Not much. Everyone always wants a better price but for a custom solution it's a great product.

It's connecting two products that can deal with PHI in a way that we didn't feel comfortable with a zapier or alternative. Connects two products for us that don't have a defined connection and we're able to pass data through

I appreciate that Keragon is HIPAA compliant, which is extremely important for maintaining the privacy and security of health data. Their customer support is pretty good, providing assistance when needed, and I value that they are always actively seeking feedback to make improvements. These features make Keragon a reliable and user-focused solution for my needs.

I find that the user interface of Keragon is still not fully developed or user-friendly. As a new company, there seems to be room for improvement in their ease of use tools, such as better customization options for specific workflows and making duplicates more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Keragon?**

As a consultant helping small healthcare practices streamline their systems, Keragon is invaluable for creating HIPAA-compliant integrations without expensive custom coding. I use it regularly for client implementations - I've set up over a dozen automations in recent months connecting systems like PracticeQ to communication platforms and automating workflows. The time savings add up quickly, but more importantly, it prevents things from falling through the cracks during busy periods, and lessens time lost during task-switching. The interface is pretty straightforward once you learn it, and customer support has been responsive when I've needed help with complex integrations. For small practices that can't afford custom development, this is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

The learning curve can be steep for complex integrations or when you need connectors that aren't built yet. While customer support is super responsive and helpful, some advanced use cases require experimentation. However, they're actively adding new connectors and improving tutorials, so this continues to get better.

**What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keragon eliminates the disconnected systems problem that plagues small healthcare practices. Before this, my clients either paid staff to do repetitive manual data entry between systems or went without integrations entirely due to cost. Now they can automate workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance, freeing up time for actual client care instead of administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about Keragon?**

I really appreciate the large integrations that Keragon offers. It allows us to create automation across multiple tools and helps connect our tech stack effectively. It also resolves the issue of Athena not connecting to any marketing tools.

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

Athena only allows one trigger that gets overridden if I create a new workflow. Hubspot pulling is very poor. The default workflows could be improved. The interface could be easier to use, as it takes some time to understand the tool and gain deep knowledge of its limitations.

Keragon automates and facilitates patient outreach by connecting our tech stack. It solves the issue of Athena not connecting to marketing tools and allows us to create automation across multiple tools.

Building solutions can be hassle at first. Dedicate a good portion of time just doing some experimenting.

Keragon is helping us connect our CRM, HubSpot, with our EMR, athenaOne. It’s also helping us automate our intake documents. We also use Keragon to connect our Google Calendar to athenaOne, which makes it easier to keep everything in sync.

**What do you like best about Keragon?**

How easy and relatively intuitive it is to connect data from our EMR to other applications that we run. We were able to setup 3 APIs to athenahealth in a day, and are currently working on connecting more. The HIPAA compliant solution was extremely important and Keragon has managed to do it all. Additionally, they've customer service and integration support are phenomenal, they've answered all questions and added new APIs within 1-2 weeks of us requesting them (even while we were on the trial period). Definitely recommend for the avid no-coder/vibe coder to simplify how you access secure APIs (EHRs).

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

I believe their UI could be improved to make the flows screens a bit more intuitive, surface the data attributes that you are trying to integrate in workflows better (currently you can only see the data when building out the workflow parameters which makes it hard to plan/design if you're building this out on the fly) so you have to reference your application/Keragon/source API documentation at the same time. Also, the transaction logging/error management is hard to find/use compared to other apps. This makes it hard to troubleshoot workflows and requires multiple tabs to troubleshoot. I've ended up having to do more customization in the receiving application since it's been harder for me to try more advance workflows when they error and I can't rely on the tool to help me figure out why. 

Separately from the usability, I think the pricing/subscription tiers could use some rework. Other non-healthcare solutions like Make, Retool, and n8n, are more affordable and less restrictive in the lower tiers, which means you Keragon requires a higher point of entry to try and prototype ideas and see if you can get the right data/build with it appropriately.

Integrating apps that normally have a long approval and integration process.

**What do you like best about Keragon?**

There has been a gap that's existed for years because Zapier is not HIPAA compliant and Keragon has filled it. Their product works without issue and support is excellent. We use it all of the time as it integrates with our CRM, EMR, Google Sheets, Gatherup, etc. Most things are easy to use with it and the ones that are not (Google API) they are working on. We used a developer to help us implement Keragon and it was pretty easy and straightforward. It helps us to deal with shortcomings of individual products in our stack.

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

I wish their price point was a bit more competitive with Zapier. Hopefully as their volume increases, prices will come down. It's not prohibitive, but it's more than I would have expected in contrast to Zapier.

