"The easiest to use desk booking software"
What do you like best about deskbird?

What I like best about deskbird is how quickly it became part of the everyday routine for our team. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely easy for people to pick up without training, which is rare for workplace tools. Booking a desk, a meeting room, or planning a few days in the office takes seconds, not minutes, and the mobile app makes it just as simple when you’re on the move.

Beyond the basics, the real value is in how deskbird supports hybrid work rather than just tracking it. Features like office attendance planning, team schedules, and favourites make it much easier to coordinate who’s in when, so people come into the office for collaboration rather than just for the sake of it. The analytics are also very helpful: we get a clear, real-time view of space usage and attendance, which makes conversations about office layout, capacity, and cost far less emotional and far more data driven. What do you dislike about deskbird?

If I had to pick something, it would be that once people get used to deskbird, they’re reluctant to go back to any other way of organising hybrid work. It raises expectations. Colleagues now expect the same level of clarity and simplicity from other workplace tools, which makes older systems look even clunkier than they already are.

The only other “downside” is that it surfaces a lot of useful data about office usage and attendance, which has a habit of ending certain long-running debates very quickly. "Event Features and Reporting Need Improvement Despite Easy Desk Booking"
What do you like best about deskbird?

What do you dislike about deskbird?

The event features have quite a few limitations. Some features that would help are; Ability to set deadline for RSVP to events, Satisfaction element when executing events, Ability to invite single members when invite is "office wide".

For groups and policies - It would be nice if the sync with HRIS could update both user groups and policies.

Hybrid work policy reporting - Ability to choose what dates you need for the export, Ability to choose what information is needed in the export (location, name, policy), More simple overview in the export (e.g. segmented into weeks/day showing "office", "office no check in", etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about deskbird?

I find the product incredibly beneficial for office efficiency, particularly in adhering to our hybrid working policy, which helps to ensure that employees are in the office when needed and reduces operational costs. I appreciate how it connects colleagues and enhances office collaboration, which really brings people together. The whole setup was straightforward, growing more robust over time with new features being added, making it quite simple to use. I love the booking features which are top-notch, allowing us to manage meetings more efficiently than using Google Calendars. The layout view offers a comprehensive view of who is present and which meeting rooms are available, making it easy for us to coordinate our workspaces seamlessly. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for new joiners who can figure it out quickly, giving it an edge over other tools. Additionally, it streamlines our event planning by putting all tasks related to office and event experience under one umbrella, which is extremely helpful in managing on-site activities smoothly. On your points around policies and visibility, a quick note that might help: users can be assigned to different groups, and policies can be created and applied at the group level based on those assignments. Have you already tried setting it up that way? If not, we’re happy to walk you through it.

Regarding the broader office overview: depending on your access rights, you may be able to follow employees and then instantly see who’s in the office and what their plan is. If you don’t currently have that view, it might be tied to your access type — in that case, it’s worth checking with your admin whether your permissions can be adjusted.

"Quick and Efficient for FlexOffice Management"
What do you like best about deskbird?

I like that deskbird is user-friendly, stable, fast to use, and easily customizable. This allows me to efficiently manage our flexOffice by declaring my presence at the workplace and booking a desk for the duration of my stay with a single intuitive tool. The initial installation of deskbird was also quick, efficient, and met our needs, which greatly simplifies the integration process into our existing workflow. What do you dislike about deskbird?

The reporting/dashboarding is not customizable in my version. There is also no internal chat that would allow me to easily contact people present live in a workspace. I like the user friendly interface: it's designed to be intuitive, making it easy for everyonr to use.
