We have legal documents that require signatures in a specific order, which is a solution our organization uses frequently. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** While we haven't had many dislikes about the product, the limits on signatures/documents for accounts has required us to "up" our account multiple times over the years. It is not difficult to work with and maintain an excellent historical past of the agreement throughout the process. It is also integrated with Salesforce, which is a major plus. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** The program can be a bit slow sometimes - but that may be due to the enormous file size of several files I send. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Acrobat Sign:** I would support the Adobe Note. It allows for files being signed through mobile products that is a good time saver. If someone has a personal adobe account its hard to invite them into the adobe sign portal and Adobe has to be contacted to fix something on the back end. We had to move individual personal accounts to our enterprise account, and people were running into dead ends for archiving their personal account. Also, the administration isn't very straightforward. They have the best feature set for fill in forms. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** We were forced to upgrade from their SOAP api to their REST api, which we did. When we did all the document keys we'd stored in our database to use to later pull form data were all invalid and unable to be used. A third party vendor breaking backwards compatibility is something we take very seriously. This caused headaches for not only our development team but our accounting team as well. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adobe sign helps us collect private data about our customers that sign documents and we don't have to worry about securing that data. Support is very good but is off shored so make sure that will work for you. It has made it so easy to send out a document for signature. You can also store multiple signatures, which is really handy. These signatures can be password protected, which helps a lot if you happen to share a computer with a coworker. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** I don't really think there is anything to dislike about it. It might take some getting used to for someone who isn't familiar with it. It does end up having a lot of prompts for you to follow up with, but it's not difficult to get it set up. **Recommendations to others considering Adobe Acrobat Sign:** It's a great tool! You can store multiple signatures within the "app" which can all be password protected and dated. It's a great alternative to faxing over a document for a signature. This is truly wonderful tool that has changed the way my office collects signatures. I used to have to print, sign and scan documents. Now, I just sign them on the computer and send them via email with no need to print or scan them. Because I'm not having to scan them, the quality of the document is much better than it otherwise would be (especially when the original document was scanned before it was sent to me). I also save on paper, which is definitely a plus. In addition, being able to track the status of signatures is great. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** Sometimes there are restrictions, although I'm not certain if these are placed by the user, that prevent documents that have already been signed from being signed again (for example, in cases where dual signatures are needed). **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stipulated above, not having to print and scan documents has provided the biggest benefit for me. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2020 **What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** My team is processing a fair amount of invoices per week, and each invoice requires at least a signature from the direct manager, if a certain amount is exceeded, it needs a signature from a higher up manager as well. While working in the office, we used paper forms for this process. A print out was signed by each required manager. When we moved to working from home during the pandemic, this process was very impractical, requiring each manager to print, sign and scan the document. So we switched to Adobe Sign very soon. Now, the whole process requires only a set up by the initiating team member, mangers are notified by email, and can add an electronic signature with only a few clicks. It's also easy to track the status of the document, since each assigned supervisor will receive notifications and confirmation emails. This is so easy, we will continue to use Adobe Sign once we move back to working in the office. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?** Sometimes the wait for the document to load takes a bit of time, if my internet connection is slow. With a more reliable connection that shouldn't be an issue at all. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Following our standard, paper based procedure would be a hassle during working from home. Adobe Sign made it very easy to keep up to date with invoice approvals without requiring us to print and scan multiple documents a week. ### 42. This translates to less down time for getting those much needed signatures meaning that there is no down time. ### 44.
