First of all, there needs a lot of imrovement in workflows.

Workflows in Slack are better.

Since we generally use Microsoft tools, such as Office 365 and Windows, Teams allows us to have a very comprehensive integration across the entire Microsoft environment and also multi-device, so that I don't miss any meeting or its summary.

Teams is a very intuitive and complete tool, the function of avatars and dynamic backgrounds also makes it very user-friendly.

I must say that not everything is perfect, we have had call quality issues when many people connect at the same time in a meeting, also if we have two or more Microsoft accounts logged in, it can be a headache, especially because it allows having two versions of Teams installed.
