"Outstanding Data Quality, Seamless Hubspot Integration, and Top-Notch Support"
What do you like best about Surfe?

The quality of the data is really ahead of their competitors when we run them head to head. In addition the UI is intuitive and the level of training and support so far has been second to none. Very impressed with the waterfall logic and their Linkedin Extension is incredible easy to implement. We're working out of Hubspot as a CRM and it integrates nicely with the ability to add prospects to sequences and lists as you are adding them to the CRM as well as adding notes, tasks and the enrichment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

Currently you are unable to choose to not enrich the email address. We have mostly inbound leads so we have already captured that and would like to focus on the phone numbers. However, the team say that this is in pipeline as a feature soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving LinkedIn-Salesforce Automation, But Email Credit Limits Frustrate"
What do you like best about Surfe?

The automation between LinkedIn and Hubspot is impressive and has saved me a significant amount of time. After using it extensively for the past few days, it has quickly become an essential part of my daily outreach routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I understand why email credits are necessary, and I appreciate that you can disable automatic enrichment to trigger it manually. However, the email credits remain my main frustration with the service. I know I’ll quickly use up the 1,800 credits I receive annually, which will likely force me to upgrade to a higher tier, since that ends up being more cost-effective than purchasing additional credits separately. "It's MUST HAVE Software for LinkedIn Power Users"
What do you like best about Surfe?

The ease of setting up and transferring large amounts of enriched data to Hubspot in Surfe is unmatched. There are simply no other tools that are as easy to set up and use especially for the price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I don't derive a ton of use from the platform itself but working in LinkedIn and Hubspot is more than enough for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, efficient CRM enrichment that saves time"
What do you like best about Surfe?

Surfe is a very clean and well-designed product. It’s clearly ahead of competitors and feels thought through for real daily usage.

It’s extremely easy to use and saves a lot of time. The workflow is smooth, intuitive, and fits perfectly into a sales or recruiting routine without friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

The Chrome extension is less useful if you don’t use major CRM tools, as its value is tightly linked to those ecosystems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A game-changer for LinkedIn lead generation and CRM integration"
What do you like best about Surfe?

Surfe makes LinkedIn prospecting seamless by pulling enriched company and contact data directly into my CRM without the usual copy-paste headaches. I love how flexible the filters are — I can target by industry, revenue, employee size, and seniority to build highly qualified lists that actually match my ICP. The lookalike company feature is especially powerful for scaling outbound campaigns, and the integration with tools like Pipedrive saves me hours every week. It feels like Surfe was built for people who want clean, actionable data without the fluff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

The biggest drawback is that some filters, like department and technology, can feel limited or inconsistent depending on the dataset. Occasionally, I need to manually clean titles or remove irrelevant roles that slip through. I’d also like to see more automation options baked in, so I don’t always have to rely on external tools like Relay.app to complete the loop. These are small trade-offs though, considering how much time and structure Surfe already gives me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformed Our B2B Sales with Seamless CRM Integration"
What do you like best about Surfe?

I absolutely love the one-click contact addition feature in Surfe. It's incredibly efficient, allowing me to swiftly transfer contact information from LinkedIn to my CRM, which is Pipedrive, without any hassle. What stands out the most is the flawless syncing between LinkedIn and my CRM, which not only includes adding new contacts but also avoids duplicacy by alerting me if the contact already exists. This feature has dramatically transformed how I manage business-to-business sales tasks by saving me numerous hours that I used to spend on manual data entry and verification. Additionally, the integration with other software solutions is seamless, which eliminates the need for switching between different tabs, thus reducing the chances of inaccurate data. This efficiency in workflow ensures I have more time to focus on other critical tasks. Moreover, I find the software very user-friendly, which enhances my overall productivity. "The perfect bridge between HubSpot and Sales Navigator"
What do you like best about Surfe?

No doubt I'm not using all the features, but for what I need it for, it's blowing away every other tool I've used. Up to now I've been relying on piecemeal, semi-manual efforts. Using Prospeo or Rocketreach to try to get emails for target accounts with about 45% success. When they can't, I research corp email formats and use trial and error. Either way I end up manually entering name, title in HubSpot, and enrolling in sequences.

