**What do you like best about RingCentral Video?**

I love using RingCentral Video to submit documentation for conversations I've had with families as a notetaker. It's an awesome product that helps me remember conversations by allowing me to look back at the transcription to update and remind myself of discussed items. I really appreciate that I can just turn it on in an instant, especially compared to other sites where there might be issues. As long as I have RingCentral, I can immediately click into it and utilize it without a hitch. I fell in love with it when I started using it, as it's very easy to use.

Sometimes I have to look for it, but I usually don't have any problems with it.

I love how RingCentral Video records and transcribes my calls. In some cases, it's hard to understand clients, and with transcription, it really helps me depict what the client is stating. The initial setup was sooo pain-free and certainly got a return on my investment

I’m loving pretty much everything so far, and I don’t have any complaints at the moment.

**What problems is RingCentral Video solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RingCentral Video as my primary way to communicate with clients. It records and transcribes calls, which is really helpful for understanding and keeping track of client conversations. Teleconferencing is also improved by the transcription feature, since it captures what clients are saying more clearly. I also like the integration with my email, which makes the overall experience even better.

**What do you like best about RingCentral Video?**

I really like the improvements in RingCentral Video's performance. The latest version uses far less memory, meaning I can have other tabs open to reference meeting topics without experiencing lag or crashes. The built-in AI is fantastic; it allows me to do tasks like summaries and action points that I would normally do with other tools like Google Meet. The 'AI Clips' are a really great addition that I didn't think I'd need, but now use all the time. The initial setup was very easy since we already use RingCentral voice calls as a company.

**What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?**

The mobile app version isn't that good, but we rarely use it, so not an issue. The desktop app interface probably has too many features on it, so can look a little cluttered.

**What problems is RingCentral Video solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RingCentral Video as an alternative for monthly meetings with suppliers who aren't on Googlemeet or MS Teams. The latest version is faster, using less memory so I can keep tabs open without crashes. Its AI features, like 'AI Clips', are surprisingly handy.

**What do you like best about RingCentral Video?**

I like that RingCentral Video is our main voice and text system for work, and its video functionality works reasonably well. The smooth integration with employee cell phones is good, allowing us to avoid custom hardware while maintaining a professional external appearance for the phone and voicemail system. It provides a real phone number and integrates POTS, email, SMS, fax, and phone services. I appreciate that it allows us to avoid buying and maintaining separate hardware since the system loads as an app on employee phones. Additionally, the desktop integration is also good.

**What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?**

I think that the app updates frequently which is nice, but sometimes this breaks the permissions on user cell phones. This can make the system flaky. The desktop integration is also good, but the SSO login and updates can make it hard to rely on especially for part-time employees who log in once or twice a week but are not always 'on' the same way. Not that easy, but once set up it runs off of a central server so it works fine.

**What problems is RingCentral Video solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RingCentral Video provides a real phone number and integrates POTS, email, SMS, fax, and phone services. The smooth integration with employee cell phones avoids the need for custom hardware, maintaining professionalism. It also operates as an app, reducing hardware maintenance.

The User interface is easy to use and its a extended version of RC Calling so if someone already a user of RC, its quite easy to use RC Video
Second most important feature is AI Notes and transcripts, it makes your calling notes short and easy

Sometimes it lags a lot. Right now, the main issue I’m facing is that my internet works fine and my headphones work fine, but whenever I’m on a call on RC, everyone complains that I sound like I’m far away.

What I like most is the seamless transition between messaging, phone calls, and video. Being able to switch a phone call to a video meeting instantly, without hanging up, is a huge productivity booster.

**What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?**

I’m not a fan of the high CPU and RAM usage. If you’re not on a high-end machine, the app can noticeably slow down your computer during larger meetings, especially when several AI features are running at the same time.

It helps solve “app fatigue” by bringing our phone, video, and messaging into one place. For me, that means a more organized workspace and fewer chances of missing a client follow-up in the sea of open tabs.

It's easy for my team members to join right away, and others can connect via phone number, meeting invite, text message, or email. There is always a way for someone to connect, which is very important. The initial setup is very easy, even on my phone, as there aren't too many steps, which is great.

Sometimes the transition from audio to video is a bit delayed, so just more stability there would make the application even more user-friendly. There are slight delays at the moment at certain times.

I like that RingCentral Video offers great connectivity and the ability to ring with notifications. It works better for showing live incoming calls and it also has the capability to transcribe voice to text. I appreciate the notification feature that lets me know if I've received any calls or messages. Additionally, I chose RingCentral Video because it helps me connect with all country codes without any restrictions. The initial setup was pretty easy, although I took some assistance to set up the number and all.

You have to manually save the calls and outcomes. If you fail to save it then there won't be any track of the activity.

**What do you like best about RingCentral Video?**

I honestly think the best thing about RingCentral Video is how much it simplifies my life by letting people join meetings straight from their browser, without having to download anything. It makes me look a lot more professional when I’m meeting with clients because there’s no awkward “hold on, I need to install the app” moment—everything just works right away.

