What do you like best?

Undoubtedly, ADP is a powerful and valuable tool for all employees at a company. Why ADP is essential software for all enterprises? The answer is plain to see because you start to use it on the first day at your company. The most important features are:

- the simple registration process when you accepted the job offer

- W4, W2 - all tax forms are available online

- "Clock-in" and "Clock-out" buttons for all employees who are working remotely (the feature for your supervisor)

- the information about your benefits in one place

- Payment options online with any additional activities from HR or Accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Indeed, ADP is the best tool in the HR area. However, the Mobile Application is with fewer features than the desktop software. I would like to have in Mobile Application (IOS and Android) the same features. The most important point in the Mobile App is information about your paycheck (taxes, benefits, retirement, other and take home). If ADP developed their App, it will be amazing for all clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use this tool as a user. First of all, for me, this tool is beneficial because:

- PTO request online

- W2 form online

- My timecard - all information about my work hours

- Benefits & Wellness - all applications online

- Payment option. I can add up to nine banks for my paychecks. I can also split up my salary between banks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I think the best thing is the ADP is all inclusive. It is really helpful that everything from onboarding, payroll, taxes, benefits, time and attendance, and even terminations are on the same platform, or have the ability to be. I have worked for companies that do have a platform like this and it's not as streamlined. ADP helps decrease the chaos in a potentially chaotic (ever-changing) field- Human Resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The one downside of ADP, would be the enhancements that they do. The last couple that have been rolled out have not provided the service that they expected- leading to functions within ADP not working correctly or not working at all. It makes it a little hard to do payroll on a Monday when they do an enhancement over the weekend. But when everything is working, it's completely fine and great actually! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want an all-in-one platform to administer benefits, payroll, onboarding, etc. this is your platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have not had to work out any problems with ADP.

I really love that they file jurisdiction taxes for us. That is one thing that I wouldn't want to add to my plate, and they are always on top of filing for us. I have never had to reconcile or do anything extra with taxes and that's because ADP is such a big help in that regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

This program makes all things attendance and payroll extremely easy. Time management simplified, this program has an easy to use interface. It does everything for you with just the click of a button. Looking at paystub and tax information, automatically keeping up with insurance and other . It also allows you set different allocations so that if there is an employee working different departments or with different responsibilities; they can easily switch over without any hassle and pay rates will change automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it take a long time for the amount of for things to transfer from job to job Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Of Course i recommend this. It keeps all your infomation and makes taxes easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps me stay on time. There are easy ways to edit everything and the leadership can choose to change things and approve them at their own leisure before the pay period end. Not to mention if there is a mistake it automatically applies the time to the next pay period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

ADP does the basics of what you would expect from a payroll system. We are able to manage different employee types across departments within each business unit. Payments are made on time and customer service has been available when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

ADP recently changed their user interface. It used to be very simple and easy for everyone to understand with minimal training. Since the changes, employees have been struggling just to report their PTO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please be aware that the user interface is not very intuitive at all. Since the change a few months ago we have had numerous complaints from our team members completing simple tasks like submitting PTO requests. Approving managers are also not getting notified when team members submit their requests. This has been a huge strain on our human resources department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Like I mentioned above, TeamPay by ADP helps us with managing different employee types (hourly and contract and full time) across each of our departments and business units. The benefits of having this managed in a robust system vs manually handling this is a huge benefit for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love the digital time cards and the way our managers can see their crews time each day. We went to having 400 pieces of paper time cards each pay period to virtually NONE. I also like the HR management component that is proving to outweigh all the costs for us. We just began onboarding our new people online with limited paper now and having them fill out the required forms online, which is proving to be super helpful. Less errors are occuring all around - on their end and on mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It does so much that I almost can't keep track of all the thing it does. I don't like that once implementation is done, we have no contact to help us move forward. There isn't like anyone that stays with you and checks in on you to see if you need assistance. Having a team assigned to your account afterward would be so helpful knowing I had a contact that could direct me in the right place without having to call customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Digital time cards and no time sheets anymore; Keeping HR documents organized and attached to personnel records. Onboarding new hires has been a huge help and having them complete the required forms like the I-9, and tax forms online saved us tons of time and paper, not to mention errors! What do you like best?

