I like how Darwinbox's updated version is better and that I don't need to open the website because we have a good app. Applying leave is easy without complication, and the app accurately shows locations and organizational activity through feeds. I can see who is available and who is not on leave, and notifications remind me to regularize. The simple login steps with no complications also make it easy to use. I like that Darwinbox connects a lot of the tools in our office. It connects the payroll system, the learning modules, and the learning management system. We use it for all our human resources requirements, including promotions, coaching, calendar leaves, both planned and unplanned leaves. It's great for launching program charters and requests too. Just one thing, with the Darwinbox mobile app. When you're logging in, in the morning, it requires a very long and tedious security setting process. I'm not sure if that is through Darwinbox or through the settings of the bank. There's a single sign-on, and then you need to use your biometrics just to log in.
