"All-in-One CRM, Email & Automation with an Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I love most is the all-in-one nature of the platform. Having the CRM, email marketing, and automation workflows perfectly integrated saves us an incredible amount of time. The user interface is extremely intuitive, making it easy for new team members to get up to speed without extensive training. The segmentation capabilities are also top-notch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The pricing structure can be a bit steep as the contact database grows, which might be challenging for smaller businesses. Additionally, some of the more advanced reporting features are locked behind the Enterprise tier. I would also like to see more flexible options for managing duplicate contacts without manual intervention Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust All-in-One Marketing & Sales Automation for Startups"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot is a very robust marketing and sales tool, perfectly suited for a start-up that needs to get its marketing automation up and running. The ease of use and integration in setting up this platform makes it optimal to create your website and landing pages, while also assisting you aligning your social media posts so they stay on brand and message. The sales team will appreciate the ability to track leads and opportunities in the CRM as they come in, and to build nurture sequences that keep them in front of potential customers in a timely, consistent way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Like most marketing automation tools, these platforms come with a lot of dashboards and features. Taking the time to decide what’s truly “mission critical” versus what can wait until later can save you a lot of time and money. I’d focus on the bare minimum needed to get up and running, and then add other features only when you actually need them to expand your reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great all-in-one workflows, but tracking and filtering level features need improvement"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

It’s a consolidated tool where you can handle multiple activities in one place, for example, building forms and connecting those forms to emails through quick, simple workflows. You can also assign those items to the right contact owners and receive Slack updates. Overall, these features help keep everyone up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Tracking is a huge gap in these features. Whether it’s tracking form drop-off or filtering form traffic, HubSpot only provides very general details. For example, it shows how many visitors are viewing the form and how many converted, but there’s a big gap when it comes to filtering traffic region-wise or understanding field-level behavior, like how many people start filling out fields versus not entering anything at all. This kind of flexibility isn’t available to developers either, so we can’t make the necessary alterations on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralizes Marketing Efforts with Easy Integration"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub seamlessly integrates everything in one ecosystem. The marketing automation workflows, CRM integration, and detailed reporting stand out, making it easy to nurture leads at scale while keeping communication personalized. I value the intuitive UI, which reduces setup time, and the built-in analytics that clearly show funnel performance, attribution, and ROI. It enables faster execution, better decision-making, and consistent optimization without relying on multiple disconnected tools. I appreciate HubSpot’s ease of use and scalability. The drag-and-drop tools for emails, landing pages, and workflows make execution fast, even for complex campaigns. The contact segmentation and smart lists work well for targeting the right audience at the right stage of the funnel. The documentation and in-app guidance shorten onboarding time and enable teams to adopt best practices quickly. Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub balances power with usability extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. Pricing can become expensive as contact volumes grow or when advanced features are needed, which can be challenging for smaller teams. Some advanced customizations and reporting options also require higher-tier plans. Additionally, for very complex automation or highly customized attribution models, there can be some limitations compared to more specialized enterprise tools. "All-in-One Marketing Platform with Powerful Reporting and Automation"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything is centralized in one platform. It makes it really easy to manage campaigns, automate workflows, track performance, and align marketing efforts with sales—all without jumping between tools. The reporting and analytics are especially helpful because they give clear insights into what’s working and where to optimize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as your needs grow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially with automation and reporting, but once you get used to it, it becomes much easier to navigate. "All-in-One Marketing Hub That Brings Structure, Visibility, and Efficiency"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything is connected in one system.

Emails, forms, landing pages, workflows, contacts, and reports all work together, so you’re not jumping between tools or manually pulling data to understand performance. You can launch a campaign and clearly see how it impacts leads and engagement at the contact level, which is a big plus.

The automation and workflows are another strong point. Once they’re set up, they handle lead nurturing, follow-ups, internal notifications, and lifecycle updates with very little manual effort. It saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks.

I also like how easy it is for non-technical users. Creating emails, forms, or landing pages doesn’t require developer support. The interface is clean, and most features are easy to pick up with regular use.

Lastly, the reporting and analytics are genuinely useful. You get clear insights into what content and campaigns are working, which helps with planning and optimization instead of relying on guesswork.

Overall, it brings structure, visibility, and efficiency to day-to-day marketing work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I dislike most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the pricing and feature gating.

As your database grows or you want more advanced features, costs increase quickly. A lot of the really powerful functionality like advanced automation, custom reporting, or attribution is locked behind higher tiers, which can be frustrating if you’re a growing team.

The learning curve can also be steeper than it looks at first. While basic tasks are easy, setting up workflows, lifecycle stages, and reports correctly takes time. If things aren’t configured properly early on, it can create messy data that’s hard to clean up later.

Another drawback is limited flexibility in some areas. Customization is good, but not unlimited. Certain templates, reporting views, or automation logic can feel restrictive if you have very specific or complex use cases.

Lastly, performance can occasionally feel sluggish, especially when working with large contact lists or detailed reports.

It’s a strong platform overall, but you do pay a premium and need to be disciplined about setup and ongoing maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful All-in-One Marketing Automation with Intuitive Workflows and CRM Integration"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot Marketing Hub works really well for managing end-to-end marketing activity in one place. At Media Zoo, it’s especially valuable for marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages and reporting. The workflows are intuitive and powerful, allowing us to automate journeys without losing personalisation. The integration with CRM data makes it easy to segment audiences, track engagement, and understand performance across campaigns. It also supports collaboration well across marketing and sales teams, which helps keep everything aligned and measurable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The biggest downside is cost, particularly as you scale and need more advanced features. Some functionality is locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive automation and centralized marketing: more efficiency and leads in HubSpot"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the ability to automate campaigns and centralize all marketing actions in one place. The creation of workflows, emails, landing pages, and the analysis of results are very intuitive, which makes it easier to optimize strategies and generate leads more efficiently, even without a large team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like least about the HubSpot Marketing Hub is that the cost can increase quickly as the contact base grows. Additionally, some more advanced customizations of automations and reports require higher plans, which can limit more specific strategies for smaller companies. "Seamless CRM Integration and Intuitive UI Make HubSpot a Standout"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

1. The Single Source of Truth (CRM Integration)

This is the core differentiator. Because the Marketing Hub is built on the HubSpot Smart CRM, you don't need complex integrations to pass data between sales and marketing.

2. Closed-Loop Reporting (Revenue Attribution)

Because the marketing tools talk to the deal pipeline, HubSpot excels at showing you exactly which marketing efforts resulted in actual revenue, not just clicks or leads.

3. Ease of Use (UI/UX)

Compared to enterprise competitors like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo, HubSpot has a significantly lower learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

1. The Contact Tier Pricing Trap

HubSpot charges based on the number of marketing contacts you have. The price doesn't just increase linearly; it often jumps significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Lead Management and Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The thing I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it's so convenient to use & also we can generate and organise whole team's lead over a single portal so that things don't get complicated and each person can view their own leads effectivelty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The thing i slightly dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it doesn't provide filtering by domain name as expected. Suppose one of my colleague has his lead named as A@agency.com & I have found another lead with same domain (i.e. B@agency.com) then sometimes it creates 2 different leads and sometimes it doesn't allows to create to prevent overlap so this can be improved.
