## About Integration App
Integration.app presents the Universal Integration Layer: the turnkey solution for scaling your customer-facing integrations with any SaaS app, any use case. We’ve built on the strengths of previous generations by combining the standardization and turnkey nature of Unified APIs with the ease and scalability of more customized Embedded iPaaS solutions. Unlike IpaaS platforms or unified APIs, Integration.app operates at a lower level of infrastructure, giving developers multiple building blocks to assemble any kind of customer-facing integration with full flexibility and control. The platform eliminates the traditional blockers of these approaches, such as rigid, static data sets and the need to build multiple integrations one at a time. You can choose to integrate any of our 3000+ connectors across various SaaS categories (CRMs, task management, accounting, etc.) or build your own custom connector for any app with an OpenAPI spec using LLM-powered features for scraping API docs and mapping data.

## Integration App Reviews
 ### 1. Makes integrations fast and stress-free

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh Kumar S. | Full Stack Developer(Research & Development) — React.js and Laravel, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The thing I love most is how simple it is to set up automations between apps—no deep coding needed. The user interface is intuitive, and it just works. It's saved me a ton of time connecting tools like Slack and HubSpot. I also like the built-in logs for tracking activity, which helps when troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Some advanced features could be better documented, and a few integrations don’t have as many customization options as I’d hoped. I had to reach out to support a couple of times for clarity, which slowed me down a bit. More built-in templates or examples would definitely help new users ramp up faster.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration App helps us connect different SaaS tools quickly, without needing to build and maintain custom APIs for every new service. It’s saving our dev team a lot of time and letting us focus more on business logic instead of plumbing. It also reduces onboarding friction for clients by offering smoother integration paths.

 ### 2. Easiest setup and great support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian B. | Director of Engineering - New Business, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

- The building blocks make it quite easy to set up blueprints for common integration scenarios that can be reused for multiple external systems. E.g., one can set up a single flow or field mapping to use with several CRMs.
- Field mappings are a 1st class citizen and can easily be applied to several integrations. These can be made dynamic out-of-the-box as well, allowing individual customers of our platform to extend their field mappings.
- We had a read-only integration with HubSpot, incl. field mapping running in our WebApp within half a day without prior experience.
- Their support has been great so far; they've been the most responsive and helpful of all contenders during our evaluation, taking the time to answer all our questions even on short notice.

Another plus was that operating it ourselves seemed way simpler than competitors. We only did a PoC for this during our evaluation, though. We're using the managed service for now.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

IaC-like integration into our progressive testing-/release-pipeline is cumbersome. It does work with their CLI at the end of the day, but could be better, e.g., by following a fully declarative approach.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration App helps us quickly provide integrations with several external data sources for our platform's customers in a maintainable way, satisfying their critical requirement to be able to integrate data from their whole IT landscape, while keeping the growing number of 3rd party integrations manageable for our product team.

 ### 3. Integration.app: streamlining integrations that simply work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thorsten W. | Staff Platform Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

After testing several integration platforms, Integration.app stood out as our top choice. Its intuitive interface and architecture make creating and managing integrations a breeze.

Integration.app delivers all necessary functionality with the right depth, eliminating unnecessary bloat. We were able to rapidly integrate target third-party systems without any prior knowledge. Data sources and field mappings can be defined in a generalized way and therefore be reused across different connected services that abstract the same kind of data. This was a game-changer for us. Their support has been consistently outstanding pre- and post-sales.

More so, compared to competitors, their self-hosting solution was significantly easier to roll out and maintain during our evaluation.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

The tooling for automated management of platform configuration in its current state is functional, but has room for improvement. The platform's ongoing development and planned features for upcoming releases promise to significantly enhance the value, though.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating and utilizing data hosted in customer's third-party systems.

 ### 4. The right people for the job

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karol T. | Head of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

If you need anything more than a basic barebone integration(and who doesn't?) you need Integration.app's team!

