It's straightforward and easy to access, especially if your team already uses Google Workspace. It runs directly in the browser, supports screen sharing and live captions, and doesn’t require app downloads. It's great for teams that value simplicity and quick setup.
A well-known favorite, Zoom delivers strong video quality and reliable performance even on lower bandwidths. It includes breakout rooms, webinar capabilities, and integrations with CRMs and calendars. The free plan is generous, though meetings are capped at 40 minutes.
If you're using Microsoft 365, Teams is already part of your toolkit. It combines video conferencing with chat, file sharing, and calendar tools, making it a more all-in-one solution. That said, it might feel a bit complex if all you need is video calling.
