The flexibility and option to have an on premise management feature was a pleasant option to have. **What problems is Rubrik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly enjoy Rubrik for SQL recoveries and the use of policy implementation. Backup and retention of data are excellent and easy to implement through policies. The ransomware protection features are a nice benefit, regardless of false positive instances which I understand are always a potential encounter with any technology scanning for malicious activity. ### 49. The best part is that Rubrik Security Cloud provides a single SaaS-based interface, so I can manage data protection for both on-premises and cloud workloads seamlessly from one UI. **What do you dislike about Rubrik?** One item I would like to mention is that Rubrik does not offer recoveries to alternate hypervisors. Also, for the most part, Rubrik requires proprietary hardware to run Rubrik secure vault, which limits hardware choices. **What problems is Rubrik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beyond data protection, Rubrik provides immutable backups, threat detection, and orchestrated recovery into IRE, and the list could go on.