We needed to quickly connect two integrations not offered out-of-the-box on any platform, including Integration.app. We've reached out to the Integration.app's team and they kindly offered to build the integration for us for a small fee. The feedback loop was extremely fast thanks to the slack channel with tens of messages flying back and forth each week. Whenever we've found a bug it was investigated within 24 hours and the engineers were extremely helpful to us.

Working with Integration.app allowed us to have a standardised input into our system which is now integration-agnostic thanks to Integration.app doing the heavy lifting for us. Would recommend!

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Be sure to think about the edge cases before kicking off the work. Integrations are a complex subject and whatever you won't include in the scope will delay your work later. Be sure to prepare the test environment covering all of the edge cases and test each of the integration's releases against it.

Also be sure to outline the expected JSON responses from the Integration.app beforehand. There's a nice cursor-based pagination available but you need to either find it in the UI or ask the Integration.app's team for that.

The UI itself is a bit complex. Thanks to that sky is the limit and if you need something complex you'll most probably be able to do that just fine. However, it takes some time to get used to field mapping UI and pagination settings. There's no saving button/confirmation anywhere so you have to be precise about the changes you make. I'd advise having a separate test environment for your experiments.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the Integration.app we could roll-out new integrations much quicker than we would ever be able to if built in house.

 ### 5. Reliable, Affordable, and Exactly What I Needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

What I like most is how fast and flexible Integration App is. I got complex workflows up and running without all the usual tech headaches. Plus, the AI help is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

It’s powerful but not super beginner-friendly. Debugging custom flows can be tricky, and pricing isn’t always clear. Takes a bit of time to get comfortable, especially without detailed docs. Once you’re in, though, it’s smooth and flexible.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It connects all my tools, automates workflows, and saves tons of manual effort. I spend less time fixing data issues and more time focusing on actual work.

 ### 6. Integration.app is the new-generation of integrating with SaaS tools + world class support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitch N. | CTO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The guys did an outstanding job just across the board, from any of the conversations we've had, the design of the product and our interactions with them.

It's an integration product built by developers, for developers. The others that I saw in Vue, were not for me, it's a lot of diagrams flows, but if I want to touch it via API or interact with it somehow, as a developer, almost impossible. Integration.app really stands out. It's exactly what I was hoping to find and we're very, very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Nothing for now, we’re very happy with it from product experience to support.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve started with out first immediate need on CRMs. The use case is about setting up two-way data synchronization between our products and HubSpot and Salesforce. Specifically:

- Enriching contact data in the CRMs by pulling additional data from the customer's application and external services.
- Allowing customers to map fields between their application's data schema and the CRM fields, including handling custom fields.
- Enabling initial import of all existing contacts from the CRMs into the customer's app.
- Continuously syncing new/updated contacts from the CRMs to the customer's app and vice versa in real-time.
- Providing a UI for customers to configure the field mappings and setup the data flows.

Everything was pretty easy to implement and we got a proof of concept up and running in a few hours of engineering work.

 ### 7. Best universal data model integration application on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave W. | President & CPO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The ability to scale and handle multiple integrations across a multi-tenated environment is a huge need of ours. In addition to having a great way of managing universal data models to handle different kinds of similar integrations, the ability to customize based on the uniqueness is very important. The customer service has been incredible thus far.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Nothing at this poin has caused any significant issues. The biggest issue was a minor redirect on the interface that has been identified and addressed.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a challenge to integrate many different applications in a multi-tenanted environment. Rolling our own solution would take a massive amount of time and resources. Integration.app is solving this for us affordably

 ### 8. This tool has helped us speed up integration with 3rd parties and improve our apps' security.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alba S. | FullStack Engineer II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

From the beginning, the team was available to us; they helped us to understand the platform, optimize our use, and extend what they didn't have yet. Certainly, the support would be one of their great strengths.

