"Convenient and Efficient Platform for Everyday Employee Services"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

What I like most about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks is how easy and convenient it makes my day-to-day work. I can quickly find the information and services I need, submit requests, and track their progress without much hassle. It saves me time, helps me stay organized, and makes the overall employee experience feel smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

ServiceNow EmployeeWorks has some features that can take time to navigate, and finding specific information or requests isn’t always straightforward. At times, the process could be more intuitive and responsive. Improving the navigation and simplifying a few steps would make the overall experience even better. "EmployeeWorks Makes Client Activity Reviews Quick and Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

The UI makes it easy for me to review client activity between meetings without having to dig through a maze of screens.

I can quickly pick up on pending commitments and stay clear on what needs my attention next.

EmployeeWorks also holds up well during demanding workdays, keeping routine coordination on track even when I’m juggling several client priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

Getting timely support can be frustrating, especially when an unresolved issue delays a client commitment and I already have other meetings lined up.

The AI features also sometimes struggle with requests that require more context, so I often need to step in, review the details, and confirm everything before moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining internal request and cross team communication"
4/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I like that ServiceNow EmployeeWorks brings our internal requests into one place. Everything is tracked clearly, so I can see who’s working on a request and when it will be done. It saves time and cuts down on unnecessary follow-up emails. The main portal is clean and easy to use, with a clear list of open tickets, so I can check a request’s status in a few seconds and follow up with other teams simply and without stress. It works well with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and updates come straight to my email or chat, so everything stays connected without me checking multiple places. Having one organized hub has made our internal processes smoother. Once IT set up the core templates and categories, it became easy for everyone to submit and track requests day to day. What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

Sometimes the search feature isn't as quick as I'd like when I'm looking for a specific request or article. Since it has so many features, it takes a little time to get used to navigating everything at first. The initial setup went fairly smoothly, but it also took our team a little time to get used to it. These are all minor issues, and it still works well for our day-to-day needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is a component of the Service Management Employee Experience suite."
4.5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

At the heart of it all is the Conversational AI Front Door, which interprets what you're trying to do in natural language and then carries your requests through the ServiceNow EmployeeWorks workflows. It basically makes things more cohesive for employees, and it does away with the need to use a bunch of different systems or contact different teams. The core is the Conversational AI Front Door, which translates what you're saying and performs the work from start to finish through ServiceNow's governed service workflows, from AI advising to AI performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

It took a while, but the new enterprise services front door with AI is finally here. ServiceNow EmployeeWorks brings together a bunch of systems to get rid of 'portal sprawl.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Ticket Automation, but Workflow Errors Need Better Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I like the automation and centralized employee support in ServiceNow EmployeeWorks. Employees can raise requests and track their status in one place, while support teams manage tickets more efficiently. I also like troubleshooting issues, finding root causes, and improving workflows with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. It helps reduce manual effort and gives employees a smoother experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I find the user experience challenging when a request gets stuck or fails during workflow execution. Employees may not receive clear error messages or timely status updates, which leads to repeated follow-ups and additional support tickets. Configuring workflows, user roles, access permissions, notifications, and integrations also took some effort, and some customizations needed additional debugging and validation before production. "One of the most reliable AI IT agents software"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

Now Assist Intelligence reduces the time I spend reviewing long IT requests and sifting through the initial details before development work starts. I like that the support documentation is genuinely helpful when troubleshooting agent behaviour. I also appreciate the AI-based summaries, which keep request information concise and easy to read, and that fits well with the pace of a development team juggling multiple tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

Performance can become inconsistent in more complex, multi-step AI agent workflows. Longer execution times throw off development estimates and make testing these workflows less predictable. When an agent action fails, troubleshooting it often adds extra work on top of an already packed sprint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Practical Interface for Handling Requests and Tracking Approvals"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I don’t have time to wrestle with internal systems when a prospect is ready for a demo. The interface helps me get to the request I need without a lot of detours. Response speed matters on a packed sales day, and the platform’s performance has been practical for checking routine service requests between calls. I also like having a clear record of internal approvals when I’m coordinating resources for a major opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

Integrations with the tools I use to manage opportunities aren't as connected as I would prefer. Standardized workflows don't always match the urgency of a deal that is moving faster than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Request Tracking with Smooth Onboarding and Helpful AI Agents"
4/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

EmployeeWorks delivers reliable performance for my day-to-day request-tracking tasks. Onboarding walked me through the core workflows with minimal friction, so I was able to get started quickly. I’ve found the AI agents helpful for handling routine access queries, and the request history provides a clear record of ownership along with the actions taken previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

Integration with our existing engineering tools still feels limited in certain workflows. In a few areas, the interface seems to prioritize general employee tasks over the technical details we need, which can make it harder to use effectively for engineering-focused work. "Helpful AI Agents and Clear Ownership, with Solid Approval Trails"
3/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I like using AI agents to explore which repetitive employee queries can be resolved without pulling in project teams. The approval trails give me something concrete to refer back to when stakeholders disagree about earlier decisions. The user interface provides a workable overview before I dive into individual requests and escalations. Request ownership is clear enough that I can challenge delays without spending half a meeting just figuring out who’s responsible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

A task marked as complete doesn’t always make it clear whether the dependent work is actually ready to move forward. The onboarding experience felt overly focused on basic setup and getting started, which left me to piece together how certain workflows are supposed to fit into our program structure. Also, some dashboards show that activity happened, but they don’t provide enough context for me to explain why a delivery is delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Employee Services, Though Search and Setup Need Polish"
5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I like that ServiceNow EmployeeWorks brings employee requests, information, and actions into one simple interface for IT, HR, payroll, and other internal services. I can ask questions or raise requests in plain language, find policy information, and have requests routed to the right workflow instead of moving between portals. The request-tracking feature gives me clear visibility into status and a documented record for follow-up. I also value the AI-powered Enterprise Search and conversational assistant because they help me find information quickly and reduce manual searching. The unified Tasks and Requests inbox brings approvals, announcements, updates, and ticket-status notifications together, and I can access information and workflows through Teams, Slack, mobile, or a browser. Being able to complete approvals and routine tasks without switching systems reduces back-and-forth, saves time, and makes processes more transparent. Existing Employee Center configurations also carried over automatically, so we avoided a full portal rebuild. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow EmployeeWorks?

I find that search relevance can be inconsistent for niche queries, and integration and setup can be complex. The initial setup was moderately easy for us because we already used ServiceNow Employee Center, but it still required planning for licensing, platform version, Moveworks configuration, and integrations. Response times can also slow down during peak usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
