It's a simple way to have an overview of our office attendance, employee list, and knowing who is working at home or out of the office. It also helps our internal teams like HR, IT, and VPs see how often our office follows suit. We also find it handy for booking open flex cubicle spaces or boardrooms for meetings. The initial setup was quite simple. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** I've noticed some bugs in the app when using, sometimes you can press the check-in button a couple times and it still doesn't register so sometimes you have to do it a few times before it actually works. Also if it was easier to update names if any names are changed due to marriage or if it was easier to make changes to seating if anyone ever moves spots. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Envoy Workplace for checking attendance of hybrid employees and office check-ins. It simplifies our monthly attendance review, helps view who is in the office, and makes it fast and easy to check in and pull employee information. ### 2. I would have liked to see more engagement from the renewal team. It takes forever to initially load, it takes a while to load whenever you do ANY operation in it. Also, there are no quality of life improvements in the app. Remembering your most preferred seat and putting you NEAR it if it fails to book that seat is such a trivial change but it still isn't there. Honestly envoy is a huge drag and more often than not as an end user I have to click/press and wait a lot more than I should have to for something as simple as booking a desk. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me book a desk... Albeit in the most annoying and slow fashion possible. ### 7. It has saved our team time to reallocate to other areas of the business. Another aspect is their people as they have helped us when a urgent matter comes up and always responsive if we have an issue. Another thing I like is the ability to see who is in the office without having to pull up raw badge data. Helps when we are wondering if somebody is in the office to support them. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** There are times when the API breaks with our badging system. They have been responsive to fix the issue but it has happened on occasion. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves our need to do more with less. We no longer need a mail and deliveries person since it takes 5 seconds to scan a package and place it when we get mail. It is also solving our data needs when we need to see occupancy and utilization of our space so we know what buildings are more used than others. ### 8. The guest experience is incredibly smooth—from the moment someone walks in, the sign-in process is intuitive and polished, leaving a great first impression. It eliminates the friction of manual logging, and our visitors consistently comment on how easy it is to navigate. But what I love just as much is how easy it makes managing desk assignments and tracking attendance. With a lot of folks travelling for work, we needed a way to keep track of who’s in the office and make hot desking less of a hassle. Envoy’s desk booking tool is straightforward, flexible, and saves time for our employees and admins alike. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** I have some reservations about the pricing structure of certain features—for example, emergency notifications feel like a capability that should be included in our existing plan. The level of customization allowed is phenomenal and allows us to cater the experience for everyone from clients to vendors. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** There are multiple tiers of Envoy. To really get the most out of it you have to be in the premium tier. Without that there is not too much you can do with it. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a stable visitor management program that could have separate sign in experiences at every site.
