"Effortless Recognition and Reward System That Inspires Appreciation"
What do you like best about Kudos?

Every month, even if you forgot to show your appreciation to someone when they helped you, this gives you another opportunity to give them kudos and let them know they are valued. Additionally, the incentive of being able to turn points into rewards is a nice bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

It would be great if any unused points could roll over to the next month, so that even if I forget to use them, I wouldn't lose out. Other than that, it's a fantastic experience—there's really nothing I dislike. This is just a suggestion for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Rewarding Feedback Experience"
What do you like best about Kudos?

What I appreciate most is how it offers an efficient way to give relevant, positive feedback on specific topics, making it feel like the natural channel for this purpose. The process of providing feedback feels much more organic as a result. Additionally, the inclusion of a reward serves as a pleasant extra incentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

One aspect I find lacking is that the interface restricts the number of kudos I can give feedback on. Additionally, I frequently miss the deadline to submit feedback, which is another challenge for me. I'm unsure how this could be addressed, but these issues make me less likely to use the tool regularly. I also know that several of my colleagues experience the same difficulties. "Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Kudos?

it makes it easy to recognize and celebrate the wins (whether big or small) across the team. It’s also motivating to scroll through the feed and see colleagues appreciating each other, and it really helps build a positive, supportive culture. Plus, it’s just nice to know that your efforts are seen and valued, even if it’s just a quick note or a few kind words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

Only few things to be improved, for example on redeeming points not always as seamless as I'd like. These are pretty minor issues really, nothing that would outweigh the benefits of using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Employee Recognition with Kudos"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I love using Kudos because it significantly enhances work recognition by allowing me to call people out when they are doing a good job. I appreciate being able to make someone's day with kind words, which is a simple yet profound way to spread positivity within the team. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, which was convenient for integrating it smoothly into our workflow. Everything has worked well for me so far with Kudos, and it's become an essential part of how we acknowledge and appreciate great work. I believe the impact it has on team morale and individual motivation is priceless, which is why I would highly recommend it to others, giving it a score of 10 out of 10 for recommendation. "Effortless Team Appreciation with Flexible Rewards"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I love using Kudos because it is an effective tool for appreciating and rewarding team members. It offers an excellent way to communicate and compliment team members, which fosters a positive work environment. I particularly value the rewards and appreciation aspect, as team members can choose how they wish to redeem their rewards, making it a flexible and personal experience. Additionally, Kudos makes expressing gratitude or apologies to coworkers seamless and effortless. Setting up Kudos was very easy, which only adds to its appeal for teams looking to implement a recognition system quickly. Overall, these features have made Kudos a valuable tool for our team, supporting our dynamics and enhancing morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

The only area for improvement I see is the addition of more grocery store gift cards in the rewards section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Incentive Program"
What do you like best about Kudos?

It is a great incentive program where you can show appreciation to your colleagues, for their help, performance and work in general. To have the possibility to send Kudos is really important because for sure I know that is an honest message from a colleague that is genuinely thankful or that is really recognizing our work and the job that has been done.

It is a really friendly app, doesn't require any training to understand how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

To have a limit of points available for a same person...there're some cases where we interact mainly with a person or a department so the appreciation can be repetitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absolutely love points turn into $$$"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I really appreciate being recognized when I perform well, and I enjoy earning points that I can accumulate over time. It's great that I have the flexibility to save these points for as long as I like and then redeem them for gift cards, such as Amazon or Visa. I enjoy how easy it is to choose a gift and check out. I enjoy being able to use my one-time sign in so I can quickly sign in daily and check my point balances or messages. This is one of the easiest sites I have ever used. It's also easy to find in my Always used Apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I wish it were easier to order hard plastic gift cards when I want to. It always feels a bit disappointing to give someone just a piece of paper as a present, rather than a real gift card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Peer Recognition Made Easy"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I like being able to directly thank my coworkers for their time without involving management. I use it all the time, and I try for at least two or three times a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I dislike that my employer doesn't allow me to send points with the kudos. I would like every one of my thanks to my coworkers to come with at least some point that can equal a reward for their time and how great they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supporting a Culture of Gratitude"
What do you like best about Kudos?

Everyone in our organization has a monthly budget of Kudos points to distribute. It makes a big impact on how our team shows appreciation. I've never worked at an organization that uses this tool, and I consider it a huge benefit to working where I do. It’s quick and easy to send a note of thanks, and those little messages really add up. When one person shares kudos around a specific effort, it inspires others to do the same. It creates a ripple effect of gratitude. I think it's a big part of our organizational culture, where people feel seen and valued for both big wins and everyday efforts. It's especially important with people who work in operational roles, which might otherwise not be acknowledged. I've recommended it to others before, and I will continue to do so. It’s such an easy way to recognize each other and keep colleagues connected and motivated across departmental boundaries and functions.

"Great way to show appreciation to co-workers."
What do you like best about Kudos?

I like that I can publicly show my appreciation to co-workers. I frequently use it when someone has gone above and beyond, done an amazing job with a client or project, or has been kind. I am hoping the administration also sees these messages, as mine are genuine and I would love to see those working hard and being kind recognized by admin. as well.

The extra bonus of gift cards and other items is also welcome.

The program is also easy to use and makes giving recognition quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I like the program. The only thing I dislike is that some staff use it with a group just to add points for more swag or gift cards. This is not a problem with the program, just a sad example of how some manipulate the program.

I also wish administration would use it more to show their appreciation for hard work. I know they get extra points to give, yet rarely use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
