# How do you manage Teams performance, notifications, and finding older messages/files?

Microsoft Teams is great for keeping chat, meetings, file sharing, and real-time collaboration in one place, especially with Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and Outlook. But it can feel slow and resource-intensive, notifications can get overwhelming, and searching for older messages or files is not always straightforward.