Also, their resources, including SDKs and documentation for each connector or the platform itself, are of high quality, and we always get to do what we set out to do. It is really easy for us to integrate into our projects; we didn't take more than a week for the implementation, and we're always able to extend it via their visual platform.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Although this is something they will modify over time, as they are always taking our constructive feedback and applying it to their platform, it is true that for now, the UX is not as intuitive as we would like it to be, and sometimes we need extra help to find things. Something that can be easily improved and they are working on it.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a product in the headless ecosystem, it is always necessary to provide our customers with an extensive number of integrations with other headless platforms to facilitate use and improve user satisfaction.

In order to develop as much as we would like, we needed a system or platform that would streamline our connection with third parties so that we could focus on functionality and not have to learn in-depth every one that appeared on our list of possible integrations. For this, Integration.app has been a game changer! Now, we are able to focus on developing the best apps we can, and Integration.app helps us connect easily, access the data securely and store the data where we want.

 ### 9. It was a great aggregation solution for our use case

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prasidha K. | Tech Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The best thing is that you dont have to ensure the mappings of data point between various platforms.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

The price might need to be adjusted for startups

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to integrate different thirt party in our own platform and to do that integration app to help me implement the integration in short amount of time based on our user use case.

 ### 10. Truly, the most flexible integration platform that I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukunth K. | CEO / CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

There's a lot to like:

-- Philosophy --
The website claims that integration.app is infinitely flexible and allows you to integrate with any system that provides an API.
After using the product and examining its constructs, I can safely say it lives up to its claim.
I haven't seen any other integration platform with this much flexibility.

-- Product --
The product has the following constructs: Connectors, Data Sources, Field Mappings, App Schemas, Data Link tables, Actions and Flows.
Basically, you define your application's schemas under App Schemas and then configure the remaining constructs to apply necessary transformations and mappings to them. You can also modify the constructs of the same integration at a customer-level if required, which is awesome.
These constructs are well-designed and intuitive! After exploring the different constructs, I figured out how to use them within a few hours.
In the places where I got stuck, I could find my way through the documentation, and for further help and clarification, the team helped promptly via Slack.
Being a young company, the product is constantly improving in layout and features. There are a few UI bugs here and there, but I haven't encountered any bugs in the integrations running in production.

Now, given the immense flexibility, one might think that building integrations would be very time-consuming.
I was surprised by how many ready-to-use "templates" and pre-built connectors are available for each kind of integration. The best part is that you can quickly modify them to your needs via the UI or code if required.
Also, for transformations that are more complex to be possible via any UI element, code blocks are available in the connector logic that allows you to directly modify the request and response of any API via Javascript.

My use case was building out accounting integrations for the top 3 accounting tools. Within the first week, I figured out how things worked and how to integrate this platform with my own application.
After that, building out the integrations for the different accounting tools was a breeze. For one of the accounting tools, it was as simple as adding a connector and adding it to the actions that I needed, which literally took only around 15-20 minutes.

-- Security --
They're SOC2 certified, so that's good enough for most, including me. Additionally, if really required, they support on-premise deployments so you can truly keep your data with you. I'm sure it comes at an increased cost, but hey, having the option to do so is great.

-- Documentation --
The documentation is pretty good. It gives you a good understanding of the different constructs. I used the documentation sparingly since the UI itself was pretty intuitive.

-- Team & Support --
The team is excellent and friendly. Communication is via a Slack channel and I get almost all of my queries answered within a few minutes to an hour. Because of time-zone differences, some questions take a bit more time to answer, but that's acceptable.
The team considers all bug and feature requests and is receptive to customer feedback.

-- Pricing --
I couldn't have asked for better pricing. They have different pricing models—by connector or by customer. This should be flexible enough for any use case.
From what I've seen, the product seems to be priced attractively compared to Unified API products and other IPAAS providers. Couple that with the fact that you can build almost any integration quickly, and it's a no-brainer.

All in all, it is an excellent product with a great team and a great price. I've enjoyed using the product and working with the team and will continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

There's not a lot to dislike. Most of my "negatives" (if you can even call them that) are attributed to it being a young company.
Being a young platform, some features are missing, but most are already in the pipeline, and the team ships quickly.

