**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I really loved it from the start. In the beginning you can add your profiles from different social media plattforms and it shows exactly what can bei done with the type of profile you add. If you need a different overview you can also watch the trials, which are also very prominent from the start, so you never get lot. Especially outstanding for me was that the tool really is an all-in-one solution. I can have all my plattforms in one Tool and i am even able to get real time updates in messages and mentions. Also i was now able to automate some responses which makes it even better. Before i was hustling with many open tabs but with vista social i instantly got the feeling i am better organized as i was ever before, definetly a must for any social media Managers!

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I just wish it came out earlier! There is nothing to complain about at the moment and it is worth every penny.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best is to bundle all plattforms in one solution and get real time updates in messages and mentions. This will save so much time, as i can react much fast er. Also the listing feature ist great and helps me stay in track with trends.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. Oh, and I almost forgot,  I was also able to run a competitor analysis (Instagram), also in less than a minute.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

Honestly, I didn’t find any real downside. Maybe at first I felt a bit overwhelmed (because there are so many features) but after a little while exploring, I got comfortable with the interface.

I needed to optimize my time and resources, so finding an all-in-one software was a game changer in my workflow.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date.

The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms.

The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options.

You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do.

It is a powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform:

- The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics.
- Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post.

For the rest, it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.

Saves a lot of time to use different features: listening, DMs automations, AI content creation or reporting. It's really helpful.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

Since I started using it, I've found it interesting and intuitive. The home page gives you an overview of where everything is, so the tutorial is quite helpful. As for scheduling both posts and reels, I can say that it's easy to do, but it takes a while to upload files, so you have to be patient. I like that it has a preview of how the content will look when it's finished and then you can finally schedule it. On the other hand, the calendar is great. It allows me to filter and modify its size. Something I find interesting is the media site. I can upload my files or photos and choose directly to then create content. I find the automations interesting. It offers a good system that allows you to filter words so that the DM is direct, and I like that. Overall, it's a very helpful website. It doesn't just offer the basics; there are many features that may be more useful to some than others. Personally, I will continue to use it, as it is very helpful to integrate the management of the social networks I handle into one place.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

The things I didn't like were that although there are tutorials within the app, I didn't understand the listening feature, for example, so I was tempted to look for a tutorial. That's what I didn't like, that there are no videos on how to connect to other accounts, for example.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the platform for managing my social media because of the filters. I used to use Metricool, but I find this one more comprehensive, especially with the automations. Having a single platform for all the networks I manage is perfect. I benefit from its reporting system, as it provides me with reports right on the platform.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I love how I have a general overview of all my social media channels in one dashboard, which is organized and has a terrific design. The features are great, allowing me to easily see engagement activities like comments, likes, and DMs, along with data reports and more. I also appreciate the option to create automated replies and the listening feature that I haven't seen in other tools. What I like most is the convenience of having everything in one place, saving me time from checking each app individually. The real-time aspect is a big plus since replies are already sent by the time I check them. The initial setup was very easy with guided instructions in every tab. I'm relieved to have found an all-in-one tool that doesn't crash or delay activities.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I think they send out email too much (every change you make to your profile, they send you an email alert). However, if you think about it, it's a good problem to have because it gives you extra security.

I can say that the downside of Vista Social is heavy mobile users may find the mobile experience disappointing due to formatting issues, it can make verifying information difficult.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I've tried a lot of tools for Social Media Managing before and Vista Social is my favourite now. I mostly use the platform for LinkedIn and to be honest it just works. Scheduling is super reliable and the AI helper is smart, it actually helps me find the right tone for my posts (whether I want to make it more professional or conversational). 
I’ve also tried it on Instagram and had no issues. Makes managing social media way easier.
I use it everyday for writing and scheduling posts, super easy to integrate in your work.
Any time I had a question, the customer support was there to help me and explain every step

Honestly, nothing bad. I enjoy using Vista Social and had no issues so far

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

-The best feature that this tool has is that you can schedule trial reels. I really have been looking for some app or similar to do this because I have different clients and for example next week I will be traveling and I can't fail them or stop posting so this feature really saved me!

