Eightfold AI gives us a more flexible way to assess talent because it looks at skills and capabilities rather than simply matching people by their current job titles. I find the AI features useful when searching for suitable candidates or employees, especially when someone has experience that could transfer to another position. The UI is also simple to follow after getting used to the platform. I can move through profiles and review relevant information without spending too much time searching for basic details. I have not experienced any significant problem with Eightfold AI that would negatively affect my overall use of it. The platform has a broad set of capabilities, and understanding how all of them work can take some practice. The AI-driven candidate matching is the standout feature for us. It surfaces qualified candidates from our existing talent pool much faster than manual sourcing did, and the skills-based matching picks up on transferable experience that keyword search would miss. The interface is clean and easy for recruiters to pick up without much training, and it integrates well with our existing HR systems so data stays in sync. I really like the Calibration page, the Copilot for mass candidate invitations and profile summarization, and the AI Interviewer. I love the Communication Center because it allows me to see all my messages in one place, and the Scheduling Center is extremely helpful for managing and tracking my sessions. The candidate search functionality is also very useful, as well as using tags, sending messages, having calls with candidates, and reviewing feedback in a single place. I also really enjoy creating forms for technical interviews or TA filters, the communication available through the Career Center, and the plans. Honestly, I like everything.
