"Great AIM-Style Feel, but Connection Quality and Notifications Need Work"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like how reminiscent it is of AIM. I like that I can create groups and reorder them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I dislike the connection quality most times. I also dislike that I can't TURN OFF the activity indicator for certain things. I don't need to be notified that the recording is ready. If I need the recording, I will go get it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Features, But Microsoft Teams Still Feels Unintuitive and Unfamiliar"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Wide range of features: polls, break rooms and connectivity is very steady even with poor internet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Not very intuitive to use. My organization doesn’t use Microsoft Teams very often, so the platform often feels unfamiliar every time I log in and try to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Collaboration, but High RAM Usage"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I find the chatting and meetings features of Microsoft Teams particularly useful. These features greatly enhance collaboration with teammates, whether they are working locally or remotely. The ability to communicate and conduct meetings seamlessly within a single platform simplifies our workflows and strengthens team coherence, making it an invaluable tool for our intra-office communications. It is incredibly valuable for facilitating interactions and ensuring continuous connectivity among team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I dislike how much RAM Microsoft Teams consumes, which significantly impacts my ability to run other applications simultaneously. This high RAM usage discourages me from using any embedded software within Teams, as it exacerbates the problem and leads to inefficiencies in my workflow. The performance issues resulting from these resource demands are a major drawback for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very corporate tool - not very flexible"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

It keeps the contacts within the organization well connected and allow easy communication via chat and video/audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It is not flexible in terms of third party integrations and can be confusing to setup aside of corporater AD. Also the communication with peers aside the corporate network can be very challenging virtually not allowing to do anything like sharing files/attachments and so on. "Glitchy and Hard to Use: Teams Needs a Smoother Login Experience"
2/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I do not enjoy using Teams - it is glitchy and hard to use. It is hard to log into as well, but that may be due to my current work computer set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Similar to what I previously mentioned - operationally it is glitchy, or clunky at best. I dont enjoy the ringtone either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Search Functionality Needs Major Improvement"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

It's convenient to manage both your internal and external contacts within a single tool, especially with the ability to assign different statuses to each contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The search function doesn't work very well. When I try to search for any word, Teams usually can't find it anywhere, even if I'm searching within a single chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