-Also another part of it that is really helpful is the listening feature because it shows you what the people is talking about about your brand, being good , regular or bad and this tool is excellent for politicians and government candidates because it can help a lot with their stats and ranking.

-Great customer support, fast responses, etc.  

-Seeing messages, comments and mentions in realtime in your inbox for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn  was so powerful because those messages were seen at the same time that were sent.

- I was able to automate responding to all messages using DM Automations feature 

 - An the Listening feature which is regularly a premium tool with other SMM is super powerful and affordable for a small business.

The only thing I would improve is to add a chat online instead of a form for customer support.

I use Vista Social for scheduling and checking competitor analysis. I really like the UI. It's super clean and straightforward, which is good for user experience. I also appreciate that with Vista Social, I can manage tasks like scheduling pending audio on Instagram without having to do it on the platform itself, saving me a lot of time. Everything is integrated into one system where I can automate a lot of tasks. Another aspect I appreciate is that it's quite affordable.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

There are limited features available during the free trial, which doesn't make much sense to me. I think all features should be open during the trial so you can properly test if it's worth buying or not.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

I like the most that the app is very accessible. It is simply designed so that new users can use it right away. I like that I can tag my other employees in a chat. So if someone sends us a DM, I can tag one of our employees without the other person seeing it. This allows employees to pick up the chats more quickly. Also, the initial setup of Vista Social is very easy.

The only thing is that if I hadn't used LinkedIn or Facebook for a long time, I also can't quickly find the chats again.

I use Vista Social to keep all my social management together and to let my social media employees work more focused. It ensures better management on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, allowing us to quickly switch between platforms and have more time left over.

As a social media manager who handles multiple accounts, this tool has helped me keep everything organized and all in one place. What i really like about vistasocial is that I can reply to both comments and messages all in one place. This saves me time because I no longer have to access them in different places. Plus, I love the social listening feature!! I can easily see if my topics or niche keywords are still relevant and gaining traction. I also love their automated reporting. As an SMM, this helps me keep track of everything since I manually keep track of everything before.

I really loved using the platform! It’s super intuitive and easy to navigate — everything is clearly explained, and the tutorials are very helpful. I was able to explore all the features on my own, without needing extra help, which made a huge difference for me.

I tested several tools, like content scheduling, the editorial calendar, and especially the message automation for comments and DMs. Everything worked perfectly and was very simple to set up.

Another thing I really liked is how fast and responsive the website is. The AI integration is a big plus — it makes creating captions and copy so much easier. My favorite part was the DM automation — being able to automatically reply to comments or send messages with a single click is amazing!

Vista Social is solving the biggest challenge I’ve faced with managing multiple social media accounts: staying on top of engagement and messages without wasting hours jumping between platforms. Before using Vista Social, it was difficult to track comments, messages, and mentions across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn. Now, everything comes into a single real-time inbox, which saves a lot of time and ensures I never miss important interactions.

The DM Automations feature is another game-changer it allows me to respond automatically to common questions, keeping engagement consistent without manual effort. Additionally, the Listening tool helps me monitor keywords, hashtags, and mentions across all platforms, which is usually a premium feature on other tools. This gives me insights into trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activity without extra cost.

Overall, Vista Social has streamlined my workflow, made engagement faster and more efficient, and given me tools that save time while keeping social media management professional and organized. It’s especially beneficial for small businesses like mine, where every minute counts.

What I like about Vista Social is that I can use all of my social media profiles into one area. Seeing that I can add threads, that was a game-changer. Also, seeing mentions/replies and messages real time is what I like most, followed by its listening feature.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

In the inbox section, I was expecting that it is about direct messages but instead they were all mentions/replies. I just hope that they tweak it. Also about the moving a social profile to group is not yet there. It makes me go manual (removing the social profile from the current group, then add the profile to the new group).