Mostly, you'll just need to get used to the moderately frequent UI changes. So, once in a while, you'll need to explore the UI to understand new layouts.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My application requires a unified schema for Accounting, CRM, and HRIS tools, and that's when I started searching for integration platforms to do this.

I'd explored Unified API tools, but none of them supported all the fields that my schema required. Also, adding these missing fields by ourselves wasn't possible in such tools.
I'd then explored IPaaS tools such as Cyclr, but even they didn't allow us to build connectors to certain tools by ourselves. We would have been dependant on the Cyclr team. Additionally, the pricing was too high.

Integration.app is built in a self-serve way for you to build out your integrations, and it tries to make it easier and faster at every step of the way. For eg. the intuitive UI elements, the pre-built connectors, the readily available Action and Flow templates that are easily modifiable etc. all help with building integrations exactly to my specification and quickly.

So now, all of my 3rd party API integrations to Accounting, CRM and HRIS tools are managed on Integration.app and my application is integrated with it.

 ### 11. Boosting Integration Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucio C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The standout feature for us has been the connector builder tool provided by Integration.app. It’s an exceptionally user-friendly tool that has significantly sped up our process of building and testing integration connectors. This feature alone has saved us an immense amount of engineering time that would have been spent on developing these connectors from scratch. Additionally, the level of support and responsiveness from the Integration.app team has been commendable. They’ve been hands-on in assisting with the building and troubleshooting of connectors, making the whole experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

While the connector builder tool has been a game-changer, it’s important to note that it’s still in its beta phase. This means that we’ve encountered some rough edges and minor inconveniences during its use. However, it’s encouraging to see that these issues are being addressed and resolved quickly by the team.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration.app has been instrumental in streamlining our data integration processes. By providing an efficient way to create and test connectors, it’s not only saving us a significant amount of development time but also allows us to focus on other critical aspects of our projects. The robust support from Integration.app has also ensured that we can quickly overcome any challenges that arise, ensuring a smoother and more efficient workflow. This combination of features and support has been a major asset in enhancing our operational efficiency and delivery times.

 ### 12. Fast and Efficient 3rd Party Integration Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

- Simple and fast it makes integrating with third-party systems.
- Set up connections quickly, without needing extensive technical knowledge.
- It’s a great solution for speeding up workflows and automating processes seamlessly.
- Fast customer support.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

At times, it takes a little extra effort to find solutions for specific workflows. While the platform is generally intuitive, some advanced use cases can require additional customization to get things working smoothly.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration.app helps us seamlessly connect with third-party systems

 ### 13. The best integrations platform, and we've tried them all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The make the common use cases simple and fast to deploy while making power tools available when you need them. We have over 120 integrations and I haven't found anything I could't do with them yet.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Nothing. Very few issues and when I had questions, Horia and team have been super helpful and fast to respond.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make it easy for us to integrate all customer data from all systems in CustomerOS

 ### 14. Simplified our life on building native integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimir S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

We've looking for integrating a few CRMs and Integration.app lets us create flows for all of them at once.
What's super cool is how easy it lets us tweak things to suit each customer's needs – a big win for our use case.

Plus, they offer both on-prem version which is perfect for meeting our security policies.
We've been using Integration.app for about a year now, and I've got to say, this platform is super stable. They also are always rolling out new features. It's impressive to see how they're continuously improving the product.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Terminology was not easy to grasp at first (Data sources, data links, etc), event with documentation. Also, learning to use all of the features can take some time, but the team is always quick to respond to any questions and they are dedicated to making the app more intuitive for users.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration.app saves us a lot of effort in developing and impementing custom solutions to meet our clients needs.
It provides a unified solution for integration with multiple CRMs, which can be easily integrated with our platform.

 ### 15. Excellent and very customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Super helpful and responsive team, that went above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Overall was pretty happy with the experience, I am sure there are plenty of items on their roadmap but we were happy.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the time to integrate different third party tools for our customers.

