"Today Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams is Microsoft’s all-in-one platform for communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams offers excellent services and is very user-friendly, making it easy to use for everyone. It provides an effective way to connect with people anywhere in the world, which has been extremely useful for us. As a powerful collaboration tool, Microsoft Teams combines chat, video calls, file sharing, and productivity apps all in one platform. This is particularly beneficial for remote teams and creative projects, as it enables real-time communication and smooth document editing. The integration with Microsoft 365 simplifies the management of tasks, calendars, and workflows, so there’s no need to switch between different platforms. Additionally, its customizable channels and tabs help keep conversations organized and focused. Overall, Teams streamlines collaboration and boosts efficiency across a wide range of projects. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is quite good overall, but it does have some drawbacks that need attention. Occasionally, it disconnects automatically, so there are some software bugs that should be addressed. At times, Microsoft Teams can feel a bit clunky and is quite resource-intensive, which may slow down older devices. The file management system can be confusing for some users, and notifications can become overwhelming. Additionally, the interface lacks customization options, and new users often experience a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hard to Navigate, Overpriced, and Plagued by Audio/Video Issues"
1/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Not much, I do not like Microsoft's minimalist Windows style. It's impossible to tell whether it's a box or just a container. Its a problem across their Office suite but Teams is particularly bad. Its hard to navigate the side panel as well or find files. It sucks that there are still industries that it is the "gold standard". Its too expensive as well Microsoft has more money than God. Copilot sucks as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Everything, Zoom, and Discord are examples of much better products. Skype also sucks litterally spend all my time online in and out of work in Zoom or Discord. I have had many technical issues with Audio and video as well in Teams because the grid suffers from the same UX issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