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vista Social, community management is a problem. I need to check another product to do it aside from the product that I use for SMM. Now that I experienced Vista Social, I feel like it's easier now to be a Social Media Manager.

Love how simple and seamless it is. Scheduling, customizing posts per platform, automations, inbox, and reporting all just work and the UI makes everything easy to manage without feeling overwhelming.

Honestly, nothing major so far. There’s a lot to explore, so it takes a bit of time to fully discover all the features...but that’s not a bad problem to have.

It removes the complexity of managing multiple platforms, time zones, engagement, and reporting... Everything is in one place, which saves me time, reduces errors, and lets me focus more on strategy and engagement instead of admin work. Total game changer.

There are several things I really liked about Vista Social:

.I loved the fact of seeing all the messages on the same page, which allows me to respond to my clients much more easily.
.The layout and implementation save a lot of time for client responses, which is why I use it every day.
.I really liked the automatic response option, it allows for maintaining incredible customer support for my self-employed business, and it also saves a huge amount of time regarding client responses.
.The last point is the listening option, it makes it much easier to focus on the posts that interest us and allows me to find myself more easily.

There is really nothing that I didn't like.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

It’s a very comprehensive social media management tool that allows connection to standard social media platforms, as well as to TrustPilot or TripAdvisor, which not every smm management tool includes.
Regarding content scheduling, several features make content creation easier for me (compared to our previous tool) - it immediately shows how many symbols I have in the post. Moreover, I can tag other accounts for LinkedIn posts directly from Vista Social.
I also find the very convenient function to create folders in the “Media” section. It helps me organise visuals by projects.

The feature I loved was being able to use the unified inbox. Managing all my messages and comments on a single interface is great. Messages arrive in real-time on Vista Social, so it allows for very quick updates, it's a very, very good customer support.
I frequently use the DM automation function which allows me to create automatic responses with astonishing ease that perfectly integrate with the artistic direction of my self-employed business. It allows me to respond more quickly.
The Listening function is a huge plus. Monitoring keywords on the internet is very difficult, but with Vista Social, it's a very simple setup.

To begin with, I personally get easily overwhelmed when tools throw too much information at once, so I really appreciate that Vista Social has bite-sized, clear tutorials for each section. It shows what every feature does in an easy-to-understand way. 

Everything is quick to read and easy to digest when one first starts using the platform and need to know what's what and what goes where. If I have to onboard a new team member, this platform basically does the onboarding for me because the built-in tutorial is so easy to understand, with minimal support needed from a colleague.

Something else that might sound a bit unnecessary to mention, but I also like the sidebar navigation. All the categories are clearly labeled with icons, which makes it easy to skim and instantly see where everything is and what’s what. This saves me time when I’m switching between tasks.

Another thing that I really like is being able to comment internally on scheduled posts, or any post in general, so communication amongst team mates stays centralized. You can just @ a teammate directly under a post, which keeps discussions in one place instead of jumping to Slack or email. It’s  way more efficient and keeps the message history visible for everyone. It's a game-changer for me.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

It’s visually clean and easy on the eye, but I personally wish there was a bit more color in the interface. Maybe even dark mode? I work a lot through the evenings, and sometimes my eyes start hurting a bit from the light. That’s just a design preference of mine and for working in the evenings too. The current look is minimal and functional, but a touch more vibrancy could make it feel more dynamic, in my opinion.

To be honest, even though I adore Vista Social, it's not flawless. For me, the most significant issue is the sporadic minor glitches or synchronization problems. For instance, Facebook and Instagram's combined inbox is fantastic—it's almost instantaneous. But I've observed a small lag or a message or two that doesn't exactly sync up with LinkedIn and TikTok, among other services. You definitely notice that, even if it's a minor annoyance, when everything else is so smooth.

