What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

I love that Salesforce Spiff is super easy to use. A link is sent out internally to us, and I just click on it, sign in, and it's really a one-stop shop. I can see my progress and income, and then I can approve everything with the click of one button. It's great that everything is consolidated in one place so I don't have to hunt and peck around. The setup was tremendously easy, and it's very intuitive. It's very easy to set up and very easy to use. I gave it an absolute 10 out of 10 because it's a really, really good tool. What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

I would like to see a little more dynamic features. Maybe a different tab could tie in with all my account information in Salesforce. There might be an existing capability for projecting future income from deals, but I haven't found it. If there was something that showed what the projection of that income could be in the future, along with the commission statement, that would be very helpful. What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ thing that I liked the most about Spiff is the way it makes commission tracking so transparent that you can hardly believe it. Without me having to wait for the month-end reports, I can see exactly how each deal influences my earnings. The platform is not only intuitive and user-friendly, but it also allows me to very quickly check my commissions at any time of the day. I also really like the fact that it offers live updates — it is my dashboard that gets updated with the new information as soon as the deal is closed. What is more, Spiff works well with Salesforce, so I don’t have to do the data entry twice, which is another thing I am thankful for. The reporting tools give me insights into sales performance trends and help me with better planning. Along with this, it significantly cuts down on the risk of mistakes that may happen in a case of manually prepared spreadsheets. In short, Spiff is a great tool that takes away all the hassles from the process of commission management and makes it very easy for you to ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌understand. One​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ of the things I don't like is that some of the customization options seem a little bit limited, particularly if the commission structure is complicated. There are times when the dashboard is slow to load because there are a lot of deals. If several changes occur at the same time, notifications can sometimes become too much. The learning curve for new team members is quite difficult, especially if they have never used similar tools before. Some report features need you to do a bit more work that can take some time. I also think that the mobile version could be a little more user-friendly. Besides these minor inconveniences, the platform still saves a lot of time and is great at reducing mistakes.