I thoroughly enjoyed Keragon's  entire onboarding experience where I was given a rep to walk through some fairly challenging automation needs. They were able to come up with solutions very quickly and if Keragon did not have the feature, they had their team implement it. I also really enjoy the ease of automation creation and the notifications it sends when an automation fails. Being able to use their AI technology to outline some solutions on failed flows has saved me so many hours of figuring out what the issue is and if their solutions didn't work, their IT team was quick to jump in.

I can't really think of anything at this time.

Keragon is helping me connect two different software technologies together - something that manually needed to be done every day.

We found Keragon to be incredibly helpful for handling HIPAA-compliant workflows on our e-commerce website. We use their service to securely pass patient form data to APIs, and it's been reliable and efficient. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to set up and manage automations. Their support team is also quick to respond and always helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing a secure and user-friendly automation platform.

We have found that some of the data paths we were hoping for are not available yet. Hopefully we can get them in the future. We also have had an issue with one of the integrations and even after working with support we are still facing the issue and have moved on to try to find our own solution. We are also seeing it's quite expensive for limited features and runs.

Keragon allows me a HIPAA compliant way to automate so many processes and workflows in my practice that I wasn't able to do before. It's challenging to find HIPAA compliant automation options for the healthcare space, and now that we've set up Keragon, we're saving our admin staff hours of time and we've made communications with clients more regular and efficient. I'm so happy to have found Keragon!

Having previously used Zapier, there was a large learning curve transitioning to Keragon. The automations are not as easy to set up and can be quite confusing if you're not a tech person. The support staff was helpful and answered all my questions, the setup process and learning curve was just steeper than expected.

**What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem Keragon solved was the sending of patient information from our EHR to our CRM in a HIPPA compliant software. The ability to securely send this information now allows us to set up automations and workflows around email marketing, appointment reminders, form sending, and message/communication with internal staff.

**What do you like best about Keragon?**

Keragon successfully recreates a similar UI/UX and workflow to other top automation platforms like Zapier and IFTTT. The key difference is that it's one of the few that is HIPAA compliant across a wide range of tools. The team there has done a great job prioritizing the right features. As an automations consultant, I'm able to create the majority of the workflows I need, and find reasonable workarounds (such as using webhooks) to create the rest of them.

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

Keragon is a newer product, so quality of life features that I take for granted from platforms like Zapier and IFTTT aren't fully implemented yet. That being said, the team is responsive and implementation of new features and endpoints has fast turnarounds, such as the "duplicate action" feature which was added within a month of me mentioning it to the team.

**What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Healthcare Automations Consultant, I work with healthcare practices in the small to medium sized enterprise category. Most of my work involves streamlining day-to-day processes, automating manual work, creating systems and documentation, and training staff. Healthcare practices have a variety of needs and tons of manual work, so the work never ends. Luckily, Keragon, unlike many tools on the market, has a huge range of tools it can integrate with, including business operations, patient intake, marketing and sales, and so much more. 

My clients are saving hours a day per staff member by automating manual processes, getting insight on their key performance indicators because I'm able to use Keragon to tag actions with and view those tags in graphs and charts, and avoiding things falling between the cracks because all inbound patient inquiries are routed to a central location. These are huge benefits that I'm able to offer to my clients thanks to Keragon.

Nothing really. We chose our 2.0 tech stack based on software services that play nice with Keragon, and that was a really good idea. Every software has its pros and cons, but with Keragon we can customize the software to work better for our business. I feel excited because we now can constantly incrementally improve our operations, and Keragon is the behind the scenes driver of that growth!

Keragon is great, but the support is even better. Support is incredibly fast, and you can jump on screen shares for help when needed—this is unheard of. I would highly recommend Keragon for any healthcare organization, big or small, that is looking to connect their systems and automate their workflows using a very intuitive yet super powerful solution.

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. In the very beginning, I had some issues getting my connections to work, as they required additional credentials from third-party applications, and the documentation in Keragon wasn't very clear. However, the support team at Keragon updated their documentation the very same day, and I was able to breeze through it. Again, this is unheard of.

**What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keragon is a great solution for integrating and connecting various online tools together. In the healthcare industry solutions have to be HIPAA compliant when accessing and transferring PHI, Keragon is the best solution out there. Not only is it compliant, it is also easy to use, and the support is outstanding. Best support ever experienced with any business.

**What do you like best about Keragon?**

I like how easy it is to build complex EMR integrations with Aesthetix CRM. Using the Keragon connectors, we have now integrated multiple EMRs, including ModMed. We are excited about the future of building HIPAA-compliant integrations for our customers with Keragon.

**What do you dislike about Keragon?**

The biggest thing is having to use different custom data actions sometimes to work with these complicated EMR APIs. It requires our team to rely on the Keragon support team too much, as we are not as experienced with writing those actions.
