What do you like best about deskbird?

I like that you can see everything at one place, when you look at the layout see what is available and what isn't. One of my favorite feature is that I can follow colleagues I usually work with, and can schedule my weeks easier when to join them in the office. Bookings are also easy and fast on computer. What do you dislike about deskbird?

Sometimes I get lost which day am I looking at. Head title and side bar when you are in the booking section is too large compared to the layout of the office. I also don't like how the check-in works, I tend to forget to check in, because it's a small text next to my bookings. If I could check in with maybe accepting the invitation in outlook or have it popup somewhere when I open teams with bigger text I think it would be harder to forget. For me using the app on phone is much harder, would like to see a phone friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about deskbird?

It covers the basics well. You can book a desk, see the floor plan, and it just works for that. Setup was pretty straightforward, didn't need much help to get started. What do you dislike about deskbird?

The Teams integration is really bad, especially on mobile it barely works properly. The interface feels clunky, too many clicks to do simple things. Features you actually use the most, like checking if a colleague is in the office, are kind of buried instead of being front and center. Sometimes the screen resolution is also off which doesn't help. It feels like the UX wasn't designed around what people actually do every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about deskbird?

What do you dislike about deskbird?

I don"t like that there is no mobile friendly version / view. On the phone it's complicate to even get in to the website / app and then there is a very limited view. I understand that it's due to limitations of the small screen, but you essentially can't see who is in, who booked what, only see a list of your own booking and can't check even where that is. It would be nice to a least have the option to switch to a full / desktop version temporarily, where you can zoom in on everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system feels intuitive and easy to navigate.

The option to upload photos of the meeting rooms is really helpful. Features like priority access and restricted access also give us more flexibility in how we manage and use our spaces.

The team members schedule overview could be easier to find, rather than having to search for your team in a dropdown menu.

"Effortless Desk Booking, But Annoying Check-Ins"
What do you like best about deskbird?

I use deskbird to book my desk in the office where I work. I always have a desk, and especially that one which I prefer if I book on time. I never end up arriving at the office and not having a free spot where to sit. I really appreciate always being able to sit at the desk I prefer the most. The app is fast on my phone, and it is simple to use. I can always see who will be there that day, which is good, so I don't have to ask them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about deskbird?

I just usually forget to check in the next day. Anyway, I book a table, nobody will sit there. So why check in? I keep receiving notifications which bothers a bit. What do you like best about deskbird?

I find deskbird really easy to use and super intuitive. It has a cool interface that lets me see a model of my office, making it easier to book desks. I appreciate being able to see which colleagues have booked desks so I can choose to be near them. The initial setup was super easy; I could log in and book a desk for the next day right after the company's setup. I use deskbird for booking my seat at the office daily, which solves potential discussions about where everyone sits. Everything feels intuitive, so I can quickly book a desk, check who's in the office, or adjust my schedule without having to think about it. The clean, fast interface doesn't overwhelm with options, saving time and reducing friction. Its straightforward design makes the hybrid work experience much more efficient and enjoyable. I find the initial setup very easy and intuitive, and because it's so easy to navigate, I use it consistently, making collaboration smoother and helping avoid booking conflicts. What do you dislike about deskbird?

I can't book my clock in time earlier than 9am and I start work at 6:30. If there is an option to set it before, I can't find it. Most of the time the app is quick but on mobile there are times where screens take a bit longer to load. A performance boost would make the experience better. What do you like best about deskbird?

It is helpful in seeing who will be in the office any given day, and also where your colleagues have booked desks, if you want to sit with them. It is also useful for booking meeting rooms. It is easy to use, easy to implement for office wide use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have experienced on a few occasions glitching and buggy behavior, for example, showing previous day's bookings as today, and some issues with booking desks itself, where it states that you booked a desk, but then it doesn't show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
