## Surfe Reviews
 ### 1. A Must-Have LinkedIn Plugin for Anyone Using Pipedrive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon Y. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Since Covid we find it very hard to get put through to C level executives. We struggle to even get their email address let alone a mobile number. Since using Surfe as a plugin for Pipedrive, we have now been able to get many CXOs emails and mobile phones, from Linkedin, which has resulted in us having the ability to bypass many gatekeepers now. Linkedin Premium is fine but it does not always allow you too see correct contact details and often the email address that Linkedin Premium gives you is a personal one and rarely give you a phone number.
Getting it working with Linkedin was very easy. Just download the tool and away you go.
The ability to add a new business and contact to Pipedrive with one click has saved me countless hours when prospecting for potential targets.

If you use Linkedin to find organisations and C Level Execs, this is the Plugin you need. It is a must in todays sales environment.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Been using this for 3 months and really havent found anything I dont like yet.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is simple. Surfe helps us get the right contacts details for the right people in a target company

 ### 2. Top-Notch Personalization and a Great Overall Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan F. | Manager of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe is easily the best investment I've made for my workflow. It makes finding and connecting with my high-target ICP seamless. It’s efficient, has a great personality, and has saved me hours of manual work every week. If you’re serious about scaling your outreach and keeping your CRM clean without the headache, this is the way. 10/10

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

There is no downsides. I love it all its great!

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: It takes roughly 8.5 minutes to manually find a contact, verify them, and type their info into a CRM.

The Solution: One-click syncing. You find a "New School" dental target, click one button, and their name, title, company, and verified contact info are instantly in your CRM. Users typically save about 15–30 hours a month on this alone.

Not only that but once you start to find success with a certain business, Surfe will Identify Identical Business that increase your conversion rate. Why wouldn't you want that!?

 ### 3. Outstanding Data Quality, Seamless Hubspot Integration, and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fi V. | GTM Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

The quality of the data is really ahead of their competitors when we run them head to head. In addition the UI is intuitive and the level of training and support so far has been second to none. Very impressed with the waterfall logic and their Linkedin Extension is incredible easy to implement. We're working out of Hubspot as a CRM and it integrates nicely with the ability to add prospects to sequences and lists as you are adding them to the CRM as well as adding notes, tasks and the enrichment.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Currently you are unable to choose to not enrich the email address. We have mostly inbound leads so we have already captured that and would like to focus on the phone numbers. However, the team say that this is in pipeline as a feature soon.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is really important that when an inbound lead comes in that they are routed appropriately and we are able to follow up with them quickly and effectively. By pre-populating the contact and company with details like company size and industry it allows us to not have to have large numbers of fields on our forms and still route them effectively.

 ### 4. Surf: An Effective and Innovative Scraping Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix D.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I love that Surfe is super easy to use, which makes it very convenient. The interactions with the sales teams are also very pleasant. They have quite innovative features, especially regarding scraping, where they don't limit themselves to their own databases but reach out to up to 15 other providers to enrich the search. I feel like they have a high success rate in finding email data and phone numbers. Moreover, they often add new features, which is really great. For example, they offer a feature that allows you to find accounts similar to those you have already prospected and successfully sold to, which is fantastic for prospecting. Their interface is smooth, and the initial setup is very quick, just two minutes flat, no more.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Nothing for the moment

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Surfe for data scraping, particularly to find phone numbers and email addresses of business accounts for prospecting. It integrates up to 15 data providers and offers innovative features, such as "look like" search to identify similar prospects.

 ### 5. Time-Saving LinkedIn-Salesforce Automation, But Email Credit Limits Frustrate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd S. | Director of Global Sales and Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

The automation between LinkedIn and Hubspot is impressive and has saved me a significant amount of time. After using it extensively for the past few days, it has quickly become an essential part of my daily outreach routine.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I understand why email credits are necessary, and I appreciate that you can disable automatic enrichment to trigger it manually. However, the email credits remain my main frustration with the service. I know I’ll quickly use up the 1,800 credits I receive annually, which will likely force me to upgrade to a higher tier, since that ends up being more cost-effective than purchasing additional credits separately.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe is the middleware between LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot. It is significantly cheaper then having to buy the higher tier of Sales Navigator (which is the only tier that Hubspot supports) but provides additional resources that are very handy in regards to data enrichment.

