&lt;p&gt;The Outlook sync lag on Greenhouse is the thing I wish I&#39;d known to ask about specifically before committing. For a Microsoft-heavy team it&#39;s worth raising as a concrete question during evaluation rather than finding out after go-live.&lt;/p&gt;
