It is generally simple for admins and staff using it. It's uses are comprehensive if not somewhat difficult to fully implement. If you spend the time, there's a lot to get out of it.
What do you dislike?
It's a little bit clunky in terms of navigation and not the most user-friendly app I could imagine for it's purpose. Setup, while mostly a one time thing, can take quite awhile to get right.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving timesheet tracking problems, accrual balance tracking. Benefits are that it can be implemented easily for all hourly and salaried employees with very little learning curve. Relatively easy of admins and managers.