 ### 6. It's MUST HAVE Software for LinkedIn Power Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

The ease of setting up and transferring large amounts of enriched data to Hubspot in Surfe is unmatched. There are simply no other tools that are as easy to set up and use especially for the price point.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I don't derive a ton of use from the platform itself but working in LinkedIn and Hubspot is more than enough for me.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work within in a niche industry, so our target market isn't massive and it's possible to know all the individual sales targets individually and LinkedIn has the most up-to-date and relevant data that is easiest to find. However, finding those individuals and getting that information seamlessly into our Hubspot CRM has always been a very manual process even with other data enrichment and LinkedIn/Hubspot integration tools in the past. Surfe allows us to build lists and seamlessly integrate those lists and fully enriched data into Hubspot allowing the data team to focus on LinkedIn without toggling between systems and the sales team to stay within Hubspot.

 ### 7. Simple, efficient CRM enrichment that saves time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaury d. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe is a very clean and well-designed product. It’s clearly ahead of competitors and feels thought through for real daily usage.
It’s extremely easy to use and saves a lot of time. The workflow is smooth, intuitive, and fits perfectly into a sales or recruiting routine without friction.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The Chrome extension is less useful if you don’t use major CRM tools, as its value is tightly linked to those ecosystems.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe solves the problem of manually updating and enriching CRM data. It reduces context switching, saves time, and makes it much easier to keep information clean and up to date during daily prospecting and outreach.

 ### 8. A game-changer for LinkedIn lead generation and CRM integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean S. | Principal Consultant / Business Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe makes LinkedIn prospecting seamless by pulling enriched company and contact data directly into my CRM without the usual copy-paste headaches. I love how flexible the filters are — I can target by industry, revenue, employee size, and seniority to build highly qualified lists that actually match my ICP. The lookalike company feature is especially powerful for scaling outbound campaigns, and the integration with tools like Pipedrive saves me hours every week. It feels like Surfe was built for people who want clean, actionable data without the fluff.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The biggest drawback is that some filters, like department and technology, can feel limited or inconsistent depending on the dataset. Occasionally, I need to manually clean titles or remove irrelevant roles that slip through. I’d also like to see more automation options baked in, so I don’t always have to rely on external tools like Relay.app to complete the loop. These are small trade-offs though, considering how much time and structure Surfe already gives me.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe solves the messy, manual process of turning LinkedIn connections into qualified CRM records. Instead of copying and pasting profiles, I can automatically capture company and contact data that aligns with my ICP and enrich it with key details like seniority, revenue, and tech stack. This saves me hours each week and ensures my CRM is always clean and structured. By building smarter lists and pushing them straight into my pipeline, I can focus on meaningful engagement instead of admin tasks. The benefit is simple — more time spent on conversations that matter, less time wrestling with data entry.

 ### 9. Real-Time CRM + LinkedIn Sync That Saves Time and Streamlines Lead Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

The most advantage aspect of Surfe is that it can be connected to the CRM in real time and LinkedIn activity. It makes lead management easier, saves time on data entry, and enables me to spend more time on outreach than on administration.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Limited customization and occasional performance lag.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe will assist in the issue of manually moving LinkedIn leads into the CRM. It automates the lead capture and syncing that saves time and minimizes errors. This will enable me to concentrate more on outreach and relationship building rather than administration.

 ### 10. Transformed Our B2B Sales with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun A. | Sales Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I absolutely love the one-click contact addition feature in Surfe. It's incredibly efficient, allowing me to swiftly transfer contact information from LinkedIn to my CRM, which is Pipedrive, without any hassle. What stands out the most is the flawless syncing between LinkedIn and my CRM, which not only includes adding new contacts but also avoids duplicacy by alerting me if the contact already exists. This feature has dramatically transformed how I manage business-to-business sales tasks by saving me numerous hours that I used to spend on manual data entry and verification. Additionally, the integration with other software solutions is seamless, which eliminates the need for switching between different tabs, thus reducing the chances of inaccurate data. This efficiency in workflow ensures I have more time to focus on other critical tasks. Moreover, I find the software very user-friendly, which enhances my overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Nothing As such but I am hoping that It will bring many more exciting features

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Surfe for seamless one-click contact addition and direct CRM sync, saving countless hours in B2B sales. It integrates perfectly with Pipedrive, ensuring no duplicate entries and accurate information without switching tabs.

