The next one, "Send Praise," is the best option to encourage my colleagues and myself. Integrating with Teams and pulling my calendar for the progress board is also the best part. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** Booking focus time is not appropriate sometimes when it conflicts with my regular meetings. **What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the time, my work hours are distracted by other meetings that are not related to my project and by easy distractions from other activities. This software is only helpful for upper-level management in the organization. The program automatically adds two hours per day of focus time where I don't have meetings, and it sets my Teams status to "focusing" where calls and messages are silenced. So the integration into my normal work environment is very smooth. I also love the headspace feature with easy access to music — my favorite is the "Lo-Fi times." In addition, Insights tracks some helpful data like how much time I spent collaborating with coworkers versus being available for focus time. As someone who struggles to focus without structure, Insights helps me every day. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** While it's easy to book focus time from the home screen quickly, I wish there was more flexibility in changing the times before you book them. For example, today the app recommended adding focus time from 12 pm to 1 pm, but I don't have any meetings until 2 pm. I would rather schedule an hour between 1 pm and 2 pm and still have time for lunch. But the only way I know to change this is by just booking the recommended slot and manually changing it in my calendar. **What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viva Insights helps employees set aside specific time for uninterrupted work, which benefits our well-being and increases efficiency for our clients. It also gives me good insight into my work habits, provides "permission" to unplug for a bit and just focus on heads-down work, and promotes a more balanced work environment, especially as I work from home. ### 5. How much of time does meetings take away. Hours spent on messaging. Reminding me to take a rest every 20 mins. It is actually a great personal coach with timely reminders each and every day. It literally helps me to take control of my time. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** Although Time management and analytics can be helpful, there are a few aspects I want to see improved. The reminder for taking breaks although helpful but I feel is too frequent. Plus I do not see options for customization. The UI is not user friendly setting my time for focusing for the first time literally took me about 20 - 25 mins. User Friendly viva insights is something I really wish to see. **What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viva Insights tackles most common challenges I face as a software developer. It does help me manage my time effectively showing the numbers of hours how it was used, so I can prioritize my tasks better. Highlighting the time spent in meetings and messaging, is often helpful. Reminding me to take breaks, promoting work life balance is truly appreciable. Analytics help me understand my work patterns and wherein it helps me make appropriate adjustments and boost my productivity. Viva Insights help me be a more efficient in my work. ### 8. I also really like the meetings run down and the prep time, because it's Microsoft it integrates with Teams out the box and everyone else knows what's going on from your Teams status. **What do you dislike about Viva Insights?** Like all systems that aren't a human reading an email, Viva get's it wrong sometimes and flags emails that have already been dealt with or important people who you've only spoken to a few times and not others who are regular. I think being able to have a bit more control from the start of who and what is important or even a new option like "flagged" but " Viva" or somthing and it could learn better what needs following up. **What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organisation and work balance, although I don't personally use the focus time feature, I know a lot of users who do and find it really helpful. They've found it helps with making sure they are not distracted or disturbed by group chats or unnessary pop ups. A lot of users I know don't even know what Viva Insights is and when I've showed them, they're hooked and loving it! ### 10.
