The video conferencing is not as nice an interface. Zoom allows easy blurring of backgreound or even better, using a virtual background that MS Teams doesn't really allow (other than blurring of background) when doing a MS Teams meeting.

Overall the interface sucks - they can't seem to copy Zoom so all meetings are preferentially done using Zoom instead of MS Teams meetings - which is strange given it's easier to use MS Teams as an invite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