 ### 11. The perfect bridge between HubSpot and Sales Navigator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott L. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

No doubt I'm not using all the features, but for what I need it for, it's blowing away every other tool I've used. Up to now I've been relying on piecemeal, semi-manual efforts. Using Prospeo or Rocketreach to try to get emails for target accounts with about 45% success. When they can't, I research corp email formats and use trial and error. Either way I end up manually entering name, title in HubSpot, and enrolling in sequences.

With Surfe, I research people in relevant roles at target accounts in Sales Navigator. From within LinkedIn I see an integrated Surfe section (great UI) where I can enrich, add to HubSpot, and if I want, view in HubSpot. Everything I need is immediately in HubSpot. No manual data entry. There's also the option to add a contact to a Sales Sequence without even leaving LinkedIn.

It feels like this was purpose-built to solve for every small challenge in using HubSpot and LinkedIn together for ABM.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

So far I have not discovered any major (or minor) pain points.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me streamline contact enrichment for target accounts.

 ### 12. Surfe Saves Hours of Repetitive Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe saves us a lot of hours of repetitive work, it was really easy to implement and we've been using it constantly since we got it. Still have to learn all of its features but everything seems great for now.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

There's some problems when recognising profiles with specific symbols in it's names -> url (accent marks, etc.). So for all profiles with such symbols you got to manually link them to your CRM. Also would be great if it would be possible to sync messages with contacts (made before starting to use Surfe) easier. Still, great program, we'll keep using it.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing messages and keeping up with leads updates.

 ### 13. Surfe: A Must-Have Tool for Modern Sales Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jos B. | Outsourcing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

What I like best about Surfe is its seamless and powerful integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It's a game-changer for anyone involved in sales, lead generation, or recruitment. The ability to pull contact information directly from LinkedIn profiles and push it into our CRM with just a few clicks is incredibly efficient. It eliminates so much manual data entry and ensures that our records are always up-to-date. The simplicity of adding prospects, tracking interactions, and enriching data right from the LinkedIn interface makes our workflow significantly smoother and faster. It's an indispensable tool that has dramatically improved our team's productivity and data accuracy.

Implementing Surfe was very easy. It's essentially a browser extension and a quick CRM connection. We were up and running in minutes, without any complex setup or technical hurdles.

While I haven't had extensive interactions, the support I've received has been responsive and helpful when needed.Frequency of Use: I use Surfe daily, multiple times a day. It's an integral part of my LinkedIn prospecting and CRM management routine.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The only notable drawback for me is the pricing structure. While Surfe delivers substantial value and efficiency gains, the cost can be a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or individual users. It feels like the pricing could be more flexible or tiered to accommodate different scales of operations. This is the primary point where I feel there could be an improvement to make the tool more accessible to a broader range of users, given its excellent functionality.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe solves several critical problems that commonly plague sales and lead generation teams, especially when leveraging LinkedIn.

Firstly, it eradicates manual data entry and the associated errors and inefficiencies. Before Surfe, transferring prospect information from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to our CRM was a tedious copy-pasting exercise, prone to typos and missing fields. Surfe automates this, allowing us to add contacts, company details, and even sync conversations directly from LinkedIn with a single click. This benefits us by saving countless hours of administrative work, freeing up our sales team to focus on actual selling and relationship building, rather than data management.

Secondly, Surfe addresses the challenge of maintaining up-to-date and accurate CRM data. LinkedIn profiles are constantly changing as people switch jobs or companies. Surfe helps by enriching contact data with verified information (like email addresses and phone numbers) and can even flag when contacts in our CRM have updated their LinkedIn profiles, ensuring our records are always current. This means our outreach efforts are more effective, with fewer bounced emails or calls to outdated numbers, leading to higher conversion rates and less wasted effort.

Finally, it resolves the issue of fragmented workflows and siloed information. Without Surfe, our LinkedIn prospecting was somewhat disconnected from our core CRM activities. Surfe acts as a bridge, making CRM fields accessible directly within LinkedIn and syncing all interactions. This provides our entire team with real-time context on prospects and deals, fostering better collaboration and ensuring that everyone is working with the same, comprehensive information. The benefit here is a more streamlined, cohesive, and effective sales pipeline, ultimately leading to increased sales velocity and better revenue generation.

