What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration together in one platform. The seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneDrive makes it simple to work on documents with others, schedule meetings, and keep project communication organized and easy to find in a single place. One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel slower and more resource-intensive than other communication tools, especially when I’m running multiple apps at the same time or joining large meetings. On top of that, the interface can get cluttered with chats, teams, and channels, which makes it harder to quickly find the conversations that matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
