we obviously like the affordability of Spiff. We are able to have a pretty nice environment to have some creative freedom in what metrics and tools we use to bring in commissionable data and produce statements for others to see. More support. We can pay for added support to our software solution, but any time we have general needs for something happening in Spiff or there is a new patch update that comes with a feature that causes confusion across our org, Spiff (or rather Salesforce) is very slow to respond and when they do respond they deflect us to attend a seminar to have our questions answered.
