"Visually Appealing But Free Version Limited and Unreliable"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The program has a sleek look and it is available on several devices and app stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It's a downgrade from Skype the below issues did not exist until we were forced to use the free version has several functionality limitations. I imagine the paid version of Teams would be excellent if these issues are resolved but the free tier is difficult to use so I would not recommend:

The uploads of files are slow.

It is hard to add members within a group.

You cannot integrate with workflow apps.

It forcefully remembers all users logged in before without option to remove them unless you go through Windows Credentials Manager.

The chats will not show from 'last read' so you have to scroll back up to that point.

The search function is almost useless since indexing is poor.

There is no option to 'star' or bookmark a message for easy referral.

Chats will not show the number of unread messages.

Forwarding messages is not always available, unknown glitch.

Support is limited to the forums (of which my feedback has not been addressed directly for over a year https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/6dd0f25d-1805-f011-a4de-6045bdb3947a) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Resource-Heavy and Cluttered: Microsoft Teams Needs a Simpler, Faster Experience"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is that it centralizes communication, collaboration, and productivity into one platform. The seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Outlook and Office apps, makes teamwork more efficient and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel resource-heavy and cluttered, especially when managing many channels, notifications, and integrations. For new users, the interface and navigation can also have a learning curve. However, I appreciate that Microsoft continuously improves the platform with updates and better collaboration features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great All-in-One Hub, but Call Connectivity Interruptions Hold It Back"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I really like the central hub of everything. I hate having to jump between apps. By combining chat, meetings, and file sharing..saves a lot of mental space. And a time too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The connectivity is horrible. There is almost always an interruption on every call. This seems to be a common problem across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Heavy updates and frequent crashes that harm performance"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The interconnection in a company, which allows you to communicate with all departments easily, thanks to its lightweight interface. It integrates other services like Word or SharePoint, which are very useful when communicating between departments. The truth is that the performance is poor and it slows down the operation. As for the price, it is cheap if you select MS365. Their customer support is fast and they have recently included AI sections to improve writing among other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Every time they update the program, they make it heavier and it fails a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like how through it is, like I feel like I get constant notification. I can also appreciate, the duo login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I hate the UI. The define is lackluster, and I also really don't like how if I copy and paste a email link it automatically defaults to microsoft teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clunky Setup and Confusing Teams/Channels Structure in Microsoft Teams"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I honestly don’t find Microsoft Teams very appealing, and it isn’t my favorite communication software to use. The setup process also isn’t the most user-friendly, which makes it harder for me to get started and use it comfortably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I dislike the setup and how to the channels and teams can be combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Good software, but after the Skype merge there are lots of lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

There are multiple times when you get a message on the PC, but no message shows up on the mobile, and vice versa. Also, the PC version doesn’t have a proper message-forwarding feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hard-to-Understand Features Make Messaging New Contacts Frustrating"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Frankly speaking, I don’t like it. Its features feel clunky and are hard to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

writing a message to a new person: there are 2 searches by clicking on which you think you will find the person, but it won't happen if you haven't write a message to him at all. in order to do it you at first need to click a new message icon (which is lost compared to searches) and then search Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
