I really like that QuickBooks Point of Sale has multiple ways for people to pay, like payment apps, bank transfer, or typing in numbers if needed. It's really easy to gather payment details, and it makes it easy for customers who don't want to put their card information on file. I also find the system easy to navigate and appreciate that it’s very helpful and not that pricey either. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Point of Sale? I can't think of anything off the top of my head. I mean, I wish that they would have, like, an AI feature where, you know, can just tell an AI bot, like, what your business is or what your inventory is, etcetera, etcetera. Quickbooks point of sale is easy to use and maintain. Adding and modifying items for sale is intuitive. The application allows us to generate invoices, monitor inventory levels and ability to maintain our own customer database. Quickbooks point of sale offers great loyalty reward system allowing us to track customers and reward them for their purchase. QBPOS was an excellent tool because it combined sales and auditing functions. With it, a vendor could process a sale and have it immediately recorded in their accounting system, while also managing inventory in real time and generating invoicing reports. What I like most is how simple it make the sales and inventory control. The interface is clear, and I can train new staff quick without problem. Reports are very helpful too, I can track what products are selling better and make better decisions. Sometimes the system feel a bit slow, specially when handling many transactions at once. Also updates are not always smooth, and it can be a bit expensive for small business.
