"Hard to Navigate, Overpriced, and Plagued by Audio/Video Issues"
1/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Not much, I do not like Microsoft's minimalist Windows style. It's impossible to tell whether it's a box or just a container. Its a problem across their Office suite but Teams is particularly bad. Its hard to navigate the side panel as well or find files. It sucks that there are still industries that it is the "gold standard". Its too expensive as well Microsoft has more money than God. Copilot sucks as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Everything, Zoom, and Discord are examples of much better products. Skype also sucks litterally spend all my time online in and out of work in Zoom or Discord. I have had many technical issues with Audio and video as well in Teams because the grid suffers from the same UX issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

It helps me communicate with my team, and it’s easy to use. We can make calls, chat, and share files all in one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It could have a more user-friendly design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mandatory MS product that is not enterprise ready."
0.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Collaboration.ability to make some more words to review this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Channels and chats are confusing and separate. Can’t group chats or make folders for conversations. Slack is my preferred chatting app so their features like huddles, workdlows, better Tableau integration all take better results than MS teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Several Years Behind Slack: Slow, Unintuitive UX/UI in Microsoft Teams"
1/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like that Microsoft Teams is integrated within the MS Office suite, and that it can easily work with the other platforms in the suite as they continue to grow into Co-Pilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I think Microsoft Teams is several years behind Slack. After switching from Slack to Teams because I changed companies, I immediately noticed the slowness, the lack of intuitiveness, and the overall UX/UI. It really feels like it wasn’t built with the end user in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not User-Friendly: Buggy Notifications, File Sharing Issues, and Slow Copilot"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Honestly, I don’t like it because it isn’t very user-friendly. I really enjoyed using Google Chat, but my company switched to Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It’s not very user-friendly, and I often run into issues with it. It doesn’t always work properly, and sometimes I get notifications about things that don’t matter or aren’t even visible. I also have problems sharing files at times. Copilot is really slow too, so I prefer using other AI tools instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Frustrating Call Quality and Authentication Issues Undermine Integration Benefits"
1/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I appreciate most about Teams is how seamlessly it integrates with the entire Microsoft environment, including the calendar, email, and OneDrive. This integration allows you to share everything easily without ever having to leave your workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I find taking calls on MT frustrating because of the poor video quality and the overall usability during calls. Additionally, the authentication for MS sometimes fails, which makes the experience even more inconvenient. For these reasons, I prefer using alternatives like Google Meet or Zoom. "The Good and the Bad of Microsoft Teams"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

one feature I do appreciate is how the platform automatically turns off your camera and microphone when a meeting recording starts, giving you the choice to opt in. It’s a thoughtful approach to privacy that I wish carried over to the rest of the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I’ve found Microsoft Teams to be less intuitive than I’d like, and logging in is often more of a hurdle than it should be, which makes the overall experience frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