 ### 16. We build native integration without clients knowing an external tool is used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shahbaz H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

For the last two years we have been wanting to create in house integration. Because as soon as we go and ask people to sign up on - they get scared. So basically the entire impression of the product was lost.
We were able to add a native integrations, just using the integration app in a few weeks.
That was like a mind blowing thing that we could have thought of. Like even I didn't think that this product could be there in the market. And now I think it is such an obvious thing to exist in the market.
So there is a list of thing I liked:
- Ability to build integrations with multiple applications and having them work by default
- Being able to customize field mappings for every customer
- Ability to build native UI, so customers do not leave our application

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

I'm not an engineer, and the learning curve was longer than with Zapier, but now I can build any integration in a day. Would be great to have more "packages" with pre-build scenarios

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every SAAS product has requirement of integrating with different CRM or other similar tools. Legacy way is to develop the intergation of apps in the market one by one. Modern method is use tool like Zapier. What Integration.app is doing is to give the product owers ability to build native integration to 100s of apps in an instant, without development. User will not know if they are using some third party tool. Hence the value of the Product increases.

 ### 17. I can now focus on my own business logic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eunjae L. | Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Integration.app has handled all integration and backend-related tasks, allowing me to focus solely on developing my own business logic without worrying about authentication, background jobs, retry mechanisms, and so on.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

In the beginning, there is a bit of learning curve. Many concepts to learn. It would've been better if there's a better onboarding process.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes care of authentication with third party services, and provides flow editor so that I can easily program background jobs that can be triggered by webhook.

 ### 18. Build CRM integrations and now expanding to Task Management tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vsevolod A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Few points that we like:
- After our tech team set up the solution, our technical project manager can easily tweak the business logic whenever needed.

- Thanks to their Universal Flows, we quickly launched v1 across several CRMs. (Ms Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot)

- Initially, we thought having everything unified might restrict us, but turns out, Integration.app gives ability to customize literaly anything

- The support is top-notch. We have dedicated Slack support that's super responsive.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

The end-user UI was decent for prototyping, but we wanted something extra. That's why for version 2, we're crafting a custom, white-labeled version to align perfectly with our app's UI, while still leveraging their API on the backend. It would've been awesome if their UI completely matched our needs

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the capability to swiftly configure and deploy new integrations for our customers without the need for developer involvement is crucial for us. This approach allows us to outsource the most challenging aspect of creating new integrations, such as working with APIs.

 ### 19. Powerful tool and highly customisable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The support team are great. Also, our use case needs at times some very specific customisation - which is quite easy to do with integration.app.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

The user interface can be at times very intuitive, but occasionnaly the UI presents a slightly different way of doing things.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to offer a feature similar to a native connector to some other softwares without having to develop them in house. This means we also save many many hours of developping time.

 ### 20. Unbeatable Time to Market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Integration.app is very easy to use, but also powerful at the same time. No compromise on ease of use and capabilities. We were able to get 4 integrations implemented and released from scratch in a couple of weeks. Support has been attentive and gone above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

There are some potential UX improvements that could help make things a bit smoother

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration.app powers our integrations with multiple other SaaS platforms which our customers need to send our data to.

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Integration.app is our big selling point in terms of connectors. They gave us big library of already pre-built integrations and an interface that allows setting up the flow between the systems super easy, while also having great logging and monitoring capabilities out-of-the-box.
Everyone from our team keeps highlighting how responsive that guys are compared to some of the third parties we work with. That's a massive thing to get answer to question in minutes.

The setup guides for the on-prem version were quite straightforward (simply deploying a few docker containers within our infrastructure).
We also use their end-user UI for making customers able to tailor Field Mappings, select data source, etc.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Nothing, even when we have questions / issues they are very quick to response and resolve.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to third party services and handling the logic / data flow between them both.

 ### 22. We got our first flow working in just 2 days!

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Integration.app helped us to deliver 4 integrations when not diving into every app API.
Few points on it:
Instead of building every integration separately we just described the use case once via their Flows.
Our customers are able to customize field mappings out of the box.
Even our most complicated business logic can be handled with features of the flows.
They handle rate-limits, token refreshes and all other integration infrastructure. It just removes so much logic from our end...
We also got dedicated Slack support, that is always happy to help us and very responsive. They are also very open to feedback and suggestions for product improvement.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

The platform is so big, that some docs are hard to find, but that was elaborated by simply asking their team to provide a guide in Slack.

