I can integrate with other programs as well, so that when field staff clock in for work we can transfer those hours easily to ADP. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** ADP is extreme non-user friendly on the admin side. I have spent weeks and months of my time trying to get answers from support while they ignore you, claim to get back to you and don't, simply do not know how to change a setting on their own product, and the list goes on. We use several modules, Talent and Recruitment, Benefits, ACA, Reporting and Analytics. The Benefits integration was a game changer for us and the ACA module gives us the confidence that we are getting offerings right. Support when needed has been very helpful and we have not experienced any unplanned application downtime. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** Sometimes updates happen without notice and really change how something familiar works. It is able to break down your companies needs down to the job and/or employee. We have multiple connections/APIs set up with ADP which eliminates a lot of manual work. The tech team at ADP is very responsive and knowledgeable. We currently have 2 databases set up with ADP Workforce Now that I am in constantly daily. Working with the Garnishment Team, Wisely Team is always very helpful. Working on set up for new policies is very user friendly and working with the ADP team is very helpful. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** The only thing I find right now that we would love to have access to is to be able to break down job costing for Salary employees. It's performance is pretty good too, it rarely has any downtime. I find that it is easy to get support when you need it, though I don't usually need to get it. I often have to remind myself where a specific field or report is.