The HR Analytical data is hands down the best item in Workforce Now. They have specific data for turnover and high-risk employees which is invaluable. The analytics tab has a really smooth look and very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that new employees cannot access the system to enroll in onboarding until their actual start date. They can’t get access to that ahead of time and it causes slow down with onboarding and electing benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to view our gaps within our organization a little easier with the built-in optics. We are able to adapt and shift and use actually data to support change management, which I feel is always a struggle for HR team members. There are a lot of beneficial reports and insights. I also like the compliance features. They show all of the dates of the last edition and it helps my team stay on top of Department of Labor rulings and other employment laws that are passed. What do you like best?

ADP WFN is a one-stop shop for all of our needs. We are able to maximize the self service use for our employees, which allows us to have a great communication avenue with our employees. ADP is always looking at ways to improve the user experience, and does a great job at communicating up to date information to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I am having a hard time responding to this question, because I really do not have any negative things to say about ADP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having the ability to share updates with our employees that are currently working remotely via the Company Page is extremely helpful. With so many things coming up like Open Enrollment and EOY changes, communication is key!

The sample reports are so useful for so many reasons... I find myself going there first before trying to create my own report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

All of the applications are user friendly but what I like best is the reporting segment. It was definitely several steps up from our previous software. The report grabber makes it easy to create custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

When using the hire and termination features it would be helpful if there were better descriptions or explanations on the impact of each choice. Although this could be due to lack of training. Sometimes the training videos only tell you what the choice means but not how it will impact the the end result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I always advice to do your due diligence, however, we are extremely happy with ADP Workforce Now. The implementation was intense but that is to be expected when working with so much data. The implementation team was very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. We use Workforce Now daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We currently are not in the process of solving any problems. The benefits we have realized with Workforce Now is having all platforms in one location and how they interact with each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

In Workforce the reporting system fully automates the formation of sales force reports as far as graphics editions are concerned. ADP Workforce now includes an activity manager that allows the inclusion of shortcuts to speed up work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The platform has a small check creation and management list, but these cannot be adapted to the formats of other workforce management platforms. Outside of this point, ADP Workforce adapted very quickly to all expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We can recommend Workforce to supply management companies, as it fits well with ERP service work models, whose integrations would go a long way to managing sales properly and increasing overall work performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We believe that ADP Workforce now is one of the best services to carry out the management of supply or employee checklists, and to manage activities in general. ADP Workforce now is an interesting software with good integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The functionality of the product and the customer service are top notch! The connection from onboarding through payroll to discharging employees is seamless. I use the analytics dashboard each week to narrow our focus on areas we need to work on and share that knowledge with our Executive team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. I am sure I could be doing things a little more efficient through the system, but that requires dedicated time to navigate the different options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We are very pleased with the product, service, attention our organization gets with using ADP Workforce Now and have integrated many additional products in the mix to handle a lot of our HR functions. We only wish we had moved to ADP several years earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our onboarding is much more efficient and our payroll is accurate. We have incorporated many of the reports in our weekly meetings with our Leadership staff to drive positive change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

ADP Makes it super easy to clock in and clock out, as well as checking your schedule and viewing your pay card. If you opt in for company benefits you can also choose your benefits through your ADP portal. Overall very easy to use and a great resource to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some of the password restrictions can be a bit tricky, and you are required to change your password every six months, but I think this is standard for payroll type services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is super easy to use and It takes care of everything payroll! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ADP makes it easy to track schedules and clock in and out in a timely manner. at a previous role I was allowed to clock in on my phone using the app, which is very easy to use, but at my current role we are not allowed to use the app or website on our phone and need to use the work laptop to clock in and out. What do you like best?

The most helpful aspect of ADP Workforce Now is the ability to connect with other users around the world. It's not that ADP representatives aren't helpful, because they absolutely are. However, connecting with a user that is actually using the product provides a more useful interaction. I often find myself going to The Bridge to see who else is dealing with a similar situation and how they used ADP to solve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't have many dislikes about ADP Workforce Now. If I could have everything I wanted, I suppose I'd wish that you could establish more details about an employee in the hiring template. This would prevent me from having to go into their profiles after I hire them to set them up further. I can say that ADP is quick to act on feedback and makes updates often! These aren't the updates that change everything to where you have to learn all over again, they are updates to make your life easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Establish a list of absolute needs and another list of future desires. Connect with a representative (one that you are comfortable) and have an honest conversation about what you need from ADP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Paper! Before ADP Workforce Now, my company did timecards, time off, benefits, you name it, all on paper! Cutting out those manual processes have allowed us to focus on the things that matter. I'm also able to look in one place for employee for employee information. Such a time saver! I now have time to dive in to our policies and consult with our Executives and Managers on ways to improve our operations. I truly couldn't imagine going back to the pre-ADP Workforce Now era. What do you like best?

