**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I really appreciate the ability to assign delegates to approve certain things and the transparency ADP Workforce Now provides to employees regarding their time off, paid time off, and benefits. This feature has been very impactful for us, especially since we have different managers handling various responsibilities like approving time off, monitoring attendance, and correcting clock-in errors. The way delegate access is assigned differently really benefits our workflow. The onboarding process is another area where ADP Workforce Now excels; it makes everything secure and easy, keeping all documentation organized and making onboarding new staff a breeze.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The scheduling templates could be a little bit easier to set up. I feel like some of the team solutions and dashboards are a little bit outdated.

The ease of use for our employees and practitioners is what I like most. With the expanding features of the system it helps ease some of our problem areas we find.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Some of the features such as the LMS and parts of the performance reviews could be improved. For the LMS we have multiple issues with the search feature and finding what we need due to the system having so many courses.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding feature is probably the most helpful for us. Helps to allow new hires to quickly and efficiently complete their paperwork before their first day allowing us to having things ready to go for their first day. Self service for our employees helps us to allow employees to complete tax forms and direct deposits with ease allowing less errors in payroll processing for those aspects.

I like how easy it is to check my payslips and download tax documents whenever I need them. I also use it to apply for leave, and the process is pretty straightforward. Everything being in one place saves time, so I don’t have to ask HR for small things. The system is generally simple to use once you get used to it.

The interface feels a little outdated and not especially intuitive. Even simple tasks can take a few extra clicks to locate, and the system can be slow at times, which makes the overall experience less smooth than it should be.

It solves the problem of having to go to HR for basic things like payslips, tax documents, or leave requests. I can access everything myself in one place, which saves time and makes things more convenient.

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, and it's awesome for helping with benefits and profit sharing balances. I really love that it assists us in communicating our benefit packages and lets employees know about their paychecks. The ability to show users their profit sharing balances is fantastic. Timecard management and employee work schedules are also features I enjoy; the timecard management is easy for users and their managers. We love the technical support provided by ADP Workforce Now, and I appreciate how ADP guided us through the setup process, especially since we've been with ADP for over 35 years.

The website can be a little clunky but usable.

I like that ADP Workforce Now is pretty straightforward. When I make a new hire, they never have issues getting done what they need to get started. It eliminates the need for myself or my team to hold the new hires' hand at every step. This autonomy allows for my team to go about other things and helps the new hire feel confident in the system without frustration.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I feel our system is not set up great and so I feel like we are not very efficient. We could use a partner that helps us run reports better, use analytics, or even understand ADP Assist better. Ours currently feels hodgepodge.

ADP Workforce Now makes it easy to update employee details and onboard new hires efficiently without much handholding, freeing my team for other tasks.

I love the automated abilities of ADP Workforce Now, especially the ability to run the same reports per pay period and the auto pay abilities. I also appreciate that ADP Workforce Now completes and files our taxes. It really reduces errors and saves me a lot of manual work. Plus, it provides accurate information that comes directly from payroll, making it more time efficient for me.

I have to use too many custom fields and status flags. I wish this was easier. Wish we could block certain taxes by job code. There was definitely a learning curve.

I like the employee self-service options and find them really beneficial. They empower employees by giving them control over their own changes to tax elections and let them retrieve copies of pay stubs and tax forms. It's also great that it provides information on how to update their data. I appreciate the strong customer service, which is responsive and available most of the time to help with any issues or questions that come up.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

We tried to use the HRIS side of the application but it is too rigid. There were features we were sold on, but were not available yet or fully implemented. Also, the system is obviously built on a legacy platform with unexplained codes, accumulators, and fields with too short text limits. It often makes me wonder if it is running on the WOPR from WarGames somewhere. Set up was complex. ADP did provide an implementation team with regular meetings and tasks to get us up and running. Implementation took several months and quite a bit of effort.

ADP Workforce Now simplifies hiring across locations without learning tax returns for each, provides employee self-service for updates and accessing pay info, and offers responsive customer service.

I love all of the interactive features and I look forward to the increase with AI. The interactive tool providing real-time responses and help is fantastic for our practitioners as well as our employees. If and when an issue arises, ADP is always there to help me through the process.

I would say Service Connect could be a little better. I'm hoping AI Assist will help with creating custom reports because at this time it is a little difficult to create some.