With Surfe, I research people in relevant roles at target accounts in Sales Navigator. From within LinkedIn I see an integrated Surfe section (great UI) where I can enrich, add to HubSpot, and if I want, view in HubSpot. Everything I need is immediately in HubSpot. No manual data entry. There's also the option to add a contact to a Sales Sequence without even leaving LinkedIn.

It feels like this was purpose-built to solve for every small challenge in using HubSpot and LinkedIn together for ABM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

So far I have not discovered any major (or minor) pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Surfe: A Must-Have Tool for Modern Sales Professionals"
What do you like best about Surfe?

What I like best about Surfe is its seamless and powerful integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It's a game-changer for anyone involved in sales, lead generation, or recruitment. The ability to pull contact information directly from LinkedIn profiles and push it into our CRM with just a few clicks is incredibly efficient. It eliminates so much manual data entry and ensures that our records are always up-to-date. The simplicity of adding prospects, tracking interactions, and enriching data right from the LinkedIn interface makes our workflow significantly smoother and faster. It's an indispensable tool that has dramatically improved our team's productivity and data accuracy.

Implementing Surfe was very easy. It's essentially a browser extension and a quick CRM connection. We were up and running in minutes, without any complex setup or technical hurdles.

While I haven't had extensive interactions, the support I've received has been responsive and helpful when needed.Frequency of Use: I use Surfe daily, multiple times a day. It's an integral part of my LinkedIn prospecting and CRM management routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

The only notable drawback for me is the pricing structure. While Surfe delivers substantial value and efficiency gains, the cost can be a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or individual users. It feels like the pricing could be more flexible or tiered to accommodate different scales of operations. This is the primary point where I feel there could be an improvement to make the tool more accessible to a broader range of users, given its excellent functionality. "High-Quality Data Enrichment, But Needs More Admin Flexibility"
What do you like best about Surfe?

Surfe stands out from typical contact enrichment tools by providing two layers of protection to guarantee high-quality results. First, it works in tandem with LinkedIn--great sanity check for finding the right contacts. Second, it uses waterfall enrichment across more than 15 data providers. Their approach ensures you always know exactly whose information you are enriching and prevents dependence on a single data source, which significantly lowers the risk of importing inaccurate contact data. We decided to switch to Surfe to make sure we had reliable data for our NAMER and EMEA contacts and have not been disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

Other reviewers have pointed out that you can't selectively enrich specific data, and I agree with that limitation. Additionally, Surfe does not allow admins to create new contacts; it only lets you update existing ones. Although the contact data provided is accurate, I find myself needing to develop a process to clean up contacts and company associations within HubSpot. Finally, Surfe credits are a bit lopsided in my opinion. You get far more email credits than phone credits.

If these issues were addressed, I would have no hesitation in giving Surfe a perfect rating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerated Integration and Enrichment for CRM"
What do you like best about Surfe?

I have been using Surfe for three years primarily for its contact enrichment capability and as a bridge between LinkedIn and Salesforce. The initial setup was impressively quick, taking only about thirty minutes to derive instant value after installing the extension and setting up field mappings between Salesforce and Surfe. Surfe significantly enhances workflow efficiency by allowing us to see if a LinkedIn contact is already in our CRM, thus eliminating redundant data entry tasks. I appreciate the way it streamlines the process of creating contacts in Salesforce by auto-filling important information like job titles and locations, which eliminates the need for cumbersome workflows. Another standout aspect is the comprehensive waterfall enrichment feature, which is instrumental in accessing accurate contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses. I find the integration capabilities particularly useful, seamlessly linking Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach, which enhances my operational efficiency. I highly value the speed of execution and the excellent quality of enrichment features it offers. Furthermore, the effectiveness and support of the Surfe team are noteworthy, reinforcing my decision to continue using the service. Overall, my experience with Surfe is extremely positive and makes me eager to recommend its use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I dislike the lack of stability in the product. It can be problematic as it affects the overall user experience and reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
