All of the process is automated in the systems starting from triggering the job, getting the log, depending jobs etc. This helped us in reducing huge workload and manpower. Our organisation is big and need a lot of manpower in order to manage the jobs. Currently, everything is automated via Autosys and only few around 20 people are managing this via autosys. Customer support we ask for it rarely but they are quick in response. **What do you dislike about AutoSys Workload Automation?** There is nothing to dislike but it will take a lot of work to implement and automate this workflow and also learning it is not easy. GUI can be improved and more user friendly also can optimise it a bit more. I don't have any issues with it now, I'm used to it. **What problems is AutoSys Workload Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing the re-work, logging to system putting many t-codes etc all of this can be done and checked in autosys on a single screen which reduces a lot of work for us.
