&lt;p&gt;I&#39;d want more detail on the on-prem angle here. Language Weaver and GlobalLink both get pulled into regulated deployments partly because they skip sending content to a shared cloud, but that usually comes with a real setup and cost tradeoff compared to something like Phrase&#39;s hosted term base. For anyone who&#39;s actually run one of these in a legal environment: did terminology consistency hold up when the same term needed a different translation depending on jurisdiction, or did that end up needing a human legal reviewer per region no matter which engine was underneath?&lt;/p&gt;
