It is quite comprehensive, and integrates well with many 3rd parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is literally a product without support. Aside for the ridiculus SLA of 48 to 72 hours via email (no chat no phone), the support reps are useless. They have no knowledge of the product, or what it is used for, whatsoever.
Other than that, reporting is awful. It's been awful on the enterprise version, and on marketing pro+ it is worse, because some how they think someone would go enterprise after the horrible experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how you can do so many things in one place. I like how you can see all of your leads in one spot, including the lifestyle stage totals, the new contacts by source totals as well as how much your blog's total views have increased. the ability to create customizable campaigns according to your lists aid organization. I feel like it's kind of confusing and not super intuitive for first-time users, I feel like the workflows kind of threw me for a loop initially. You have to undergo a lot of training via Hubspot certifications to fully understand what you're doing, and unfortunately you end up paying for a lot of features you won't have enough time to fully use. I found the workflows kind of confusing to put together and having so many different facets in one place makes the experience befuddling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the ease of HubSpot marketing Hub. You can quickly pull together an email campaign, adjust who you are marketing to, and see the results of your efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing did get a bit out of control as we added more contacts. Would like a better way to maintian marketing contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website is responsive and much faster than my previous email platform, Mailchimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website is very complex and not user friendly from a navigation standpoint. Furthermore the recent changes to the website made it even harder to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I worked in Google I loved the seamlessness of keeping track of what you were sending out as everything was automatic and phenominal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not using it anymore. It is not an automatic link with email with Outlook. I have to keep opening hubspot and it takes up a lot of my space in outlook and I have to work around it. It's not easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to undertand and also friendly user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eventhough it was the Linkedin integration you cannot create a sequence and action the steps of LinkedIn connection or Inmail messages within the sequence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Marketing Hub Free and the chat feature is what I most use from Marketing Hub. No frills, and chat tools are table stakes in 2023, but it functions as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The packaging structure is not small business friendly at all. Essential features are locked behind the professional package ($800/mo) making the starter package ($50/mo) nothing more than a paid teaser that will only leave you frustrated that you can't do what you want to be able to do. If Hubspot wants to be small busieness friendly like they position themselves to be, the packaging would be more oriented around usage level than feature-locking.
Beyond feature frustrations, the platform is unbelievably difficult to configure for basic needs. While the platform is admittedly very capable of being configured to do impressive things, good luck getting there. Many of the most basic functionalities that you'd expect (for things like setting up a company newsletter) require you to search online for guides that non-Hubspot folks have put together and have you creating custom fields and manually building workflows and automations (often requiring locked features). Sure a platform like Hubspot will require some custom configuration for many businesses, but holy smokes it's like getting a LEGO set without the instruction booklet. The tools are there but it's not user friendly, and don't expect an outcome-based set-up wizard to help you achieve your goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely love the fact that you can pull reports, view live forms, manage social media, and even have your emails in one place, no more multiple platforms and remembering passwords and extra individual charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although HubSpot is a very diverse and expansive tool, I feel as though to sign up we are definitely lied to about it's capabilities. I was told we have ALL functionality as Wufoo and you do not when it comes to payment options and etc., you can only update your marketing contacts once a month, and although customer service is AMAZING, if the request gets elevated you have a VERY SLIM chance that your problem will be resolved. Also, the onboarding training IS not that great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the tracking and reports that can be made. It shows a clear picture of leads coming in, tracks the retainers brought in, and tracks where a lead came from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The contacts do not sync with the deals so we we have to use another program to get those to connect as well as certain customer fields do not sync with our case managment system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use HubSpot everyday and i find that it had useful tools and is easy to use. It integrates with all of our other services relatively well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the data isn't always accurate, the data can be messy if not organized properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