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our app allows our customers to sync their contacts between our app and their CRM. On our previous product, we had to implement individual connectors for every big CRM on the market, which means developing and maintaining a lot of code that can easily become deprecated.
Integration.app allows us to design our business logic flows once, and then they handle all the different CRM connections in the background. They also provide the UI that allows our customers to customize their connectors.

 ### 23. Simplify Business Logic with Unified Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

We are a small startup, with limited tech resources. What we got from the Integration App leveraged our application with 3rd Party integrations like CRMs in a short period of time.

With the flows system, we could be able to implement many 3rd Party apps without any business logic on our end which took off lots of code burden and kept super simple and easy-to-maintain features on our end.

Adding a new App is super simple too, we just enable it and active on our flow that's it. Don't even need to make a release. We are capable of releasing a new integration in minutes. It just works!

I think one of the best advantages, we directly worked with their developers during implementation they were helpful and they understood our scenarios and real world problems and came back with solutions all the time. Amazing support from day one.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

It took a bit to understand their terminology, like Flow, Field Mapping, Data source etc. Just read the FAQ first and save time!

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented many 3rd party apps with a single and unified flow into our application. Without writing any more code, we can release / activate a new 3rd Party integration in minutes.

 ### 24. Great experience connecting to CRMs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

We were able to integrate with 3 CRMs very quickly & end-to-end. We tried looking at a few unified APIs like Merge but dealing with custom fields there is really cumbersome, you basically have to use the passthrough API every time
The platform is surprisingly big in scope, despite it being a young product. Having options to define scenarios across multiple apps at the same time, build UI and monitor customer connections is really helpful.
All our engineers can use Integration.app so we’re more efficient in rotating resources on other engineering projects vs integrations-related ones.
Their support team is amazing on Slack, always ready to help us expand the feature set or fixing bugs

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

We want more advanced features like search/match data but the team has been responsive on building them for us

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration.app helps our customer connect their CRMs to send data from calls from Glyphic. It saved us weeks of engineering work. After starting to use it, a lot of our sales conversions started to improve due to our increased integrations coverage.

 ### 25. Great team and great product that saves so much time setting up integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

The team are incredibly supportive and were very quick to fix or build anything that we needed or just to support throughout the setup process.

The product itself works really nicely and they have thought about the whole journey and experience of our end users in setting up the integration.

It saved me a huge amount of time building a difficult integration and now that it's set up, it will be even quicker the next time!

I've barely scratched the surface on the capabilities of the Integration.app product!

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

Some areas in the documentation could be improved, but they are already aware and working on it!

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy to create new integrations with CRM's and other tools

 ### 26. Helping us to cater business requirements quicker

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Using Integration app has allowed us to deliver complex integrations with our product to customers in a very short amount of time in comparision to doing the whole integration by ourselves and managing infrastructure and other complexities.

The drag and drop UI for making flows is very convenient when catering to different customer requirements.

Also the customer support is very decent

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

There are few minor things but nothing major!

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us deliver distribute our app showcasing different integration with major platforms!

 ### 27. Integrated with bunch of CRMs and GSheet at once

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Ability to integrate with multiple applications (Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce) at once, that saved our development time dramatically. It was also fast to integrate their default end-user UI for field mappings and connection-management.
Their tech support was great as well and helped us with codes samples for implementation. Always up to pair-coding session or simple QA when needed.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

They give full logs of all errors that happen in CRM, which sometimes too much

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The logs of errors which is now I am understanding those errors.

 ### 28. Wonderful support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Integration App?**

Very good support, product is very customizable and the support is very reactive! The flows are very easy to create.

**What do you dislike about Integration App?**

The default end-users front-end is not yet very UX and that's very hard to customize without Integration.app support

**What problems is Integration App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a data enrichment SaaS and I needed to create native integration with CRM
