"Easy Survey Creation with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

What I find most helpful about Microsoft Forms is how easy it makes it to create and share surveys, quizzes, and polls. The interface is clean and the setup is quick, so even beginners can get started without any hassle. I also like how seamlessly it integrates with Microsoft 365—especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint—which keeps response tracking, data analysis, and collaboration smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

One practical downside of Microsoft Forms is that its customization and advanced logic options are quite limited, which can make complex surveys harder to build—but the simplicity also keeps forms quick to create and easy for respondents to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Sharing Forms and Automating Responses with Power Automate"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

In my case, it helps me replicate something similar to Google Forms and share it with others to collect suggestions and specific responses. It also lets me integrate it with Power Automate to capture the form submissions, and based on those responses, I can easily set up separate conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

I don’t like that when a response is submitted, it gets stored in OneDrive, and it can’t pull data from other sources like Excel the way Power Apps does. It feels like we have to hardcode all kinds of answers, and that’s what I don’t like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Implement for Forms and Internal Surveys"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

At first, it was very easy for us to implement since we already have a Microsoft tenant. We were also able to brand and customize it, and create various forms for our student-facing teams. Those forms can be tailored based on each appointment’s requirements.

We mainly used it as an appointment form booking tool before shifting to queue management systems. Now we use it more ad hoc internally to capture opinions and run surveys, and even for internal project-management decisions as we roll out new features. For example, we use these forms to collect anonymous votes from executives to understand what kinds of features they want to roll out.

Pricing-wise, it was fairly cheap for us. We also didn’t need any support from the MS tenant team to implement this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft Forms had limited customization options, and the reporting didn’t support the specific types of survey responses we needed. Because of that, we ended up switching from Forms to another tool for our appointment booking workflow. The restricted choices for fonts and typefaces, along with the ability to include only a few branding images on the form, also wasn’t helpful for our use case. We needed to display certain infographics while collecting responses, and that wasn’t possible either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Surveys, Limited Customization"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I use Microsoft Forms to create quick surveys and quizzes for gathering organized feedback from colleagues and clients. It's an essential tool for streamlining data collection and turning it into actionable insights effortlessly. Its clean, intuitive interface makes building professional-looking forms fast and easy. I particularly like the real-time data visualization and the seamless open in Excel feature, which allows for instant, detailed analysis of responses. It solves the problem of manual data entry by automatically organizing responses into clean, exportable spreadsheets and eliminates the complexity of gathering feedback from large groups. With its professional and user-friendly way to collect information instantly, I can spot trends and patterns instantly through auto-generated charts without any manual sorting. The open in Excel feature is invaluable for deeper data manipulation, making it easy to integrate responses into larger reports. Overall, it's easy to set up as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

It works well for simple forms but lacks the deep customization found in more robust tools. I wish it had more customization options like adding a brand logo, themes, and if-then capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Microsoft Forms with Powerful Power Automate Integrations"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft forms is very easy to use, you can set up a basic form or something more complex using the bridge feature within the questions, we had created some training courses within forms and integrated it with Power automate to generate its own certificates on gaining a pass mark,

No issues with performance, it always works! and so far not had to contact support as the form platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

It would be nice it had a function within forms to score a form but the power automate license to do this is extremely reasonable and can be used for other automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Forms Makes Post-Webinar Feedback and Event RSVPs Effortless"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

What I like most about Microsoft Forms is how practical it is for everyday work. It lets me quickly send post-webinar feedback forms to track engagement in real time, and easily manage event registrations or RSVPs to monitor attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

One limitation of Microsoft Forms is that it’s not very flexible for more advanced use cases. It lacks deeper customization (e.g. branding, complex logic/branching) and more robust analytics compared to dedicated survey tools. This can make it harder to run more sophisticated campaigns or detailed reporting without exporting data into other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Data Management, Easy Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I really appreciate how Microsoft Forms makes it easy to keep data all in one place, as it prevents scattered data and makes everything easier to track. The ease of use and access are definite highlights for me, and I find it particularly beneficial that it integrates easily into Microsoft Teams. Creating surveys, quizzes, or forms and having the data easily accessible in one place is super helpful. The software itself is easy to use, which adds to its value. What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Sometimes it will freeze but mostly works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Surveys, Needs Better Translation"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I like Microsoft Forms for its direct connection to Microsoft Excel, which allows me to manipulate data and create presentations easily. The seamless integration between Forms and Excel makes creating visual presentation tools quick and easy with the metrics from the surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Translation from English to other languages can be improved. When people select language on Microsoft Form, the instructions are translated, but not the content. It would be great to not have to create additional surveys in different languages, but have one that can be translated within the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additionally, you can easily integrate the form in various places, whether by embedding it on a website, sharing it with a group, or simply copying and sending the link. Overall, it is straightforward and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
