This authenticator software is so user friendly. They have the easiest ways for authentication. I am using Ping ID on my phone and have seen it upgrade amazingly. Iniatially the numbers would appear and you would have to type in the numbers. However the recent update helps with authentication just with a single slide on the phone. It also does not require the user to open the app. Ping ID pops up on the screen requesting for the slide up to authenticate. Also the troubleshooting FAQ is helpful to resolve any issues faced. PingID is really helpful when it comes to SSO as it enables me to authenticate within seconds. The swipe up option saves a lot of time when compared to entering the numbers for passkey. The best thing about PingID is it give so many options for authentication like mobile,email, Yubikey etc. also the authentication happens very quickly, you'll recieve the code in PingID mobile application/Desktop Application very quickly. Ping ID usages a variety of authentication methods to protect users information it includes mobile push, email otp, sms otp, biometric and security keys. The push notifications doesn't not work sometimes. I frequently face this type of issue and it requires me to enter the security code manually instead of directly approving the request from notification bar. The mobile app should be more stable. I can simply use my PingID device to authenticate to any application or service that supports it. We also get rid from the headache of resetting password if we forgot it.
