What do you like best about TimeTrex Time & Attendance?

TimeTrex is comprehensive and yet simple. The platform design indicates that the product leads spoke to people working in payroll and attendance and wrote it with informed concepts that are in line with the demands of that kind of work. I've worked on other platforms that clearly haven't been created with this as part of the foundation. TimeTrex, in short, is very intuitive to people in these fields. In my position I use it daily.

TimeTrex was in place when I came on board and so I do not have experience with the initial implementation. However, since I've been here, we went off of one management platform and directly onto TimeTrex, and this process was very smooth, almost unnoticeable.

The support provided is just as good if not even superior to the platform itself. I have experience with several support teams for different products, two of those being payroll, and honestly there is no comparison. The people at TimeTrex are the most understanding of various issues and, just as importantly, they can explain it with text-book clarity and do this with patience. The resolutions are very prompt. I am so impressed with their service and product that I wish I could bring them a little gift of appreciation. Anyone asking me for a recommendation would get the strongest for this one, and again, I am saying this having worked with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeTrex Time & Attendance?

What problems is TimeTrex Time & Attendance solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeTrex is simply keeping records and producing smooth payroll runs. It allows us to run various reports with ease, and the support team, when needed, has created particular reports tailored for our organization. They also take the sweat out of more singular challenges, such as garnishment settings which can be very particular. They have discovered problematic settings from our days on another management service and have made the corrections accordingly, which then allowed us to get the most out of the platform. I only wish we would have been directly with them from the beginning. The instruction materials are very clear and the platform itself logical to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeTrex Time & Attendance?

Most obvious being the efficiency of online time and attendance. This software integrates with our HR platform and is easy to use for every employee. You are able to look back on the weeks of the year and fix any mistakes you see by reaching out to the Payroll representative. You are able to manually upload and add in any hours worked and eligible paid absences like sick and vacation. If you are over an hourly employee who is punching in and out each day and you happen to miss a punch in and out you are then able to request a manual punch be entered for you. What do you dislike about TimeTrex Time & Attendance?

There are too many drop downs to choose from and it takes too much time selecting each box in order to punch in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TimeTrex Time & Attendance:

I don't have any reservations recommending this product for purchase by your company. As far as time and attendance software go it is right on par with many others. It does not stand out or fall below the other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeTrex Time & Attendance solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem is being able to have all employees across the organization on the same page and able to be run through the same system. We previously had half of the team using an online platform and the other half submitting paper cards that HR then had to manually enter. It was easy to accidentally enter something wrong from the paper cards and it could potentially mess up that employees pay if it wasn't caught. This system leaves less room for error.