 ### 14. High-Quality Data Enrichment, But Needs More Admin Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe stands out from typical contact enrichment tools by providing two layers of protection to guarantee high-quality results. First, it works in tandem with LinkedIn--great sanity check for finding the right contacts. Second, it uses waterfall enrichment across more than 15 data providers. Their approach ensures you always know exactly whose information you are enriching and prevents dependence on a single data source, which significantly lowers the risk of importing inaccurate contact data. We decided to switch to Surfe to make sure we had reliable data for our NAMER and EMEA contacts and have not been disappointed.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Other reviewers have pointed out that you can't selectively enrich specific data, and I agree with that limitation. Additionally, Surfe does not allow admins to create new contacts; it only lets you update existing ones. Although the contact data provided is accurate, I find myself needing to develop a process to clean up contacts and company associations within HubSpot. Finally, Surfe credits are a bit lopsided in my opinion. You get far more email credits than phone credits.

If these issues were addressed, I would have no hesitation in giving Surfe a perfect rating.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues we had with previous providers:

EMEA coverage was thin, making international outreach inconsistent.

Many phone numbers were missing or invalid globally.

We experienced bounce rates of up to 10%, which impacted deliverability and pipeline trust.

 ### 15. Accelerated Integration and Enrichment for CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis V. | Head of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I have been using Surfe for three years primarily for its contact enrichment capability and as a bridge between LinkedIn and Salesforce. The initial setup was impressively quick, taking only about thirty minutes to derive instant value after installing the extension and setting up field mappings between Salesforce and Surfe. Surfe significantly enhances workflow efficiency by allowing us to see if a LinkedIn contact is already in our CRM, thus eliminating redundant data entry tasks. I appreciate the way it streamlines the process of creating contacts in Salesforce by auto-filling important information like job titles and locations, which eliminates the need for cumbersome workflows. Another standout aspect is the comprehensive waterfall enrichment feature, which is instrumental in accessing accurate contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses. I find the integration capabilities particularly useful, seamlessly linking Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach, which enhances my operational efficiency. I highly value the speed of execution and the excellent quality of enrichment features it offers. Furthermore, the effectiveness and support of the Surfe team are noteworthy, reinforcing my decision to continue using the service. Overall, my experience with Surfe is extremely positive and makes me eager to recommend its use.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I dislike the lack of stability in the product. It can be problematic as it affects the overall user experience and reliability.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Surfe to seamlessly connect LinkedIn with Salesforce, simplifying contact creation and enrichment, and retrieving accurate contact info effortlessly.

 ### 16. Streamlined Lead Export with Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Owner / CEao, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I like Surfe for the ability to export leads and contacts to my CRM or CSV file. It's really valuable for data and lead management, which helps in increasing sales. Also, I found setting up Surfe very easy, and I appreciate the great support team at Surfe who was helpful when I had to change from a personal to a work account.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Setting up wasn't as easy when changing from a personal account to a work account.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Surfe to export leads/contacts from LinkedIn to manage my CRM in HubSpot, improving data and lead management to increase sales.

 ### 17. Enhances Prospecting with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I appreciate how easy it was to set up Surfe, with no difficulties along the way. The support and follow-up during this process were excellent, providing great assistance. Surfe excels at finding accurate emails for potential clients, which is crucial for our outreach primarily conducted through emails. The integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is incredibly useful for discovering individuals in specific industries, making the prospecting process much smoother. Surfe's waterfall system makes it extremely easy to find contacts, significantly streamlining my workflow. The ability to have a buffer for contacts before adding them to HubSpot ensures accuracy, enhancing our CRM process. Additionally, Surfe's clean, easy-to-use interface, seamlessly built into LinkedIn and contact profiles, offers a straightforward user experience.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I'd want to add filter systems.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe improves my outreach by providing accurate client emails and integrates seamlessly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, making it easy to find industry contacts.

 ### 18. Surfe is an excellent tool to add to your sales tech-stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen R. | Enterprise Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

One-click export to your CRM, with data automatically enriched... perfect! Surfe is a great time-saver for our sales team

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Nothing. Great tool. We don't use the lead-list creation in Surfe, we do that in HubSpot

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have reduced manual data entry of leads into HubSpot. At scale, that means we can complete outbound list building much faster. Plus we can track LinkedIn message chats directly into HubSpot.

