What do you like best?

The simplicity in setting up and deployment the solution was fantastic. It took little to no effort to get something usable and presentable created with the platform. The integration the platform has with our RMM platform Connectwise Manage is excellent and allows us to better use the data we are getting from Simplesat. The support team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive, and they have built a very thorough Knowledge Base with heaps of information that's been able to answer pretty much every question I've had. What do you dislike?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simplesat is allowing us to build a dataset that tells us how happy the people we support are with our service. Before having this ability, we could only gather this data from our customer contacts, who didn't necessarily gauge how the company as a whole felt. What do you like best?

I can always chat or speak with someone at SimpleSat. They allow you to set up appointments for a zoom meeting. The product is truly customer-centric and easy to use. Integration with Zendesk is goo and allows you to use place holders to create filters. These place holders send data to simple sat and add a layer of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike the SimpleSat as you can tell from my previous comment. I would recommend being able to filter by the question where you can see NPS score by question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

nothing...Except this survey, its demanding I write more letters when I have nothing to say, and come to think of it it was a real pain to login here and create an account just to leave feedback. And the verification email got stuck in spam.

The option for more than one positive review allows more room for those who are not absolutely thrilled, like the users who resolve their own issue right after putting in a ticket, they might want to choose the best option because nothing was done by us but they will still choose positive. What do you like best?

If you don’t have a source for client feedback you are missing a major tool in your business. Simplesat is one of our favorite vendors. We migrated over from a previous platform and we could not be any happier. Our client response rate is extremely high and accurate. The interface is incredibly easy to understand and navigate. The dashboard is very informative. We have instant feedback on our clients. It is great to see the comments they have regarding our staff. Getting alerts on anything less than green is critical to any business. We get instant alerts which allow us to contact the client immediately and proactively. What do you like best?

As a busy small business owner/lawyer with no web skills, having SimpleSat on my team helps me sleep at night. The Simple Sat team is extremely responsive, and has developed an elegant way to quickly and easily recieve and review customer feedback. I have recommended Simple Sat to a few of my lawyer friends and they are extremely happy with the service as well. I could not imagine using a different client feedback service. What do you like best?

Looks fantastic on the client side, and on the dashboards. So easy to use. It's a great value for the price, which made the decision easier to go with them. Support is responsive, and development is always working on improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

PDF reporting would be nice for clients. However, they do sync everything with the PSA (Autotask in our case), so I have built reports in there which work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really wanted something that looked great for the clients, and it definitely fits the bill. Also, the fact that it will write-back survey results to Autotask has been great. It's fantastic being able to use the data in different ways in both the Simplesat app and Autotask.This gives us more flexibility. What do you like best?

We use Simplesat for customer satisfaction surveys. We love it. It's really easy to use, support is fantastic, and they listen to the desires of their clients. We asked for some customization to the tool to write back to Connectwise and they built it out pretty quickly. Made our reporting much easier. What do you like best?

There is a lot to like about SimpleSat. Overall, I would say that the product hits EXACTLY the right features and needs of a service based business without getting bogged down in the technical. As a business owner, I want to be certain that we're consistently delivering a helpful, friendly and efficient user experience. SimpleSat, and its integration into our CRM, makes that possible.

Within an hour of running through the setup wizards, I had a contact synchronization set, tickets setup by owner, then by shared resource, then by most time, I was able to quickly and easily embed the surveys into our CSAT ticket process and I was able to export survey results to our BI dashboard system (brightgauge). The entire way through the process, I was able to work with the actual devs and senior engineers and the whole process was simple and straightforward.

We were able to fully utilize the other advanced features quickly as well. Documentation was solid and clear and any snafu we ran into we had answered within a few hours.

The reason we chose Simplesat was because it not only had the CSAT component, but the all important Net Promoter score as well. With the customer sync, we're also able to really see who is interacting with us and who we need to get feedback from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

For the most part, while the feature set right now is slightly more limited than some other competitors, that may be a turn off for other MSP's or service orgs looking for a full solution. For us, however, the simplicity was the key selling point.

Some other users may not prefer to reach out via chat or ticketing and prefer a support call. But I'm not sure that's an option yet. For us, while important, it's not mission critiical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tried to copy a survey our organization had been using for years. It worked. We got access to the data. But we were not really getting any more responses. Once we followed the recommendations from SimpleSat, we switched to a single-question survey. By integrating into Autotask with clean, simple to click icons for satisfaction scores, SimpleSat lives up to its name. Compared with our previous feedback survey, SimpleSat took our feedback % from less than 1% to over 40%. That's monumental and gives us a MUCH better pulse on our customers. What do you like best?

Simple sat is a very nice platform to use and very easy to install. It is very good for assessing customers satisfaction.There is a wordpress feature on simple sat that allows us to post the customers feedback directly on our website and there inviting in more customers. What do you like best?

I knew our clients were happy with the service but this tools helps verify how satisfied our clients are. If we get a review other than excellent, it allows us to be proactive with the client to investigate. This is huge because clients know we are listening and greatly concerned about our service. Simplesat does everything we need and more. It allows us to send follow-up emails to customers who have just opened and closed a ticket with our helpdesk. New features like the option to send out periodic Net Promoter Score surveys, as well as the option to prompt customers who give you positive feedback to leave your business reviews on Facebook and Google, completely fill a void we previously had. If you are looking for a good way to truly get a feel for your customers' perceptions of your relationship, Simplesat is a great tool for doing so. Additionally, if you're looking to boost Facebook and Google reviews, the built-in features allow for ease doing this. Many social reputation building platforms don't allow you to specifically prompt customers who have expressed positive feedback before prompting them to leave a review. Simplesat only prompts customers who have said their experience was good, creating a barrier to protect your reputation from clients who may not leave a positive review.
