I haven't used it deeply yet since we aren't using it in prod yet, my eyes have mostly been on things that we already look for in general. But looks like some configs, and license-pricing aren't very clear and needs a bit of studying I guess. I don't have any specific suggestions since I haven't evaluated enough. It provide simplicity, reliability, and excellent performance in backup and recovery task. Its UI is very clean and user friendly make it easy to manage backups, monitor jobs, and restore workloads. Routine administrative tasks are straightforward and saves time for IT teams.

I appreciate Rubrik for being a good platform for cybersecurity, backup, and rapid recovery. It is quite beneficial as it provides most of the tools I want all under one umbrella, offering a unified cyber experience without worrying about cloud backup, security, and recovery. The database backup and VM backup are features I particularly like and find them to be on a nice, top level. I like the absolute peace of mind that comes from Rubrik's zero trust data security approach. It can feel like a significant investment compared to more traditional or open source backup solutions. I would love to see more flexible pricing models that cater better to mid sized teams who might not need every single enterprise feature right away. In terms of the software itself, the reporting and analytics features could be a bit more robust and customizable. While the dashboard gives a great high level overview, sometimes when I need to dig into very specific data trends or generate a highly tailored report for an audit, the current tools feel a little limited. I have also noticed that the initial configuration for some more niche or legacy applications can be a bit tricky and might require more manual effort than the seamless experience you get with modern virtualized workloads. I use Rubrik Cloud Vault to keep backups of my data and protect myself from ransomware. I find their product quality top-notch. I think the UX can use some improvement. Sometimes I find glitches in the dashboard or latency in UI reflecting latest changes.
