I use ADP to view and manage my payroll-related documents. It’s one of the most polished apps I’ve used in the HR space. Rather than presenting everything as a boring PDF, the dashboard typically gives a clear overview, including a nice pie chart that shows where your money went. We've been using ADP GlobalView Payroll to manage payroll across multiple countries, and it has proven to be a robust and scalable platform. One of the standout features is its ability to handle complex, multi-country payroll processing while staying compliant with local tax regulations. This is a major advantage for organizations operating globally.

The interface is clean and functional, though there’s a slight learning curve initially—especially for administrators. However, once familiar, it becomes easy to navigate and efficient for processing payroll cycles. The ability to generate detailed reports and access historical payroll data is very helpful for audits and compliance.

Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, though at times ticket resolutions can take longer than expected depending on the region. That said, the ADP support team is generally dependable and proactive when escalations are needed.

Even in the new UI there is a lot of things to work on user experience and it's very difficult to use the app's tax calculator as it didn't provide me the correct information at any time.

What do you like best about ADP GlobalView Payroll?

The ADP payroll system has a very user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. It allows us to manage individual payroll profiles as well as separate employment profiles, giving us a high level of detail and flexibility. The system also supports the creation of separate pro-rata payroll runs and offers the ability to include various payment codes based on specific needs.

One of the key strengths of ADP is how customizable it is — it can be tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. Additionally, the system allows for importing data files with payroll values, which makes the process very efficient and practical.

We can also track processes through dashboards, monitor benefit-related steps, and even request employees to complete their personal onboarding information directly in the system. Overall, it’s a very complete solution, and I truly enjoy working with ADP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the beginning, we experienced some challenges with file imports, which caused a bit of friction in the process. However, the customer support team was very responsive and helped us resolve the issues quickly.
