Their support folks get in touch with you in a proactive manner and help you throughout the journey accompanied by the elegantly designed platform that makes usage of the application very easy. Here are some of the features of Loop Health which I personally love, - The HR dashboard is just brilliant, everything you can see in one place and all the much-needed options are mostly one click or a maximum of two clicks away. - Self-enrollment portal so that with the growth of employee numbers it doesn't become hectic for HR rather the employee himself/herself can do the enrollment. - High Engagement Wellness Activities every month and dedicated doctors at phone or video call conference is very assuring - The customized health schemes make it easier for any org to choose and apply any good **What do you dislike about Loop?** There's nothing as such that i dislike about it. everything is awesome. The rewards they provide are a nice touch as well. **What do you dislike about Loop?** There's a lot to like, however one slight dislike is the lag when browsing for different channels. This is not a huge issue, and may not be solely created by the Loop device. **What problems is Loop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loop is solving my business's need for branded background music and video, creating a mood, atmosphere, and ambiance that improves customer experience as well as productivity. ### 5. We were making WAY more woth Returnly Instant Refund credits. We are now stuck in a contract with these guys. **What problems is Loop solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easier for customers to start a return. But honestly we are using happy returns as I am very disappointed with Loo ### 9. Gave us much more visibility into return reasons and tracking end to end return process. **What do you dislike about Loop?** Some of the reporting dashboards are not intuitive and take a very long time to load. Additionally, data plugins to other reporting platforms are lacking (require manual excel spreadsheet exports). **What problems is Loop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use loop to provide visibility into return and exchange process. Additionally, Loop helps improve the customer experience side of the return/exchange process with single platform. ### 12.