 ### 19. Surfe Streamlines Relationship Management and CRM Integration Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe has created an incredible timesaving tool that makes relationship management so streamlined in a way I never thought would be possible! I love the immediate linking capability to my CRM Pipedrive and it's brilliant that I can integrate diurectly from a message or chat to my database

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

It's quite expensive for what it is offering really - it costs more than the CRM itself so financially I am not sure if I can justify it long term. Mind you, I haven't used all the features yet, of which I am sure there are many

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's massively speeding up the process of keeping track of people I have contacted them and adding them to my CRM

 ### 20. Effortless CRM Updates That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph N. | Head of Strategic Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

This tool really reduces the administrative burden on individuals when it comes to updating the CRM. It streamlines the process, making it much easier to keep information current without having to handle all the manual tasks yourself.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

With the plan we currently have, I am restricted in how much data I can import into the CRM each day.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time I spend prospecting and searching for contacts has been significantly reduced, and my workflow has become much more efficient as a result.

 ### 21. Effortless CRM Updates with Real-Time LinkedIn Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Adjunct Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Easy low friction way to update our CRM using the most updated info on LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Haven't found an issue yet. May be nice if it had an outlook integration as well.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past we had to manually update job changes for people we were tracking. we either stumbled on the change via LinkedIn or had to manage bounce backs from our email campaigns. Now its much more automated. its not perfect but its substantially better than what we were doing before.

 ### 22. Effortless LinkedIn Integration and Outstanding Support with Surfe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian H. | Head of Commercial Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe is a really easy tool to use and I love the integration into LinkedIn where it can see you're Salesforce data.
Also the Account team (Marta 💫) is super hands on and always willing to help with requests such as onboarding and setup. Overall in terms of enrichment vendors is one of the best that I deal with and easiest for Sales teams to use.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Sometimes the sign-up process doesn't detect the existing Corporate account and we get this scenario where we have to migrate users over.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying new Leads by cross-referencing our existing Leads and Customers

 ### 23. LinkedIn, HubSpot integration and automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas R. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I just love how much it can do with LinkedIn and HubSpot. From synchronising and updating contacts, messages and even creating messaging templates for LinkedIn messages.

That is all I have used it for so far.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I'm in Australia and when you convert the price from USD to AUD it becomes quite expensive and I cannot afford to pay the ongoing monthly fees.

I am new to the company I work at and they are not willing to help pay for it as they cannot see the benefit. I am working on this and hoping I can win some good accounts to prove it's worth.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's ability to use templates that automatically populate the contracts name is incredible.

So it's it's ability to synchronise information HubSpot is a game changer.

In addition it uses other apps I have on my Chrome extension to find missing information.

In today's age where businesses have no receptionist and do not share contact information easily, LinkedIn is my most affective way of getting in touch with people and using apps like Surge is very helpful.

 ### 24. I'm finding new leads and their emails faster than I ever thought possible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin N. | Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Waterfall enrichment and LinkedIn Sales Navigator exporting

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Could be a little more accurate in up-to-date updates on how the process is going. It seemed like the export status updates didn't match the spreadsheet destination until it was totally finished

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe is helping me export Sales Nav and also finding emails for all those contacts. It's impressive how I found 500 emails on 1000 LinkedIn profiles after just a couple of clicks. Now my email lead list is doubled in size.

 ### 25. A Powerful and Developer-Friendly API for Data Enrichment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bashir A. | Lead Generator, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

As a developer building a custom data enrichment tool, the quality and accessibility of Surfe's API were my top priorities. I was incredibly impressed on both fronts. Their API documentation is clear, well-structured, and provides practical examples that made the integration process remarkably smooth.

The endpoints for both people and company search are fast, reliable, and return high-quality, accurate data, which is the most critical aspect for us. We were able to build a robust application around their service with confidence. The ease of implementation allowed us to go from concept to a functional internal tool much faster than we anticipated. It's a powerful engine for anyone working in the sales or marketing tech space.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

While the overall experience has been excellent, there are a couple of minor areas for potential improvement. The API documentation, while very good, could benefit from a wider range of code examples in different backend languages like Python or Go.

Additionally, while testing more complex, multi-step enrichment workflows, we occasionally found the rate limits on the initial tier to be a bit restrictive. A slightly higher limit for development and testing purposes would make the initial implementation phase even smoother for developers.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem Surfe solves for us is the challenge of maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of contact and company information. Building this kind of data infrastructure in-house is incredibly resource-intensive and often results in stale data.

By integrating Surfe's API directly into our application, we have offloaded the entire data sourcing and verification process. The key benefit is a massive increase in efficiency. Our development team can now focus on our core application features instead of data management, and our sales team benefits from having reliable, real-time data at their fingertips. This has directly led to better-informed outreach and a more streamlined prospecting workflow.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Proprietary Trader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

This is very easy to use and it has it's own leads list that can be customized easier than in LinkedIn itself...Oh and you don't need Navigator to take advantage!

