It's very buggy.
*Sometimes messages don't actually send in the chat---the sender will see it on their end, but they were never received, and there's no way for the sender to know that (no fail notice, etc).
*Very often, when I'm trying to share a file in a chat, I get an error and it will not send, forcing me to email it to my coworker instead.
*Video/audio quality is always pretty poor despite my high internet speeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The notification style of new version Teams is terrible. When I get a new message, it suddenly pops up a card that affects my attention. I think this experience is terrible, it interrupts my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