I’m also totally obsessed with the device flip feature. I can start a meeting on my laptop and seamlessly switch it to my phone if I need to grab a snack or head out, and nobody even realizes I changed devices. On top of that, the AI summaries are a total lifesaver since they automatically capture the key points and to-do lists, so I don’t have to worry about missing a detail if I get distracted for a second.

**What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?**

On the other hand, it can definitely feel cluttered and overwhelming at times, simply because there are so many buttons and settings crammed into one place. If you’re not using every single feature, the interface starts to feel a bit heavy compared to more minimal apps, and I’ve had plenty of moments where I’m just hunting around for one simple setting. It can also turn into a headache if you ever need to change your plan or reach support, since you usually have to wait on an account manager instead of being able to fix it yourself in a couple of clicks.

Ultimately, it solves that annoying “app overload” problem where I’m constantly bouncing between a million different tabs for chat, calls, and video. By pulling everything into one central hub, it keeps my workspace much more organized and helps me stay in the zone instead of getting buried in a sea of notifications. It’s been a real benefit for me because it makes my overall workflow feel more polished and high-end, and it helps ensure that even when I’m working in a busy environment, I still come across as put-together and on top of my game.

**What do you like best about RingCentral Video?**

I use RingCentral Video for a remote pharmacy location to monitor prescription fills at the pharmacy, which allows the pharmacist to view the prescriptions being filled on video while being onsite at the drugstore. I appreciate that it eliminates the need for a webcam. I find the ease of setup and troubleshooting particularly great. It's a single point of failure, which simplifies troubleshooting. The integration with Microsoft Teams also enhances its usability. The initial setup was extremely easy, requiring just the installation of the program and ensuring the computer's camera was working. Overall, it's all around a great product.

We have yet to find anything with RingCentral Video that we do not like after 3 years of use.

I appreciate RingCentral Video for bringing multiple communication features into one platform. It makes it very easy to switch between video meetings, calls, and messaging without using different tools. Plus, it has a feature to send a broadcast message to bulk numbers, which is crucial for our logistics operations. The initial setup was very easy and smooth since it's a cloud-based platform, and we were able to start quickly. Special thanks to our dedicated support manager, Allis, who made this whole process very smooth and easy for us.

RingCentral Video works well overall but there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the app feels slow or lagging, especially during peak hours or when multiple users are using the same account, which is a requirement in our operations team. We need to use the same account for multiple users in some departments.

It is easy to work, we use it through our company so they are the ones who pay for the account however the price of it seems to be good for a company as we use the video feature a lot.

We do have some issues with the performance sometimes and the spottyness of the camera, however support has been very good with helping us fix all problems that we have occured.

It is helping us stay in touch with all our families and integrating our communication styles with the ways families like to talk and keep in contact. It is easy for day to day and the integration experience has been easy. I do like that AI helps record calls so that you are able to revisit topics when needed.

What I like most about RingCentral is the clean UI and how easy it is to keep meetings organized in one place. It makes switching between calls and messages simple, and I like being able to quickly review text conversations without anything getting lost.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that video calls can sometimes drop or cut in and out, but I honestly think that’s more on my internet connection than the platform itself. Most of the time it runs really smoothly and works great.

RingCentral Mobile application is best. We can call from app to other team member. We can easily share files and chat about our project. It is very simple and easy to use. Best for small size of team.

I haven't encountered any major issues with Ring Central. I've been using it for over a year for various projects, and overall, it is straightforward to use. However, compared to the Zoom app, I've noticed that video calls or virtual meetings on Ring Central can be less convenient, especially when it comes to adding additional team members, which isn't as easy as it could be.

Easy to communicate with Team.   I worked as Embedded system engineer. I normally share code. and text editor was good so it is easy to review code or project requirements.

It's a great tool, especially for collaboration. Screenshare is sometimes laggy which is a bummer. This affects my work because I need to be able to share my screen and demonstrate real-time how to do things.

You can go into meetings straight from a browser. You don't need to download. It saves me time and avoids the “wait, install etc. You can use it anytime and anywhere

It’ll can’t say I dislike anything about RingCentral video. It is very similar to other platforms that I am used to and works just as well.

When working on a support call with a client, it is nice to easily turn that phone call into a video call where a desktop can be shared and a problem can be seen.

A lot of other companies are standardized on Zoom and MS Teams. It would be great if it natively integrated with MS Teams and Zoom so meeting requests can be joined from within RingCentral Video.

I really like that RingCentral Video is just one platform for phone messaging, phone calling, and even videos. It's extremely helpful that everything is integrated into the same platform. Another big plus is that it's very mobile-friendly, which makes it very easy to use for everyone. The nicest thing about RingCentral is the connection; we've never had an issue with it. It's very stable and mostly clear, which is extremely helpful. Plus, it makes the service extremely reliable, especially towards clients, helping to build credibility. The initial setup was pretty easy, and everything seemed pretty straightforward once I ran the office staff through it.

I do find it pretty pricey. Like, we are a smaller team, so to actually have it is expensive.

With RingCentral Video, I appreciate having one platform for communication combining messaging, calling, and video. It's very mobile-friendly, making it easy for everyone. The stable, clear connection enhances reliability, builds client credibility, and speeds up communication.