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I find that if within uploading a contact and then doing a 2nd one for the same company that the 1st set of information is still there and at times will make a duplicate contact. If you pay attention you have to refresh the screen first which shouldn't be the case.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me TIME!!!! I don't need to manually add my leads which is huge!!! Also the contact scraping is about 80% accurate which helps alot. ALso the job/position change feature is great to keep your leads fresh.

 ### 33. Makes it a breeze to capture leads via LinkedIn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Animesh S. | Account Manager (Construction), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Integration with LinkedIn and Hubspot. Makes it a breeze to capture leads via LinkedIn, refine them and save to Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Could do with more mobile phone finding credits in the Essential Package.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent on enriching leads via LinkedIn and saving to Hubspot.

Have used Clay + HeyReach for this in the past and it does the job. But, we don't need the scale and can do without the manual work of exporting CSV files and then importing leads into Hubspot after we have enriched them.

 ### 34. Smart LinkedIn Prospecting with Easy Spreadsheet Export

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergiu M. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I really like how Surfe simplifies LinkedIn lead collection. Even though it doesn’t integrate directly with our custom CRM, I use the Google Spreadsheet export feature regularly, and it works great. From there, it's super easy to import the data into our system. It saves a lot of time and manual work. The extension itself is smooth, intuitive, and helps me stay focused on outreach instead of admin tasks.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The main limitation for me is that Surfe doesn't integrate with our specific CRM. It would be amazing to have support for more custom or niche CRMs. That said, the spreadsheet option works well as a workaround, so it’s still part of my daily workflow.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe helps me solve the repetitive and time-consuming task of manually collecting lead data from LinkedIn. With just a few clicks, I can export prospect information into a Google Sheet, which I then import into our custom CRM. This saves me hours every week and keeps our lead data organized and consistent. It also helps me avoid errors that usually happen with manual input. For someone in sales and partnerships like me, that efficiency is a big win.

This tool has proven to be extremely useful for generating leads for my business. I find it very supportive in expanding my client base and helping my business grow.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Axel H. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

The most helpful thing about Surfe is the connection between your CRM and LinkedIn, and this way making your prospecting and overall sales process quicker. Big upside is being able to export your lead lists out of sales navigator.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

When exporting leads from LinkedIn Surfe does not yet identify which contacts you have exported previously. This would be helpful due to there being a daily export limit (essential package)

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the issue we have had before with not being able to export lead lists from LinkedIn, and move contacts to our CRM from LinkedIn with one click. We are saving time with Surfe.

Surfe bridges the gap between LinkedIn and our CRM, solving the time-consuming problem of manual lead entry. This has significantly reduced friction in our outbound process, increased data accuracy, and allowed our team to focus on meaningful outreach rather than admin work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian F. | Talent Acquisition Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Let’s be real — LinkedIn prospecting can sometimes feel like playing Where’s Waldo in a haystack of titles, mutual connections, and outdated info. That’s where SURFE comes in.

This tool has completely changed how I discover and connect with talent.

Effortlessly adds leads directly from LinkedIn to my CRM
Saves hours of manual entry and tab-switching
Makes finding the right people faster, smoother, and dare I say — enjoyable?

SURFE takes the friction out of prospecting and replaces it with momentum. Whether you're in recruiting, sales, or growth — this is the kind of tool that earns its spot in your daily workflow.

Big fan. Big results.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

There's a snafu with total employee count which makes targeting startups challenging.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Your LinkedIn messages get synced to your CRM with context, so you're not just capturing names — you're capturing conversations. That’s gold for follow-ups.

 ### 41. Excellent Data Quality and Sync, Minor Setup Tweaks Needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian G. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

In my use of Surfe, I'm amazed by the data quality, especially in Germany, Singapore, and Australia. The combination of companies and people I'm able to find and easily synchronize with valid email addresses into HubSpot is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

The initial setup had to be carefully reviewed to connect LinkedIn with HubSpot properly. The company search needed 2-3 iterations to work well.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding relevant ICP contacts and synchronizing them to HubSpot CRM for further outreach.