I find it really convenient that ADP Workforce Now has a mobile app that I can use on my phone instead of just having to log into a computer. Having a lot of information accessible on the mobile app makes life a lot easier because sometimes I can approve simple things directly on the app. It’s great because it’s accessible whenever I need it. Setting up ADP Workforce Now was pretty simple, and everything was self-explanatory, so it wasn't difficult at all.

Just sometimes minor glitches happen. Nothing major actually. Sometimes it just needs to be refreshed or updated, that's about it.

I like the possibilities of having all services from cradle to grave in one place with ADP Workforce Now. It makes things a bit more seamless and compatible with niche markets.

I have a few issues with ADP Workforce Now. Upgrading to Comp Services introduced some problems, like losing the Bridge and certain controls. It limited abilities for reimbursable expenses and imputed income. The single signature onboarding documents are a hassle since they're grouped into one long document without options. Payroll options could be better, especially for things like travel reimbursement calculations and imputed income for cash value gifts.

ADP Workforce Now makes things a bit more seamless and compatible to niche markets but upgrading created problems like losing the Bridge, losing controls, and limited abilities for reimbursable expenses.

Slow customer support and system navigation are the top two things I would rank as not good about ADP. The initial setup went fairly smooth, training was fast, and the Bridge and Learning paths are great resources.

I like the customer service ADP provides. They offer many learning modules for their system, and there is always a customer service agent available to help. The chat feature is great; you get to speak with a live agent (not AI) who can guide you through almost any process. I needed help setting up our benefits options, and the agent on the chat feature walked me through the entire set-up process and stayed on the chat until I had complete confidence to move forward. Although the initial setup of ADP Workforce Now was moderately easy, there were some bumps along the way, but the customer service to get it straightened out was top-notch.

I think the recruitment page can be more user-friendly, it takes some time to learn how to navigate it. I was having trouble finding where to re-open a job post after I had closed it. Navigating to that was not very intuitive.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

It’s an easy to use system, there’s lots of learning features and tutorials. The bridge has a lot of information available for different features. The training courses available are helpful if you want to learn more about one area or product.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Sometimes it can be hard to find the information needed, clicking through a profile several times to get to one portion of the employee profile takes a lot of time, the system will also randomly glitch and not allow access. Not having tech access if there is an issue for an employee can be troublesome.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s streamlining and making payroll, onboarding and recruiting so seamless and all in one platform instead of several different platforms.

Upside of ADP is they system is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Not an issue with the system Workforce now, but with customer service.  While the ADP representatives are professional, there is a significant disconnect in their training. The support staff seems to have no visibility into the actual client-side view of the system. This makes it nearly impossible to resolve issues efficiently, as I spent most of the call educating them on the payroll laws or need rather than fixing the system problem or set up. ADP needs to train their staff on the user experience, not just their internal backend tools

Workforce Now makes payroll processing and having employees make benefit elections easier.

I like the Global KPIs, recruiting, and voice of the employee features in ADP Workforce Now, as well as reporting. Since becoming a global company, having access to all my employees is really valuable. Also, the customer service is excellent, which helped us through the initial setup despite the challenges.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I just need to get better access to creating custom reports. It's not ADP, it's more me learning all it can do. Not easy... the person in charge of our set-up was not as knowledgeable as we could have used.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now streamlines hiring and review accountability, providing access to all employees globally. I appreciate the Global KPIs, recruiting, and voice of the employee features.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

Their payroll dashboard is the strongest pro of ADP Workforce Now. It is clean and decently easy to pull in payroll. The integration directly into ADP's 401(k) portal is seemless and leads to 0 errors.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The customer service is a huge pain point. The chat feature is helpful for quick fixes but the dedicated customer service managers constantly are reassigned and unhelpful over the phone. Call time constantly have large wait times, usually with no help.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a cost effective HRIS platform for midsized companies.

It is a very easy to use payroll and time management webpanel.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

As a user I cannot really say there are any downsides to using this product. It manages our time and PTO properly, as well as out legal documents.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can access our Tax forms anytime of the year from anywhere, it also provides a space to keep links to our work benefits. There is a PTO calendar that we can submit and our supervisors can approve or not these requests.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, and I love how easy it is to use in general. The amazing reporting really stands out for me, as does the ease of using templates. It allows us to easily upload stock releases, bonus payments, and all other specialty payments that would take hours to do manually, turning hours of work into minutes.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I wish we didn't have to cancel auto pay manually. It would be beneficial for ADP to do it for us. I wish it would automatically turn off auto pay upon termination status.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now allows us to easily upload stock releases and bonus payments, turning hours of work into minutes.