It is so simple to use and easy. I can do payroll faster than I have ever done it before with this system. I used to payroll in an excel spreadsheet and that was a pain. This already has everything I need and all I have to do is adjust the times as needed (if needed) and approve the timecards. Simple as pie! Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any dislikes, although sometimes my employees say they have issues with the mobile app loading. I am always able to help them resolve it though, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend ADP Workforce Now all around, for everything it has to offer. It is 100% user friendly and simple to learn. It helps my company stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My staff sometimes have issues getting their timecard clock to load when they try to clock in or clock out. Sometimes the app needs to be restarted or updated. Sometimes we need to uninstall and reinstall it to have it work properly. But there are no other major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

very user friendly and easy to see payroll info, how much is being taxed, what is being deducted for benefits. Also easy to request time off, find documents and company info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Messaging is the worst through ADP. You can't just click in to a message and it's especially messy when requesting time off. Being in a salaried and commission role, it would also be amazing to see the rate at which each is taxed, not just the amount being taken out for each category (social Security, local tax, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's the best option I have experienced as an end user. I wish it had a bit more info on taxes and better messaging, but it's nothing I can't deal with. Overall good user experience and I would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's easy to see and compare historical payroll information and a great way to "host" company documents. Since we are all working remotely, it's also been beneficial to see colleagues PTO calendar to properly plan future meetings or avoid requesting those days off. What do you like best?

We have been with ADP for about 5 years now and we are still learning new things. ADP helps us with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and payment management. I absolutely love The Bridge, which is an online forum for ADP users and ADP moderators. It is used to share ideas and problem solve as a network. ADP hosts a number of in-person (pre-COVID) and virtual conferences where you are able to take classes, network with other users and chat with real ADP CSR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With the good comes the bad, which isn't a great number of items. I don't like how some of the CSR are not native-speaking English individuals. It can make phone calls very long. I'm also not a fan of having to buy some add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payroll and benefits administration are the two biggest items we use but we are slowly getting into Talent Management and Total Rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that you can access the system anytime from anywhere. It's very user friendly. The guides are great as a backup support, along with the screenshots to help you feel at ease that you are following instructions precisely & in the proper menu. The customer service is also fantastic! They are quick to assist and ensure your payroll is processed properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Improvements have been made to implement last minute coding so I'm happy to say I can't think of anything I 'dislike' at this time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This web based application is very user friendly. Once you understand where to maneuver around the different menus, it's a breeze to use. If you have a last minute entry prior to processing you can log in from anywhere at any time to make the necessary changes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are currently using ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, tax preparation & filings, as well as year-end W2s. By being able to consolidate these tasks using ADP's service, we have better time management to perform other duties our employer may require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADP works on many different platforms. The mobile app is just as user friendly as the webpage and everything is well formatted to find what you need. There is also access to files from different companies if they both used ADP. I'm able to find my tax files and pay stubs for multiple companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

ADP doesn't have much functionality on the user side. I've had some recent issue with HR unable to make an approval to a change in my election benefits. If it is an option for HR to access, it seems like it's not as straightforward in this scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used ADP for payroll, benefits, and distribution of company forms. I think we've realized the benefit of a connected information system across several locations and countries in which our company operates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is a big company and you know what you are getting. They are a giant in the business and there is reliability there. Accessing their system is easy and generally it is easy to navigate their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is very one size fits all. The reporting is terrible. It is difficult at best to create custom reports and you often need to pay for ADP to build you a custom report. There is a lack of interface between the various ADP depts. If you need 401k it is one place, payroll is one place and time attendance is another. You can easily spend a ton of time of the phone getting bounced from one to another. In addition if you are not savvy to their systems you can easily miss something but not circling back to another dept. For example if you add a time off code with time and attendance and do not circle back to you payroll manager the time code will not payout properly on a paycheck. This happened to me and I caught it just before payroll went in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They are our general payroll provider. Having a big payroll provider is nice and it is efficient at what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
