I dislike the way this was presented to us as a totally hands free solution, the product itself is fine, pre/post sales support has been rough. 1 Limited Flexibility- While it is highly scalable it may not offer the same level of flexibility as some other database platforms. This may limit the ability to customize the platform. 2 Support- The platform support may be limited for users who are not using Oracle Cloud infrastructure. 3 Cost- MySQL Database may have higher costs compared to some other open source database platforms.
