ServiceNow DevOps can be implemented effects into contemporary CI/CD pipelines, making it easy to display changes and deployments. The time is stored through the alternate approvals which can be automated, and its dashboards supply you clean visibility into release compliance and development. Its also convenient that it helps integration with Jenkins and GitHub with out complex setups

The initial deployment may be daunting, specially to small groups. Some of capabilities have additional licensing or customizations involved, including cost and deployment complexity. The interface despite the fact that useful, can be friendlier to new users, especially when applying superior capabilities like policy based control

**What do you like best about ServiceNow DevOps?**

I am one of the user of ServiceNow. Using it from last 8yrs. It has a numerous number of features that an organization require.

One can use this tool with ease and everything is well documented with its automation process. We can integrate it with Incident and Problem managment systems within SNOW.

It connects with wide range of devops tools like GitHub, Jenkins, AzureDevops, Bitbucket.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow DevOps?**

Pricing is little higher which is a difficult for organizations with less than 100employees.
Customization of few features is little diffcult,

End user visibility is solved with SNOW Devops. Instead of having access to multiple Devops tools. Once all the tools are integrated to SNOW thus single access will resolve all the security issues.
Centralized process and documentation, reduced the dependency on individual knowledge.

Filtering of tickets is a bit difficult with provided and and or statements to filter it can be made simple if the servicenow team decides it to be.

Service now has more detailed set of transitions for a ticket id. Ease of integration for use with APIs.

A lot fields to fill in order to approve the service now ticket. While we are doing a automation as part of our release process, we need only minimal values to change based on the deployment status on Target environments/servers. Hence, this was quite tedious as all fields needed to be filled in beforethe approval.

Our automation of release process is tracked via service now tickets. the approval in service now will execute deployments in target servers.

ServiceNow tool has been designed in a very user friendly manner. The UI is  very simple and very easy to use. It also has the option to attach any kind of files which is not availabe in its other competitiors. One can easily track the milestones achieved whenever we raise a ServiceNow ticket.

One thing which I personally dislike about ServiceNow is that whenever we start typing the comments and press enter by mistake, the same gets posted in the comments section. There should be a submit button, on clicking this button it should allow to post the comments.

Our organisation is using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool. We raise tickets for our concerns and get the resolution of the same. It is also used as a knowledge management tool. We can take the dump of the data in a very easy manner and this helps us to analyse the concerned areas which needs to be looked into.

We can create tickets or requests on Service now, which will get routed directly to the special team to resolve the issue. Also, dashboards and reports are available on service now. Service now also provides the feature for the creation of customized depictions. It triggered a notification email if any ticket got assigned to us. We can track live SLA and ticket status.

They need to improve their customer support service to resolve customer queries in minimal time so we can do our work on time. Also, their software is costly; hence many companies are not using it.

We have connected this to powerBI and can see live data in powerBI. Servicenow Devopsenables IT team to automate change management tasks of development, testing. Its customizable report feature is very significant, and we can create any report and even automate those reports by using schedule option.

**What do you like best about ServiceNow DevOps?**

Apart from the auto-populated ticket categorisation and sub-categorisation options, what I most like is its integration with mail server. This is so helpful. I have never seen any other tool which has the flexibility to update comments along with attachments via email. You simply write a comment or update via email. The  ticketing tool accepts and updates it. I really like this feature.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow DevOps?**

Sometimes I find difficulties to identify the correct ticket category. Some innovative feature can be implemented so that the system auto identifies the appropriate ticket category based on some key words typed in the ticket description.

I use ServiceNow for ticketing purposes. It provides me a gateway to flexibly share my issues or concerns and get it resolved. It has a good ticket monitoring and SLA system. I am very satisfied with this tool.

I recently had the opportunity to explore Service Now for releasing our application. I must say it has significantly helped us in the way we manage our software development and operation processes.

While ServiceNow offers several useful features, It can be quite complex to navigate, especially for new users. The initial learning curve for the platform can be steep. requies a quite time to get familiar.

I used this platform for the release of a newer version of our application; it had a streamlined process and helped our release to get organized and efficiently manage our time.

I like that it is straightforward and creates our change requests very efficiently. The notifications are on time and helps us to be aware of the upcoming changes using the proposed time that we can set in the submissions.

The team has to manually go in and cancel the change request after the given time. I think that if we can have it automatically cancel after the end time or even have a setting to cancel automatically, I think it would be efficient.

We can implement our weekly changes more quickly and smoothly using ServiceNow. And also, we can clone the ticket values from the previous requests we have created, which saves us a lot of time while preparing for implementation.