The learning curve is another factor. The site can first be a little daunting due to its abundance of functionality. Between the listening dashboard, the social inbox, and the many publishing tools, there is a lot to explore. It takes some time to get into your rhythm and feel totally at ease with everything, but it's by no means a deal breaker.

Lastly, even though the prices are fantastic, I do wish the less expensive plans had some of the more sophisticated features. Advanced sentiment analysis and the most thorough social listening are excellent, but they come at a higher cost. Business-wise, it makes sense, but when you experience a strong feature and find that you need to purchase it to really utilize it, it can be a bit disappointing.

The mess of social media management is, in my opinion, the main issue that Vista Social resolves. I was frequently switching between applications before using it, one for scheduling, another for checking direct messages, and a third for viewing my stats. It was a disorganized, tense mess. I save so much time and don't have to worry about missing a crucial comment or message, thanks to this. I’m a Social Media manager and I’ve already used lots of tools to schedule posts, but this one is super intuitive when it comes to switching between accounts and replying to DMs. But the real game-changer was definitely being able to use the “Listening” feature. I added several keywords and got to see how many times my audience mentioned them in messages and comments! That’s pretty revolutionary, because I remember the time when I used to do it all manually lol. I totally recommend at least giving it a try when deciding.

Depending on the objective of your campaign, whether it's driving traffic or increasing followers. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live, a direct message, or a story reply, and you can configure it depending on the social network. It's a revolutionary tool. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

What I like most ahbout Vista Social is their reporting and analytics features. The platform provides clear customizable reports that make it easy to measure engagement, followers growth. The calendar view is another highlight, I can see all my content from all my platforms in one overview. I also like the competitors analysis feature in reporting, you can easily compare your performance against your competitors. This is helpful for benchmarking content strategies.
The platform also integrates well with major social networks, supports AI-generated post suggestions and offers an easy to navigate interface. Overall it is easy to use, once you are logged in you can get started right away and get an explanation how to use.

It was easy to set up all my accounts 5 instagrams, 1 tik tok, 1 canva, 1 linkedin, everything was easy and done in less than 3 minutes, no complications when connecting, I love how they show all messages on all of my accounts, as you can see I handle multiple accounts at once, and having all chats integrated there was amazing, the saved responses was a really good feature and I loved it because as a medspa we have multiple scripts for each service and I was able to list different scenarios to save time, it also had an AI option which for us is not needed, however is nice to have when handling difficult scenarios. DM automations are well think and strategically created to turn leads into clients

I would love the platform to be updated on messages, I need a catalog of services there, just the same way I can save auto replies I need to save auto pictures.

What I liked about Vista Social is that all the tools an SMM needs are available in a single interface. There is no longer a need to subscribe to multiple services and waste time on several platforms to achieve a result that can be accomplished with just a few clicks in one place. As a project manager for an agency, I've noticed that a lack of communication between employees can quickly affect productivity and efficiency. That's where Vista Social took a weight off my shoulders with its Kanban system for better project task management. Speaking of projects, projects mean KPIs. Its performance analysis system is remarkable. We have all the detailed results of our publications and campaigns in a single click, which allows us to adjust them more quickly if needed. Another important feature that Vista Social offers is the ability to respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and other review platforms directly from a single interface. As you can see, I am very meticulous when it comes to managing my team's time and productivity, which is why I highly recommend it!

- Lots of great features, especially being able to connect individual accounts as well as brand accounts
- The price to feature benefits - you can't beat it in the industry!
- Can schedule a post across platform but change copy for each platform all in the same post schedule
- LOVE the ability to be able to share posts for review with contributors without them having to log in to the system
- DM automation is a great addition allowing us to boost engagement without buying an additional tool or doing it manually
- The integration of Employee Advocacy into Slack is seamless and helps get more visibility across the company
- Inbox works better than most tools for being able to engage with all comments/messages without leaving the tool

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I really enjoy using this tool and rely on it daily, but there are a few aspects that frustrate me. The reports, for example, lack customization options. If I want to see the total number of social media engagements in the 'social media performance' report, that's straightforward. However, breaking down those engagements—such as isolating just likes or just shares by post type or campaign—requires me to manually add up the numbers in the 'post performance' report. Comparing these specific engagement metrics across different post types or campaigns is also a manual process. To make comparisons easier, I maintain a separate Excel sheet to create charts, which is especially helpful when I need to demonstrate to leadership why we're focusing on a particular content style, voice, or type.

