"Microsoft Loop’s Kanban Board Keeps Our Team Aligned and Productive"
What do you like best about Microsoft Loop?

I particularly appreciate the Kanban board feature in Microsoft Loop. It provides a visual and intuitive way to organize and track project tasks. The ability to use Kanban boards makes it easy for me and my team to visualize our workflow, prioritize tasks, and identify bottlenecks quickly. This feature enhances our productivity by keeping everyone aligned on project status and next steps at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Loop?

While I value the functionality it offers, particularly the Kanban board, I sometimes find that the tool's overall interface can be complex. For example, integrating it smoothly with other established systems can be a challenge initially. Additionally, as it's a relatively new platform, there might be some evolving features and limitations compared to more mature project management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loop makes projects, meetings, spaces, lists, etc. a great place/tool to coordinate across an organization. "Seamless Real-Time Collaboration That Keeps Teams Aligned"
What do you like best about Microsoft Loop?

What I like best about Microsoft Loop is how it makes collaboration fluid and real-time, letting team members work together on the same content seamlessly across apps. What’s most helpful is the flexible, modular structure—you can create components like lists, tables, or notes that update everywhere instantly. The main upsides are that it keeps everyone aligned, reduces version conflicts, and makes teamwork more dynamic and organized, all within the Microsoft ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Loop?

What I find less helpful about Microsoft Loop is that sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming when managing many components or pages, especially in large projects with multiple collaborators. Another downside is that some features are still limited compared to traditional apps, like advanced formatting or offline access. Occasionally, syncing or loading components can be a bit slow, which can interrupt the workflow. Overall, while it’s great for collaboration, it can require a bit of patience and adaptation in complex scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Loop Makes Reusable, Synced Components Effortless"
What do you like best about Microsoft Loop?

Microsoft Loop is great for creating portable, synced components like tables and paragraphs that you can reuse across different places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Loop?

Microsoft Loop doesn’t offer an option to work offline, and it requires a stable internet connection to function. I really think they should provide an offline mode as well, so it’s still usable when you don’t have reliable access to the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Collaboration Using Microsoft Loop"
What do you like best about Microsoft Loop?

I like Microsoft Loop because it makes real-time collaboration easy, and its dynamic components stay synced across Microsoft 365 apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Loop?

One limitation of Microsoft Loop is that it’s still evolving, so certain features can feel less polished than those in more established collaboration tools. It can also be confusing if teams aren’t aligned on when to use Loop versus other Microsoft 365 apps, such as OneNote or SharePoint, which can lead to uncertainty about where specific content should live.