 ### 42. Buggy Experience and Poor Support - Disappointing Prospecting Tool

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

There is absolutely nothing to mention. Nothing at all. Truly, there is nothing here.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I thought this would be the holy grail of prospecting, but it turned out to be a buggy, hollow shell. It feels like a weak, small startup without the proper infrastructure. They completely cut off contact after I pointed out that the error is still on their end and that the CSV export mixes up the data.

I do not recommend it. There are better, more proven tools out there with superior support.

More details you can ask a Christian from theirs support and also Maryan their Head of Customer succces that didn't even care and no replied.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It didn't solved any of my needs. It was waste of time, and money.

 ### 43. Zero-friction LinkedIn → CRM, huge time-saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian D. | Key Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe finally makes prospecting sane. From any LinkedIn profile I can create a contact/lead in HubSpot/Salesforce in one click, auto-enriched with email, company data, and mapped to our fields. Messages and notes sync back to the CRM so the team sees the full history without copy-paste. Deduping and account matching work well, and pushing Sales Navigator lists straight into CRM is gold. Setup took minutes (no IT), and support is responsive and competent.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Small gripes: occasional 1–2s lag on enrichment; pricing tiers jump a bit as you add seats; and I’d like deeper custom-object support plus bulk updates from the sidebar. When LinkedIn changes layout, a quick refresh is sometimes needed.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe kills the copy-paste between LinkedIn and our CRM. I can create leads/contacts from any profile in one click with proper field mapping, enrichment, and solid deduping—so data quality goes up. Messages and notes sync back to the CRM, giving sales/CSM full history and smoother handovers. I can push Sales Navigator lists straight into the CRM to start outreach the same day. Net impact: 1–2 minutes saved per contact, faster follow-up, a cleaner pipeline, and more reliable reporting/forecasting.

Setting your API was a bit tricky, but then again I don't pretend to be tech expert!

Surfe allows us to accurately capture up to date contact details for business leads / prospects, and enrich them straight into our CRM system - Salesforce. What I like best about Surfe is how easily it connects LinkedIn with my CRM, letting me add prospects and sync conversations in just one click. It saves me tons of time on manual work and keeps all my sales data organized and up to date.

I use Surfe mainly to streamline my LinkedIn sales and lead management process. It lets me add LinkedIn contacts to my CRM with one click, find and enrich professional emails and phone numbers, and automatically sync all my LinkedIn messages and activities with my CRM. This helps keep my contact data updated, manage my sales pipeline efficiently, and ensures I never miss important conversations or follow-ups

 ### 47. Makes LinkedIn Navigator practical for lead export and tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe makes it easy to export leads from LinkedIn Navigator into your CRM or spreadsheet without manual copying. It’s intuitive, quick to use, and removes a lot of friction from the lead generation process. It integrates well and genuinely saves time.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

When exporting leads from multiple lists, it sometimes continues on the same Google Sheet without clear separation. It can be difficult to track where a new list begins. Possibly something I’ve missed in the settings, but worth flagging.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe removes the manual hassle of transferring LinkedIn leads into our CRM and tracking systems. It saves time, reduces errors, and allows me to focus on outreach and strategy rather than admin. It's made our lead capture process much more efficient.

The best of Surfe is feeding my Pipedrive without wasting time searching for contacts details such as email addresses or phone numbers.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

I'm still not entirely certain, but Surfe does seem to enhance the information available about companies and leads, in a trustable way, so till now, definetly no complains.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving a hufge ammount of time typing and looking for contacts

 ### 49. Game-changer for syncing LinkedIn leads to my CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe makes it incredibly easy to capture LinkedIn prospect data directly into my CRM (Copper) without any copy-pasting. I can add contacts, company info, and even notes or tags in just a couple clicks—all while staying on LinkedIn. It’s seamless, accurate, and saves me a ton of time during outbound. Also love that it updates existing records instead of creating duplicates.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Occasionally the Chrome extension can be a little glitchy or slow to load, especially when LinkedIn updates their UI. It’s not a dealbreaker, and the Surfe team is usually quick to patch things, but it can interrupt flow during heavy prospecting sessions. Would also love more customization options around field mapping and default tags.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe eliminates the manual, time-consuming process of transferring LinkedIn lead data into my CRM. Before Surfe, I’d waste time copying names, titles, companies, and contact notes into Copper. Now, I can instantly create or update CRM records right from a prospect’s LinkedIn profile, complete with tags and notes. It keeps my pipeline clean, saves hours every week, and lets me focus more on actual outreach and relationship-building—rather than data entry.
