The program automatically adds two hours per day of focus time where I don't have meetings, and it sets my Teams status to "focusing" where calls and messages are silenced. So the integration into my normal work environment is very smooth. I also love the headspace feature with easy access to music — my favorite is the "Lo-Fi times." In addition, Insights tracks some helpful data like how much time I spent collaborating with coworkers versus being available for focus time. As someone who struggles to focus without structure, Insights helps me every day. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** While it's easy to book focus time from the home screen quickly, I wish there was more flexibility in changing the times before you book them. For example, today the app recommended adding focus time from 12 pm to 1 pm, but I don't have any meetings until 2 pm. I would rather schedule an hour between 1 pm and 2 pm and still have time for lunch. I also really like the meetings run down and the prep time, because it's Microsoft it integrates with Teams out the box and everyone else knows what's going on from your Teams status. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** Like all systems that aren't a human reading an email, Viva get's it wrong sometimes and flags emails that have already been dealt with or important people who you've only spoken to a few times and not others who are regular. I think being able to have a bit more control from the start of who and what is important or even a new option like "flagged" but " Viva" or somthing and it could learn better what needs following up. **What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organisation and work balance, although I don't personally use the focus time feature, I know a lot of users who do and find it really helpful. This tool allows you to better manage your time and give more or less importance to certain daily tasks such as Teams meetings. If I'm not mistaken, this idea comes from the Productivity Score Tool, a tool that was not very successful. The use of this tool is not complex, you simply have to explore and try out each section a bit to test its usefulness. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** Although the utility is not complex and only requires dedicating some time to understand its use, most users (non-admins) do not know the tool, are not very sure where to access it from, and only recognize it as the tool that sends them X daily emails showing their usage with Microsoft applications, Zoom, and other compatible tools. Therefore, in my opinion, the biggest disadvantage is having to make the tool known to users and encourage them to use it. On the other hand, as an admin user, we can configure various options to automate informational emails to users. **What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, Viva Insight is not solving any previously posed problems in the organization.