Another issue is that the top-line numbers in the reports are rounded up rather than showing the exact figures, particularly in the 'post performance' report. This forces me to manually total everything to get precise numbers, which becomes very time-consuming when reviewing a full month of posts.

The tool also isn't the most user-friendly. I've lost count of how many times I've had to consult the FAQ just to remember how to send a post for review. Additionally, tagging people in posts through the tool is almost impossible. Even when I enter the exact username or personal name, the correct people rarely appear. Since tagging people or companies is a frequent part of my workflow, I still end up publishing the vast majority of my posts natively.

I really appreciate being able to post content, interact with comments and messages, and share results all in a single platform. The ability to tag individual posts is essential for me, as it helps clarify which strategies I should adjust moving forward. Employee advocacy is another important aspect—while my team and I are still developing this, it's incredibly helpful to have a space where employees can access our latest content and share it directly to their own channels through a Slack plugin. This feature is truly impressive.

Vista Social is an amazing app that helps you manage your social media, by centralizing every information in one easy, simple and quick tool.

Using Vista Social means you can reply instantly in the inbox/message features. All messages are there and appear instantly. You can filter your messages, that way you can only see the « unread » or even spam.

There’s a great feature where all the messages written by one single user are in the same inbox, helping us see who is really engaged with our content. 

You can upload all your media files for easy access to schedule your posts. That can help you be even more organized, centralize all work media and clear your camera roll on your phone. (Which can quickly become full when you’re a SMM!)

The help center is detailed, which is great for understanding the app and navigating all the features.

Social listening is a feature that allows you to monitor conversations on social media using specific key words. You basically add Listeners, by picking a source to listen to (Twitter, Facebook etc) and add the keywords you want to track. You can refine the listener by language, location etc. You can also answer and reply to a conversation with a listener and so much more. That allows you to gain access to relevant insights, understand your audience in depth and anticipate the current trends around your business.

Finally, one of the most interesting feature is DM automation. When someone answers with a specific keyword, it triggers the automatic DM which can help save a lot of time, especially when you have many people reaching out at the same time.

Ultimately, the app and website are both a great way to navigate social media management and I definetly will be using it for my business!

The only advice I could give is to optimize the app on the phone so that we can have all the features that the website has! But the app is also a great tool for social media management, no doubt.

**What do you like best about Vista Social?**

That has everything in the same place. I have worked in different media and brands, and the main problem was that the measurement tools were separate. Network planning on one side, metrics on the other, and social listening on another side. And the platforms we had reviewed that were more complete had very high costs to be able to hire them, so we had to have several providers to be able to generate network reports. So it's wonderful to find a tool with everything necessary and that also has an affordable price and is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Vista Social?**

I had trouble connecting my Meta networks, I couldn't connect either Facebook or Instagram. This complicates the process because in most cases they are the networks with the largest audience, and not having access to their performance reduces the outcome. Also, I would like it if when scheduling from TikTok, you could choose the cover directly from the video frames.

**What problems is Vista Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, it was necessary to hire different providers to have a great social media or digital world report, but now with Vista Social, that problem is reduced because it is a tool that has everything in one. In particular, the topic of social listening is sold separately and is very expensive. So having it in a tool where you can also schedule content and generate performance or comparative reports is wonderful. And this also happened to us a lot, we had to subcontract tools to measure the competition, which is something that is highly requested in marketing, to develop benchmarking, and I personally had to generate them manually.
