumes (extracting information into structured fields), making searching, filtering, and retrieving candidate information much easier compared with spreadsheets or manual files.

It is best to keep the records of candidates and also it helps to update the status keeping all the sourcing process smooth , also it has many options to create job , send mass mail and many more .
